CALLAII versions and improvements

v4.00September 2026

Russian and Azerbaijani language options are now available New feature

  • Callmenta can now be used in Russian and Azerbaijani as well. The website and panel are fully available in these two languages; simply select them from the language bar. Product tour screenshots, page titles, and search result descriptions have also been adapted to these languages. Legal documents and petition outputs remain in Turkish.

Idle panel session closes after 20 minutes Enhancement

  • If no activity occurs in the panel for 20 minutes, the session closes for security and re-login is required. Background refreshes from an open tab no longer extend the session.
  • A warning appears on screen 2 minutes before the timeout. You can continue from where you left off by clicking the "Continue" button. If the session closes, you will be returned to the page you were on when you log back in.
  • The "Remember me" option does not override this rule. An agent's session does not close while a call is in progress; the timer starts after the call ends. A shorter timeout can also be configured for companies that request it.

Call analysis list is sortable New feature

  • In the CALLAII call analysis list, you can sort the list by clicking on the call number, date, agent, and score headers. The date is displayed in its own column; on first load, the most recent call appears at the top.

Select your call time in the contact form New feature

  • The contact form offers two options: "Call me" and "Schedule a discovery meeting." Both allow you to select a day and time from the calendar; calls can be scheduled on any day except Sunday.
  • When "Call me" is selected, the request appears in the Assigned Callbacks screen. Managers can assign the task to an agent or click the number to call the customer themselves. Once a meeting request is approved, the invitation is sent to the customer along with all team managers.

User Guide Added to Support Page Enhancement

  • A User Guide card has been added to the Quick Access section on the Support page. When opened from the panel, you can also access the guides for the modules enabled on your account with a single click.

Status names are now displayed in your language Bug fix

  • On many screens of the panel, record statuses were written in English. A Turkish user would see "Pending", "Completed", or "Sent". Permission and break requests, attendance tracking, call reports, live calls, outbound call lists, email campaigns, satisfaction surveys, report history, Edge licenses, module requests, demo requests, and message notifications now display statuses in your language. Status badges are also color-coded by meaning: completed is green, pending is yellow, and problematic is red.

Product tour and Workbench images in the guide updated with the new design Enhancement

  • Since the Workbench screen has been refreshed, we re-captured the images in the product tour and user guide in five languages. The visuals now reflect the current state of the screen.

Names written by the lawyer are used in the petition Enhancement

  • If you have written the name of a party, witness, or child while describing the incident, the petition and lawyer's note can use these names. A name not present in the incident is not fabricated. Identity number, address, and bar registration number are still not written. In a petition attached to the file, client and opposing party information is added from the file as before.

Work Desk and Live Support in a New Look Enhancement

  • Every box on the Work Desk now features a title with its own colored icon; phone, customer, tasks, and notes are distinguishable at a glance. The CALLAII Assistant box now matches the look of the CALLAII Assistant page: a logo in the center, a greeting with your name and a brief description, quick help buttons and a text input box at the bottom.
  • The live support inbox folders now have colored icons and number badges. The right panel is now the CALLAII Live Coaching card: it greets you when no chat is selected, and when a chat is open, it displays the customer's sentiment, risky phrases, and a ready-made suggestion. The CALLAII suggestion button and the suggested reply box also follow the same brand look. These changes apply to both light and dark themes.

New avatar illustrations and ready-made cover images Enhancement

  • 22 new illustrations have been added to the avatar gallery on the profile page; featuring various looks, some with headphones. You can choose from 24 ready-made images for your profile cover, some of which include the Callmenta logo.

Setup Wizard Refreshed Enhancement

  • In the Setup Wizard, steps are displayed in a left-aligned list with a progress bar, so you can see your current step and completed ones at a glance. The Save and Next buttons remain fixed at the bottom of the page. On mobile, steps can be swiped horizontally.

Privacy agreement in your language Enhancement

  • The privacy agreement signed on first login now opens in a window in front of the panel. The window includes a reading progress indicator and a table of contents.
  • All text on the screen is displayed in the language you selected. The agreement text is also translated into your language by CALLAII; the legally binding Turkish original can always be opened in the same window, and the signature is applied to the Turkish text.

