When the patient calls, the history is on screen
Built for clinics, outpatient units, home care and ambulance operations. Patient records, appointments, field visits and ambulances run in the same system.
If this sounds familiar
Patient information sits in two separate programs
Appointments in one place, the patient file in another. When the phone rings, it is not clear which one to look at.
Consent forms are on paper
The signed form is in a cabinet, and nobody knows which form the caller has filled in.
Home visits are managed by phone
Where is the team, is the visit finished, what did the patient say. All of it is found out by calling.
The ambulance side is a separate world
Vehicles, crews and case tracking stay outside the system.

An appointment is booked
A suitable day and time are suggested based on capacity, and a reminder is set.

Screens: a day at the clinic
Screenshots from the real panel with sample data. No patient or customer data is shown.
Click a step or keep scrolling; the screen changes as you go.
Clinic dashboard
Total patients, today's appointments, collections and open plan amount on top; today's flow listed by practitioner and time. The patient journey on the right: lead, contacted, booked, examined, in treatment, follow-up.
Appointment calendar
Each practitioner's appointments sit as colored cards on a weekly calendar; filter by practitioner, department and status. A no-show is marked from the calendar and the reminder goes out automatically.

Frequently asked questions
How does the patient card open when a patient calls?
The patient is found by the calling number and the card opens automatically. Their last appointment, open requests, and past calls appear on screen while the phone is ringing.
Are appointment reminders sent automatically?
Yes. A reminder is set when the appointment is booked. No-show patients are flagged on the calendar, and cancellations and rescheduling are handled from the same screen.
Can we store consents and forms in the system?
Yes. You define your own forms using the form engine. The patient fills out the form and it is linked to their record.
Are home visit and ambulance teams also on the same system?
Yes. Home visits are assigned to field teams with a daily plan and route, and visit records are logged on the card. Ambulance vehicle, crew, and case tracking all run on the same panel.
Can we buy the healthcare add-on on its own?
No. The industry add-on is added to a package. A call center, customer records, and reporting must be running underneath.
Can patient data stay on our own server?
Yes. With an Edge deployment, the platform and the healthcare add-on run on your own server.
