A promise made stays tracked
Built for teams that manage receivables. Debt files, payment promises and call plans run in the same system.
If this sounds familiar
The payment promise is on a sticky note
The customer says "I will pay on Friday", and on Friday nobody remembers.
Who to call and when is unclear
The list is in a spreadsheet and who called whom gets muddled.
The tone of the conversation is not measured
Collection calls are sensitive. A conversation turning tense is only noticed once a complaint arrives.
The legal process is tracked separately
Which stage a file has reached is not visible in the system.
What's in the Debt collection Plugin
Debt file
Amount, due date, past payments and every conversation in one record.
Payment promise
The promised date is recorded and appears on screen when the day arrives.
Call plan
Who is called and when goes into a queue, and follow-ups are automatic.
Legal process record
The stage of the file and its documents are in the system.
Tone and sentiment tracking
Conversations that turn tense are flagged and the supervisor sees them.
Collection reports
Promise-kept rate, agent performance, file ageing.
One file, from start to finish
The file is opened
The debt, the due date and the contact details go into the record.
The call is queued
A plan is created and it lands in the agent's queue.
A promise is given
The payment promise is recorded with its date and a reminder is set.
Follow-up and outcome
Did the payment arrive, and if not, back into the plan. The tone of the conversation is analysed.

Collections dashboard
Outstanding, collected, overdue and promised-today files on top. Ageing and per-owner breakdown below; a file with a payment promise lands on the call list when the day comes.
Call records
Every collections call is recorded and transcribed. Promise, amount and date go from the call note into the file.
An industry add-on does not run on its own
The add-on sits on top of your plan. Underneath it, the call center, customer records, conversation analysis and all nineteen reports are already running.
Call center
Six PBX drivers, talking from the browser, queues.
Customer records
The card, the history, every contact brought together in one place.
Conversation analysis
Transcript, topic, sentiment, quality score. No quota.
Reports
Nineteen ready-made reports, scheduled delivery.
Frequently asked questions
How is a payment promise tracked?
The promised date is saved to the file and a reminder is set. When the day arrives, the promise automatically drops into the call list.
Does the system decide who gets called and when?
Yes. The call plan queues files and drops them into the agent's queue. If payment doesn't come, the file re-enters the plan.
How does a promise made during a call get recorded in the file?
Every collection call is recorded and transcribed. The promise, amount, and date are entered from the call note into the file.
How do we detect calls that are turning hostile?
Call tone is analyzed. Hostile calls are flagged and visible to the manager. You don't have to wait for a complaint.
What reports do we get?
Promise-keeping rate, agent performance, and file aging reports come ready. Outstanding receivables and overdue files are also visible on the dashboard.
Can we also track files under legal pursuit?
Yes. The file's stage in the legal process and its documents are stored in the system. You don't need to maintain a separate spreadsheet.