Approved meeting requests no longer miss the connection link Bug fix

  • When a pending meeting request was approved, the meeting link was not generated and the invitation could be missing the join address. Now, a Callmenta Meet link is generated at the moment of approval.

Schedule a discovery and demo meeting from the calendar New feature

  • The demo page is now a meeting scheduling page. Visitors pick a time slot when our team is available from the calendar, and the request lands in the Meetings screen as a pending approval record. Once a team member approves it, a Callmenta Meet link is generated and the calendar invite is sent automatically.
  • The contact form also includes a "Schedule a discovery meeting" option. The 14-day free trial account remains a separate path; you can switch to it from the demo page with a single click.

Sales dashboard, offers, messages, and analytics center link fixes Bug fix

  • Company managers were seeing an access warning when clicking on the customer card in the sales dashboard and the call details in the analytics center; the links now navigate to the correct screen. The "Go to chat" link on the approvals screen and in notifications opens the relevant conversation. The latest activities in the offer list are displayed by type. Module labels in health settings are written in Turkish. A trash bin link has been added to the customer list.

Module guides refreshed with screenshots Enhancement

  • Real screenshots have been added to the module guides within the panel. Each image highlights the area you should focus on with an arrow and a brief note, and the images are available in five languages. The guide texts have also been reviewed against the actual screens and updated: menu and button names, who sees which screen, and steps that no longer exist have been corrected. Each guide cover now features its own section icon.

Extra word mixed into English call transcripts removed Bug fix

  • Some calls conducted in languages other than Turkish were passing through a correction step designed exclusively for Turkish. As a result, a meaningless word was being prepended to English transcripts. The transcript language is now taken from the call itself, and the correction step runs only on Turkish calls. The affected call has been re-transcribed.

New look for shift screens: type icons and day strip Enhancement

  • Shifts now appear with their own icon and color based on type: sunrise for morning, sun for midday, sunset for evening, and moon for night.
  • Under each shift there is a thin strip showing the 24 hours of the day. The shift's position within the day is colored, breaks appear as gaps, and the 20:00–06:00 night window is shown with a hatched pattern. Shifts that cross midnight are split into two segments on the strip.
  • The manager's weekly shift grid, the calendar list, and the employee's My Shift screen week have all adopted this new look. Draft shifts are distinguished by a dashed border.

Irrelevant legal provisions no longer appear in petitions Enhancement

  • The library search sometimes pulled in provisions unrelated to the case because it matched similar words. In a divorce petition, a search for "manevi tazminat" (moral damages) returned provisions from the Intellectual Property Law, and a search for "maddi tazminat" (material damages) returned provisions from the Traffic Law. These provisions were being included in the legal basis list and in the procedural review within the attorney's note, where each one was individually flagged as "not applicable to this case."
  • Now, before a provision found by the search is included in the petition, it is reviewed against the legal domain of the case. Provisions governing a different legal relationship are filtered out, while provisions relevant to the case are retained. The procedural note no longer lists provisions that do not apply to the case. If the review cannot be performed, the petition is written as before.

Turkish text remaining on English, German, French, and Italian screens has been translated Bug fix

  • Untranslated text in the panel and on the site was scanned. Screen texts such as re-analysis, backup, setup steps, and customer warmth, as well as expressions on the Edge landing page, now appear in the selected language.
  • Brand and product names, personal names, technical terms, and language names were intentionally kept the same in all languages.

Shift screens linked to shift package Enhancement

  • The shift calendar, planner, shift market, shift swap, time clock in/out, and work constraint screens are now available only in packages that include the shift module. In packages without the shift module, only leave requests are visible on the Time Clock screen.

Custom Break Approval New feature

  • An agent's custom break request now appears as pending approval on the live operations screen. A supervisor or HR can approve or reject it with a single click. If rejected, the break is closed, the agent returns to the call queue, and both parties receive a notification.

Work restriction notification: pregnancy, medical report, disability New feature

  • Personnel can report pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, medical report, or disability status from the Personnel Work Hours screen and attach their report. Notification is obtained with explicit consent, the document is stored in a secure area, and only the employee and HR can access it.
  • HR reviews the notification in the Work Restrictions screen. Statutory restrictions are pre-marked by type: no night work, no overtime, and a maximum of 7.5 hours per day during pregnancy. HR modifies and approves based on the report.
  • An approved restriction is enforced in the shift schedule as a statutory limit and cannot be overridden with approval. Scheduled shifts conflicting with the restriction are listed for HR. Warnings on shift screens do not disclose the type of condition, only the outcome.

