Stop switching screens to check an order
Connect your store and let orders flow into the panel. When a customer calls, the last order, shipping status and tracking number sit right next to the customer card.
The same question, every day, over and over
Most questions reaching an e-commerce contact center come down to one sentence: where is my order. The answer is obvious; finding it is the hard part.
Three screens, one question
The agent opens the store panel, jumps to the carrier website, then returns to the customer card. A large part of the conversation is spent searching.
The customer waits
The line stays open during the search. The customer waits, the agent apologises, and both end up drained.
A split history
Call history lives in one place, order history in another. Nobody can tell at a glance who the valuable customer is.
New agent, long onboarding
A new hire first has to learn which screen holds what. What they actually need to learn is how to talk to customers.
Set up in three steps
No developer needed. Pasting the key from your store panel is enough.
Choose your store
T-Soft, ikas, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Shopify or WooCommerce. Pick it from the list and give the connection a name.
Paste the key
The key you generate in your store panel. It is stored encrypted and never shown in the clear again.
Test the connection
One click runs the test. You do not start syncing until the answer comes back green.
Orders start arriving
The first pull brings in past orders, and everything after that refreshes on its own.
Five platforms, one screen
Whatever runs your store, the panel looks the same. The agent sees the order, not your store software.
T-Soft
Connects with your web service username and password.
ikas
Connects with the client ID and secret of your private app.
Ticimax
Connects with the web service authorisation code you generate in your panel.
IdeaSoft
Connects with the keys of the app defined in your panel. It also brings in abandoned carts.
Shopify
Connects with the access key from your admin panel. It also brings in abandoned carts.
WooCommerce
Connects with the key pair you generate in settings. Read access is enough.
If you run on a platform that is not on the list, write to us; the driver architecture is open to adding new ones.
Where the data goes
Your store stays where it is. Callmenta reads the order and links it to the customer card; your team sees the live data, and CALLAII interprets the numbers drawn from it.
Orders, products, customers
Reads, matches, records
What shows up during the conversation
- Call screenLast order and shipping status while the phone is ringing
- Customer cardOrder history, line items, total spend
- Live chatThe same order data inside the chat window
All three surfaces read the same record. The agent switches nothing and searches nothing in the store panel.
Interprets the metrics
- Buyer segmentsChampion, loyal, dormant and at risk groups emerge from the data
- Products bought togetherBasket affinity and repeat purchase tendency
- Campaign draftEvery suggestion states the number it is based on
CALLAII only sees the totals; buyer names, phone numbers and email addresses never reach the model. Suggestions are drafts, and the decision to send stays with you.
The arrow points one way: the panel never writes to your store.
What changes on the agent screen
The module does not just collect the data, it puts it where the conversation happens.
The order is there as the call opens
The moment the phone rings, the customer's recent orders, amounts and statuses appear beside the card.
Shipping answered at a glance
Carrier and tracking number on the same screen. If a tracking link exists, it is clickable.
Line items in the open
Which product, how many, at what price. The returns conversation runs from here.
A richer customer card
Total spend, order count and last order date stay on the card. It becomes clear who to prioritise.
One customer, one card
The order links to the existing card through the phone number or email in your store. No second card is created.
The same data in chat
If you use live chat, the same order data appears in the chat window too.
Screens: from order to conversation
Screenshots from the real panel with sample data. No patient or customer data is shown.
Click a step or keep scrolling; the screen changes as you go.
Order list
Orders from your store land in the panel with number, date, customer, status and tracking number. Filter by status, search by number; click a row for items and delivery details.
The order on the customer card
The calling number matches its card; last order, shipping status and tracking number are in front of the agent. "Where is my order" is answered without switching screens.
Live support in the same inbox
Website, WhatsApp and Instagram messages in one queue. Order data sits beside the chat window; the agent reads the tracking number from the card instead of copying it.
Most order questions arrive in writing
In e-commerce the customer writes first. Without live chat, half of the order integration sits idle; with both running, the question is answered where it was asked.
One line to install
You paste the code from the panel into your site template. No developer, no plugin, no theme change.
