Call center software, without replacing your PBX
Callmenta does not sell you a PBX, it sits on top of the one you have. Whoever provides your lines, your agents talk from the browser, every call is linked to the customer record, and each conversation is transcribed and scored the moment it ends.
The call is in one place, the customer in another
You find out who is calling once the call is answered
The PBX shows a number, the rest lives in the agent's memory. When the same customer calls a second time, they explain everything from the beginning.
Missed calls land on nobody's desk
You see a figure in the evening report. Nobody calls back the people behind that figure.
Quality is only measured once a complaint arrives
A handful of hundreds of conversations get listened to, the rest stay in the dark. Where an agent struggles is discussed by guesswork.
Reports are stitched together in a spreadsheet
The PBX is one file, the CRM another, the quality form a third. Two days a month go into preparing reports.
Four layers, one screen
Callmenta is a layer that sits between your PBX and your application. Everything below runs in the same system.
PBX driver
Whichever PBX you use, its driver takes over. Placing and ending calls, mute, blind and attended transfer, queue status, all from one interface. If the PBX changes, the panel does not.
Agent screen
Agents talk from the browser with a headset, no desk phone required. When a call comes in, the customer card and previous conversations open on screen. Notes, breaks, transfers and queue status are all in the same place.
Supervisor side
Call records, filters, listening, quality forms, call lists and campaigns. Who is doing what is visible live.
Artificial intelligence layer
As soon as a conversation ends, the transcript is produced, the topic and outcome are tagged, sentiment is measured and a quality score is calculated. Instead of listening to a hundred calls, the supervisor reads a list.
You do not have to move your lines
There is a single driver interface with six PBX systems behind it. Connection test, dialling, hang-up, mute, blind transfer, attended transfer, queue status and bulk queue status work the same way on all of them.
Asterisk installations need an AMI connection for queue information. On the Twilio side, TaskRouter must be set up for queues. The Avaya driver has been written but not yet verified against a real PBX; if you use Avaya we will test it together before installation.
One-click setup
Once you enter your PBX details, the system discovers extensions, queues and numbers by itself. You do not type in lists by hand.
What happens during a call
The call arrives
The number is matched to a customer and the card opens. What was discussed before, which requests are open and past conversations are all on screen.
The agent talks
They talk from the browser. They mute, hold, and transfer blind or attended. They take notes while talking.
The call ends
The record lands under the customer. The outcome is tagged and, if needed, a field task or a callback is created.
Artificial intelligence takes over
The transcript is produced, topic and sentiment are tagged, a quality score is calculated. The supervisor gets a notification.

Screens: an agent's day
The screenshots below come from the real panel with sample company data. No customer data is shown.
Click a step or keep scrolling; the screen changes as you go.
Morning dashboard
Today's calls, answer rate, missed calls and service level are in front of you before you ask. You see where the team is struggling over your morning coffee.
Call records
Every conversation is recorded, searchable and tagged. Number, agent, duration and outcome in one list; read the summary without listening to the recording.
Call analysis
CALLAII transcribes the conversation, tags the topic and the customer's reaction, and scores quality. Every call is analysed, there is no quota.
CALLAII assistant
An assistant you can ask about the operation. Yesterday's missed calls, the most complained-about topic or one agent's week, in plain language.
Every call is analysed, no quota
Conversation analytics is not a separate product, it lives inside the system the call flows through. Every conversation in your system is analysed without a quota.
Transcript
The conversation is written out and the two channels are tagged separately.
Topic and outcome
What the conversation was about and how it ended are tagged automatically.
Sentiment tracking
The tone of the customer and the agent is measured, so conversations that turn tense stand out.
Quality score
Scoring runs on your own quality form. Agents can appeal a score.
Coaching
Weak points turn into coaching tasks and progress is tracked.
Reports
19 ready-made reports are produced and sent on their own when the time comes.
A bot does not answer the phone
Artificial intelligence is not at the end of the line, it stands behind the agent. A person always handles the conversation. If you want written channels covered outside working hours, the after-hours assistant is a separate add-on and it does not work on the phone.
In this market these are sold separately
The figures below are the list prices the providers publish on their own sites, taken as of August 2026. Where a provider publishes nothing, we do not guess.

The PBX service itself (lines, numbers, minutes) comes from your operator and is not part of the plan. If you do not have a PBX, we set one up through our NetGSM partnership and it is billed separately.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our PBX?
No. We work with NetGSM, Netsipp, Verimor, Bulutfon, Asterisk and Twilio. Your lines stay where they are and we connect on top.
Do we need to buy phone hardware?
No. Agents can talk from the browser with a headset. You can also use desk phones if you prefer.
Do we pay you for the minutes?
No. You pay for talk time through your own carrier agreement. We charge for the software and take no share of the minutes.
How many calls get analysed?
There is no limit. Every call in your system is analysed and your reports are produced without a quota.
Where are the call recordings stored?
On our servers if you are on the cloud. With an Edge installation they stay entirely on your own server.
How long does setup take?
Once the PBX details are entered, the system discovers extensions and queues by itself. Most installations are running the same day.
Can we bring our existing call recordings across?
Yes. Your past audio files are transferred. Analysing them is done with the archive analysis add-on.