Sorting and filters in tables have been fixed Bug fix

  • Date-based sorting in call lists now places unanswered calls at their correct time. Previously, these calls were pushed to the end of the list.
  • Records with the same value no longer duplicate or disappear when changing pages. Sorting by request number and call number follows the record order.
  • An agent selector has been added to the call list on the admin screen. Summary cards on the supervisor and manager screens now update based on the selected agent, call type, and analysis status.
  • An agent and date range filter has been added to the permission list, and an assignee and record date filter has been added to the customer list. If the start date is entered after the end date, the range is automatically corrected.
  • When navigating to the next page in a filtered list, your selections are preserved. Tables on different screens no longer override each other's sorting preferences. As a result, your saved table preferences will be reset once.

Screenshots in the Legal Intelligence guide are now marked step by step Enhancement

  • The 28 screenshots in the Legal Intelligence guide have been updated. Each image highlights the area you should focus on with an arrow and a brief note. The same images also appear in the relevant sections of the Legal Module guide.

Login and authentication screens refreshed Enhancement

  • The login, two-factor authentication, forgot password, and password reset screens have been updated to the site's new design. You can now toggle password visibility with the eye icon while typing. In two-factor authentication, you can switch between the app code and email code with a single tap; if a code has been sent, the email section opens automatically.
  • Password pages were unreadable in light theme; they now display correctly in both themes.

Screenshots added to the Workforce Intelligence guide Enhancement

  • Actual screenshots have been added to the mode, forecast band, shrinkage, draft shift, accuracy, and rationale sections of the Workforce Intelligence guide. In each image, the area you should look at is indicated with an arrow and a brief note. The images are available in five languages.

Fixes in work hours and break records Bug fix

  • An agent who logged out was being pulled back into the call queue a few minutes later. Now, logging out takes the agent offline and no calls are routed to them.
  • Agents on the night shift could not log out after midnight. This has been fixed.
  • When an agent logged out and logged back in on the same day, their working hours showed as zero. Now, the first login time is preserved and the time between logins is deducted from working hours.
  • Breaks started from the Work Desk or the phone were not visible on the Work Hours screen or in the timesheet. They are now visible. Daily break entitlements are also monitored through this path.
  • Meeting breaks were counted as overtime after two minutes. This has been fixed. Breaks that cross midnight are now calculated correctly.
  • The planner's draft shifts are not visible to agents until they are published.

Question about accidental actions during break and shift New feature

  • The Break button on the Work Desk no longer takes you on break immediately. A question now appears showing the break type and duration, with the selected button being Cancel.
  • If you have scheduled break times in your shift and you are not currently within one of those times, the window warns you and lists your scheduled break times. The break is not blocked; off-schedule breaks are processed separately. The same warning also appears in the break window on the Shift screen.
  • The End Shift button now also requires confirmation.

Night Shift and Bulk Scheduling Fixes Bug fix

  • Shifts that cross midnight can now be entered manually, in bulk, and from the edit screen.
  • Drag-and-drop movement works on the calendar. If the move lands on a public holiday or falls outside company policy, the system asks for confirmation.
  • The quick-assignment window on the calendar now auto-fills and saves the template's break plan.
  • In bulk scheduling, days within the same package are validated together. Situations such as seven consecutive working days are now detected.
  • Public holiday types are now tied to a single rule. A company-specific working-day entry excludes that day from being treated as a holiday.

Shifts are now audited against labor law Enhancement

  • When creating, moving, or bulk-planning shifts, the system now checks each statutory limit individually. The daily 11-hour cap, the 11-hour rest between two shifts, the 7.5-hour night-work limit, the minimum 24-hour uninterrupted weekly rest over seven days, the minimum break based on working hours, and the annual 270-hour overtime cap are now enforced.
  • Durations are calculated using net working time after breaks. A statutory limit cannot be overridden via a confirmation checkbox; only your company's weekly rest-day policy can be relaxed with admin approval.
  • The weekly working-hour limit and weekly rest day can now be configured per company in the Shift Planner settings.