The code you paste into your site<script src="https://callmenta.com/canli-destek/w/…/embed" async></script>
- Turn on live chat in the panel and the code is generated for you.
- Paste the code into your store template; one line, no slowdown.
- Conversations start landing in the panel, with no separate app to open.
WhatsApp lands in the same inbox
Whether the customer writes from the window on your site, from WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, everything gathers on one screen. The agent changes no channel and the chat history stays in one piece.
- You paste the three values of your WhatsApp business account into the panel.
- Verification and message subscription are on us; there is nothing else to configure.
- The moment the number is connected, incoming messages land in the panel.
WhatsApp requires a business account verified on the Meta side. We are with you during setup.
Together with the order integration
The order shows up in chat
When the customer writes "where is my parcel", the last order, its status and the tracking number are already beside the agent.
A single customer card
Even if the same person calls first and writes later, everything lands on one card. Nothing has to be explained twice.
Abandoned carts
You can reach a visitor who left a cart from the same window; nothing is sent in bulk and the team makes the call.
Let the work that cannot wait start on its own
The moment order data enters the panel, your existing call lists and task setup can use it.
Abandoned cart
Unfinished carts drop into the list and the team follows up. Shopify and IdeaSoft provide this data today.
Undelivered parcel
A task opens for shipments left waiting and the customer is called.
After the first order
Once delivery is complete, a satisfaction call or survey is triggered.
A valuable customer is calling
A high spending customer's call goes into the priority queue.
Bulk email and messaging is never sent automatically; the decision and the approval stay with you.
We calculate the numbers, CALLAII interprets them
Your orders are scanned every night. Buyers are grouped by purchase behaviour and products bought together are surfaced. CALLAII reads these numbers and prepares campaign suggestions.
Buyer groups
Your buyers are split into seven groups by how recently, how often and how much they buy: champion, loyal, promising, new, dormant, at risk, lost. The thresholds come from your own distribution and are never benchmarked against another store.
Purchase rhythm
For every buyer, the average interval between orders and the expected next order date are calculated. Someone who buys every two months and has been quiet for three stands out in the list; someone who buys once a year triggers no alarm.
Bought together
Which product is bought with which more often than chance allows is measured. Cross sell suggestions rest on that measurement, not on a guess.
Campaign suggestion
CALLAII writes every suggestion together with its target group, its mechanics and the number it came from. No suggestion is produced without evidence.
During the conversation
The buyer group, last order, open cart and products worth suggesting all sit on the customer card. The agent switches nothing.
Suggestions are drafts
Nothing is sent from here on its own, no campaign starts and nothing is written to your store. The decision to act stays with you.
Stock, price and shipping status are live data; they are not calculated, they are read from your store. CALLAII never invents a number it does not have, it tells you to look at the data.
Your data and our limits
We only read
The panel never writes to your store. Changing an order status or opening a return happens in your store panel. A wrong write would hit your revenue, and we do not take that risk.
Keys stay encrypted
The key you enter is stored encrypted in the database and never shown in the clear again.
Companies never see each other
Every incoming record is written to the connection's company. One company's data never crosses to another.
The first pull is limited
The whole history is not pulled at once; by default the last year arrives, and it can be extended on request.
You remove the connection
When you remove the connection, the orders from that store are deleted too. Customer cards remain.
Screens you do not use stay closed
Order tracking, product catalogue, carts and analytics are enabled separately. Whatever is off does not appear in the menu.
Frequently asked
Do I need to hire a developer?
No. Generating a key in your store panel and pasting it into ours is enough. If you get stuck, we are with you during setup.
Will my orders be deleted or changed in the store?
No. The panel writes nothing to your store, it only reads.
I have several stores, can I connect them all?
Yes. Each store is a separate connection and the orders never mix.
What happens to an order with no customer card?
If there is a phone number or an email, a new card is created and the order is linked to it. If neither exists, the order is recorded without a card.
How often is it updated?
The sync runs at regular intervals, and you can trigger it manually whenever you want.
I do not run a call center, only live chat. Is it still useful?
Yes. The order data appears in the chat window as well. The module works on its own too.
