A single availability source
The chat assistant goes through the same gate, so price and rooms left come from the database. Double selling is blocked by a database lock.
One reservation, start to finish
The request arrives
By phone, chat or social media. A guest card opens and any earlier stay is visible.
Availability is checked
Rooms left and the rate are read from the database for those dates and that party size.
Option or confirmation
The room is held or the booking is confirmed, and the allotment drops at the same moment.
Check in and check out
A room is assigned on arrival day, and on departure it moves to the housekeeping list.

Availability calendar
Room types down the side, days across the top. Every cell shows the rooms left that night and the nightly rate, and the header counts arrivals and departures. The window opens from one week to one month, two weeks by default.
Reservation list
Search by booking code, guest name or phone, filter by status. Room type, nights, amount and the channel the request came from sit on the same row.
Today: arrivals and departures
Guests arriving, guests leaving and guests in house, each in its own list. Free rooms are offered on the same row while you check someone in. Options about to expire wait on the right.
Housekeeping
Rooms laid out floor by floor, with clean, dirty, being cleaned, under maintenance and blocked counts on top. Rooms checking out today are marked separately and are next in line for cleaning.
An industry add-on does not run on its own
The add-on sits on top of your plan. Underneath it, the call center, customer records, conversation analysis and all nineteen reports are already running.

Can we buy the add-on on its own?
No. An industry add-on sits on top of a plan. The call center, customer records and reporting have to be running underneath it.
Can we remove it later?
Yes. The add-on can be removed in any month and your data stays where it is.
Can we change the fields to suit us?
Yes. Record fields are defined for your organisation; you start from a ready template and change it afterwards.
Can our data stay on our own server?
Yes. With an Edge installation all four plans can run on your premises.