Icons on cards have been enlarged Enhancement

  • On the introduction pages, the icons on the cards were too small relative to their boxes. The icons have been enlarged and are now perfectly centered within the boxes.

User guide refreshed with screenshots Enhancement

  • Real panel screenshots have been added next to the installation and daily usage steps in the user guide. Each image highlights the area you need to look at with an arrow and a short note. The images are also included in the PDF version of the guide and are available in five languages. The contextual explanation for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat has also been updated to match today's My Channels screen.

CALLAII assistant explains new analysis features based on your role New feature

  • You can ask the panel assistant questions like "how many low-quality calls do we have", "which critical finding appears most frequently", or "what are our scoring rules". The assistant only sees numbers and does not share personal names.
  • Each user sees only what their permissions allow. An agent sees only their own calls, a supervisor sees only their team, and a manager sees the entire company. Technical support only sees the number of pending requests via email. One company's data never reaches another company's assistant under any circumstances.

Sorting and employee filter fixed in tables Bug fix

  • When an employee is selected in supervisor and manager call lists, the list now actually filters to that person's calls. Paginated tables no longer re-sort only the visible page; sorting is performed across all records. Request and call numbers with prefixes like "MAIL-260924" are now in the correct order, and dates labeled "Today" and "Yesterday" are sorted by their actual date. Typing "ibrahim" in the employee selector now also finds "İbrahim".

Numbers in reports and dashboards now display according to the screen language Bug fix

  • Numbers on the Call, Chat, Request, and Workforce screens were displayed with English formatting in some places regardless of the selected language. On the Turkish screen, 5,730 was shown instead of 5.730, and 1.5 was shown instead of 1,5 for leave days.
  • These numbers, scores, file sizes, and report totals now display according to the formatting of your selected language. In Turkish, the thousands separator is a period and the decimal separator is a comma.

Sector names on the score dashboard Bug fix

  • In the CALLAII score dashboard, sectors were displayed by their code names in the sector chart. They are now shown by their names in the language you selected.

Charts are now readable in dark theme Bug fix

  • In dark theme, the values above the columns were written in black, and the chart download menu was unreadable. Values now inherit the card's text color, and the menu and chart tools open in the colors of your selected theme. When you switch themes, charts transition to the new colors without refreshing the page.
  • Axis labels and descriptions on charts in the Performance and Overview screens are also now theme-aware; description text that was invisible in light theme has been fixed.

Duration and day counts now display as whole numbers Bug fix

  • On some screens and reports, durations could appear as decimal numbers. These values now display as whole numbers as before.
  • Fixed areas: late arrival and departure, early departure, and overtime minutes, break durations and alerts, shift duration, seniority, leave, and separation calculations in the HR profile, days remaining for pending opportunities in CRM, remaining days in the record retention report, period length in call and chat reports, and "minutes ago" information on the security status page.
  • In reports compared with the previous period, the previous period is now also calculated with the correct date range.

Display fixes on the admin dashboard, customer card, and call analysis screens Bug fix

  • The total call count in the operations summary on the admin dashboard was displayed in a foreign format like "5,730"; it now shows as "5.730". The address map on the customer card was shrinking and becoming unreadable; it now uses the full box area. In call analysis, the speaker label now shows only "Agent" instead of "Advisor / Agent".

Fixed the back-to-list button in call details Bug fix

  • Company managers and supervisors were seeing an access warning when clicking the "Call List" button on the call analysis page. The button now takes you to your own call records list.

Petition questions only clarify what you stated Enhancement

  • When drafting a petition, if the assistant encounters an ambiguous point, it asks you a short question that can be answered with yes or no. These questions now only ask what a statement you provided means. Questions that introduce a person, source of funds, intent, or fault not mentioned in the incident are no longer asked. This ensures that a "yes" answer you give cannot insert a claim into the petition that you did not state.

Demo calls are presentation-ready Bug fix

  • Demo call analysis now uses the same screen and the same summary as real calls. When a demo is uploaded in a different language such as Arabic, the summary, key findings, and rationale appear in the output language you select; previously, some sections remained in Turkish. Demo recordings can now be played back, and clicking the timestamp next to a key sentence plays the recording from that exact moment.

