General webhook connection, used to work with systems that do not have a pre-built connector.
When a customer is created or updated in Callmenta, a record is sent to the address you specify. Similarly, records coming from your system are processed for Callmenta customers. Field mapping is configured in the connection settings.
This is the most flexible option for companies with their own software or a custom CRM.