Define Your Own Scoring Rules New feature

  • A "Scoring Rules" section has been added to the Call Criteria page. You determine how many points are deducted from the analysis score when a call note is not taken or is incomplete. You can also assign a "Point Deduction" to each criterion; if the criterion is not met, this score is deducted.
  • When a rule is applied, a panel notification is sent to the people you select. On the call screen, the analysis score, deductions, and result are displayed separately. Rules remain disabled until you enable them; scores do not change unless you activate them.

Call score now reflects the actual score Enhancement

  • Post-hoc adjustments that inflated CALLAII call scores have been removed. Previously, some calls that were resolved and left the customer satisfied were bumped up to 72 even when their actual score was between 60 and 71; different calls were receiving the same score. Now every call receives its true score.
  • The scoring rubric has also been refreshed. If there are no gaps under an evaluation heading, that heading receives 100 points; if the score is below 100, the "Missing" row on screen shows exactly what is lacking. This way, flawlessly handled calls earn a high score without being penalized, and the reason for a lower score is clearly visible.

Day, hour, and minute counts are now displayed as whole numbers Bug fix

  • In fields such as recording duration, shift duration, tenure, break time, and report time on the customer card, numbers were occasionally displayed with long decimals like "9.59 days". These fields are now displayed in a clean format, such as "9 days".

New icons in the sidebar Enhancement

  • The main headings and sub-items in the sidebar now use the same icon family as the rest of the panel. Icons inherit the section color and remain equally clear in both light and dark themes.

Customer responses are now routed to each company's own panel New feature

  • Responses to requests sent from your panel — satisfaction surveys, meeting notes, participant emails, and screen-sharing invitations — are now returned to you. When a customer replies to an email, the response is opened as a request in your company's panel. If the reply is tied to a specific request, it is attached directly to that request.
  • If you have not connected your own email account, these emails are sent under your company name. If you have connected your own account, you can also route replies to the panel by forwarding them from your support address to the dedicated address in Settings. Instructions for Gmail and Outlook are available on the Settings screen.
  • When there is a customer email awaiting a response, a banner appears at the top of every panel page and remains until the request is answered. Administrators also receive a notification email at their own addresses.

Product tour workspace image refreshed Enhancement

  • The image showing the agent workspace on the product tour and platform pages has been re-shot in five languages. The image now reflects the current state of the panel, including the new menu icons. Only sample company information is shown in the image.

Fixed invisible icon and light-colored title box in dark theme Bug fix

  • The icon next to the proposal title on the company edit screen was not visible at all; it is now visible. On some screens, the icon box next to the title remained light-colored in dark theme; the box now matches the selected theme.

New icons in the panel and on the site Enhancement

  • Summary cards, boxes in sector dashboards, screen headers, and promotional cards on the site now use icons from a single design family. Icons inherit the color of your selected theme and remain equally clear in both light and dark modes.
  • On sector pages, each card comes with an icon that represents its topic. Previously, all issue cards shared the same exclamation mark, and all feature cards shared the same checkmark.

Legal texts and support pages now open without leaving the panel Enhancement

  • The Privacy, Information Text, Terms of Use, and Support links at the bottom of the panel no longer take you away from the panel. The text opens in a bottom sheet that mirrors the original page on the website and adopts the colors of your selected theme. You can close the sheet by dragging the handle at the top downward, tapping the close button, or pressing Esc. If you prefer, you can also open it in a new tab.
  • The back button on error pages now shows where you will return to and takes you to the previous page with a single tap. When you enter the website while already logged in, a "Back to Dashboard" button with your initials appears in the top menu instead of the yellow button in the corner.

The Legal module now displays in Turkish across all languages Bug fix

  • The Legal module is designed for Turkish lawyers and operates according to Turkish law. Users who used the interface in other languages were seeing partially translated text in legal screens, menus, emails, and the Word add-in. Now, the Legal module consistently displays in Turkish across all languages.
  • The Legal landing page remains published in five languages.

Wake-up wait time shortened in CALLAII messages Enhancement

  • When you send a message to CALLAII, if the AI is asleep at that moment, you no longer have to wait for minutes on the page. Your message is saved immediately, CALLAII notifies you when it wakes up, and the reply appears in the same conversation within a few minutes. The page refreshes itself until the reply arrives.

Warning for low audio quality recordings Enhancement

  • In single-channel or low audio quality recordings, the transcription could appear fluent yet meaningless, and this went unnoticed. Now, during transcription, the model's confidence level in the audio is measured; Turkish recordings where the model is uncertain are flagged as "low audio quality" and a warning is displayed in the call summary. The call is still scored; the warning simply reminds you that the recording needs to be listened to.
  • Transcriptions of single-channel recordings are now also stored line by line. This allows the audit that detects meaningless lines to work on these recordings as well.
  • Additionally, a fix was made so that English words in English-language calls are no longer incorrectly counted as errors.

CALLAII Edge explanation and hardware information clarified Enhancement

  • The CALLAII Edge page, homepage, pricing plans, and FAQ have been updated. It is now clearly stated that with Edge, not only the AI but the entire Callmenta platform — including the panel, call center, CRM, and industry modules — runs on your own server. Hardware recommendations have been clarified: a single NVIDIA card with 16 GB of memory for small businesses, and either a single 48 GB card or two 24 GB cards for medium and large deployments. In our measurements with real calls, two 24 GB cards analyzed approximately 700 calls per day. Unverified person and call counts have been removed from the pages.

Play button is now visible in the audio player Bug fix

  • The play button in the call recording player was showing only an empty ring, with the triangle icon blending into the button color and becoming invisible. The button now clearly displays the play icon in all themes.

One-click clarification questions when needed New feature

  • While preparing a petition, if there is a point in your description that is ambiguous and would change the petition, up to three short questions are displayed on the waiting screen; you answer with a single click by selecting Yes, No, or I Don't Know. For example, if your description mentions "has a house they live in," it asks whether the house is registered in that person's name; in criminal complaints, it asks whether the incident was learned on the same day for the purpose of the complaint deadline. If there is no ambiguous point, no question is asked and the petition is written directly. If you do not answer, the writing resumes automatically after 90 seconds and the unanswered point is not assumed.

The entire site has been redesigned Enhancement

  • From the homepage to pricing, from product pages to privacy and contract texts, all pages have adopted the same clean design. Background videos remain in place. Reading pages now feature a table of contents and comfortable line width, with no horizontal scrolling on mobile. Unused old promotional pages have been removed.

Property and documents not mentioned in the petition are not written Bug fix

  • When the narrative only states "has a house" or "lives in a residence," the petition no longer uses a property-indicating expression such as "owns the residence"; if such a sentence appears, it is corrected in a manner faithful to the attorney's statement, and if it cannot be corrected, it is shown to you as a warning. Attachments such as sales documents that do not appear in the narrative are not included in the list, and no reference to a listed attachment remains in the text. Headings in the explanations are written with Roman numerals, paragraphs with sequential numbers; main section headings remain unnumbered.

Call analysis screen simplified Enhancement

  • In call details, the short summary of the call is now shown first, followed by the sentences that determine the agent's and customer's scores. Each sentence displays its minute and second; clicking on it starts playback from that exact moment.
  • Each of the twelve evaluation criteria explains what the score is based on in a single sentence. The automatic transcript is collapsed at the bottom of the page by default; users can expand it by clicking "Show transcript."
  • While listening to a recording, you can select a playback speed of 1x, 1.5x, 2x, or 2.5x; the selected speed is retained for the next recording. Agents can also view the summary and how their scores were assigned on their own calls.

Fixed incorrect language and fabricated lines in call transcripts Bug fix

  • In some Turkish calls, the customer's speech was transcribed in Cyrillic or Arabic script. The audio on the phone line was misidentified as a different language during transcription. Now, the language of the conversation is determined by listening to both sides of the call together, and only supported languages are selected; Turkish calls are transcribed in Turkish, while Arabic and English calls remain in their respective languages.
  • Hold music and line noise are no longer counted as speech, so nonsensical lines in transcripts are significantly reduced. However, if a short line with low confidence or a line written in characters that do not match the call's language remains, the system re-listens to that segment from the audio; if it cannot verify it, it writes "[unintelligible]" instead of fabricating content.
  • Affected calls were re-transcribed from audio and re-analyzed.

Amounts and numbers are now displayed in the screen language's format Bug fix

  • On English, German, French, Italian, and Russian screens, amounts and numbers were displayed with Turkish separators (4.500,00 ₺). Now each language uses its own format: English shows 4,500.00 ₺, French shows 4 500,00 ₺. The Turkish screen remains unchanged.
  • Health, collections, insurance, hotel, automotive, store, field, reports, dashboards, and procurement pages are in scope. In hotel reservation chats and CALLAII price suggestions, amounts are written in the language of the response.

Health analytics page displays correctly in all languages Bug fix

  • On the health analytics page, month selection, summary cards, revenue chart, specialty names, and treatment plan rejection reasons now appear in the panel's language. Amounts and numbers are formatted according to the selected language's notation style. The issue where total patient count and overdue payment information were rendered adjacent to the number has been fixed. Incorrect translations in some headings have also been corrected; for example, in English, the "Branş" section was displayed as "source material" instead of "patient sources".

Storage Space and Quota New feature

  • 10 GB of storage space has been allocated per office for the document vault and evidence videos. The used space is displayed in the document vault and evidence section; a warning is shown when the space reaches 80%, and no new files can be uploaded once it is full. You can delete old documents to free up space.

Adding Video Evidence New feature

  • You can upload a video as evidence on the petition and contract screen (up to 500 MB). The video is compressed; its visuals and audio are analyzed by AI, and the summary is added to the evidence list, where it is used in the petition just like other pieces of evidence. Uploads are performed in chunks, so even if the connection drops briefly, the upload resumes from where it left off. The original file is deleted immediately after review; the compressed copy remains downloadable for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

v3.15September 2026

Voice transcription migrated to new server Enhancement

  • Call recording transcription has been moved from the old server to the new server. During the migration, the old address remained in some places; all have been updated to the new address. Recording transcription and demo call analysis now run on a single server, with improved performance.

Announcements removed from the bulletin no longer reappear Bug fix

  • The weekly bulletin draft is refreshed throughout the week, automatically adding newly published announcements. If you manually removed an announcement from the list, it would reappear on the next refresh if it had been published with a future date. Now, the system checks whether the announcement was previously included in the list; once removed, it will not be added again.

Legal assistant searches within its own topic Bug fix

  • When different questions were asked consecutively to the legal assistant, the new question would sometimes be linked to the previous question's topic, causing the assistant to retrieve irrelevant legal provisions and case law. For example, a divorce question asked after a land registry question would return land registry sources, and the assistant could not generate an answer because the available sources were unrelated to the topic.
  • Now, every question that is meaningful on its own is searched within its own topic. Linking to the previous question only occurs for questions that are meaningless on their own, such as 'what about the statute of limitations?', thereby preserving the flow of the conversation.
  • Additionally, family law terms are now being translated into legal terminology. Terms used in practice such as consensual divorce, contested divorce, poverty alimony, child support, and interim alimony do not appear verbatim in the legal text, so the relevant provisions could not be found; questions asked with these terms now retrieve the correct provisions.

Legislation tracking now updates itself Enhancement

  • The Official Gazette archive has been backfilled for one year. Previously, only publications from the last twelve days could be searched; a query like "which tariff was issued this year" would silently return empty results. Now, all publications from the past year are searchable with their full text.
  • Newly published regulations and communiqués are automatically added to the tracking list. Most importantly, annually renewed tariffs: the new year's minimum fee tariff for attorneys or mediators is added to the list on the day it is published. Previously, this was done manually, and if forgotten, the library would present the previous year's tariff as if it were current.
  • A defect that skipped five articles during the reading of legal texts has been resolved. Article 61 of the Turkish Penal Code, concerning the determination of penalties, was among these and remained with its old text. Now, all articles are displayed with their current text.
  • A watchdog has been added that twice a day verifies the operation of the ingestion pipelines. If legislation updates, decision ingestion, or the Official Gazette feed stops, a notification is sent to the management team. Previously, a halt was only noticed when it was manually detected.

Turkish stem extraction and result deduplication in legal search Enhancement

  • Legislation and Official Gazette search did not recognize inflectional suffixes: when you typed "termination of the contract," only articles containing the exact form "contract" were returned. Our measurements showed that two-thirds of relevant articles for "contract" and three-quarters for "heir" were completely missing from search results. Both sources have been switched to Turkish stem extraction, which was already working on the case law side; now the suffix used for a word no longer matters.
  • In case law search, when multiple paragraphs of the same decision matched a query, the decision appeared multiple times in the list, taking up unnecessary space. Now each decision is listed only once, with the number of matching passages displayed next to it.
  • In multi-word searches, the keyword matching component was occasionally silently disabled, causing results to rely solely on semantic similarity. The candidate count has been re-measured and adjusted; these searches now work completely.

Legislation and Official Gazette tracking expanded Enhancement

  • The legal library now re-reads not only laws but also regulations, communiqués, and Presidential Decrees from their official sources every morning. Amended articles are added to the library on the same day, ensuring the current text appears in search results. The tracking list now includes regulations frequently used in legal practice, along with the minimum fee tariffs for attorneys and mediators.
  • The entire Constitution and four additional laws (Electronic Communications, Competition, Electricity Market, and Right to Information) have been added to the library with their current texts; previously, some of these texts remained in their state as of their adoption date.
  • The Official Gazette is no longer just a list of titles: the text of every publication, excluding the announcements section, is now added to the library and is searchable. Legal search and the legal assistant display the latest publications relevant to your query, including date, title, and link.
  • The shared legislation knowledge base used by CALLAII chat and the site assistant will now automatically sync with the legal library every morning; manual uploads are no longer required.

Faster case law search Enhancement

  • We have sped up case law and library searches.
  • When multiple users searched simultaneously, results could take longer to load. We measured the ranking stage and removed unnecessary overhead: the number of candidates entering the ranking process decreased, while the first eight results remained exactly the same. In twenty concurrent searches, wait times were reduced by more than half.
  • Additionally, repeated searches within a short period now return instantly. When you search for the same topic multiple times while drafting a petition, the second search opens without delay.

Workforce Intelligence: See next week’s workload today New feature

  • A new screen has opened for call center managers: Workforce Intelligence. It forecasts next week’s hourly workload based on your historical inbound call flow, calculates the required headcount according to your target service level, and compares it with your current shift schedule to highlight gaps and excess hours.
  • What’s included:
  • Weekly forecast chart: expected call volume and possible range (low, medium, high) at a glance.
  • Hourly and daily intensity heatmap.
  • Staffing comparison: how many agents are short or overstaffed at each hour.
  • Draft shift suggestion: generated with one click, not published until you approve it.
  • CALLAII rationale sentence: a brief explanation based solely on calculated figures.
  • Accuracy card: last week’s forecast is compared with actuals; if data is insufficient, it clearly states so.
  • Break and absence allowance: shown as a measured value if measurable, or as an assumption if not.
  • When your data is still limited, the screen operates in intensity mode: displaying peak hours and the weekly profile. Once volume and historical data become sufficient, the staffing calculation automatically activates.
  • The module is located in the HR menu, next to the Shift Planner, and is offered as a plugin. Available in five languages.

Fixed Verimor hint in the SMS step Bug fix

  • The SMS step previously displayed "Verimor and Bulutfon require an access token." In reality, Verimor works with a username and password; customers who followed the hint and entered a token were unable to send messages. The hint has been corrected in five languages: only Bulutfon requires a token, while NetGSM and Verimor work with a username and password.

Internal number changes now correctly reflect on the phone Bug fix

  • Internal number changes made from certain screens were being saved, but the phone continued to connect using the old number. Internal number information is now written from a single source; no matter which screen you change it from, the phone now opens with the new number.

Assign internal extensions for your team yourself New feature

  • Customers who manage the application themselves can now assign both the role and the PBX extension for team members they add. Extensions and passwords can be entered both when adding a person and via the bulk extension screen; our support team can also edit this information as managed by the administration.

Company owners can now access call lists Bug fix

  • Previously, when accessing the call lists screen with a company owner account, the list was visible but clicking on it resulted in a permission error. The list upload and column mapping steps were also disabled.
  • Now, company owners can open their own company's call lists, upload new lists, map columns, and distribute lists to representatives. Lists from other companies remain hidden as before.

Call transcript and coaching note enhanced Enhancement

  • In call recordings, the conversation text now correctly spells industry-specific terms. The speech recognizer used to convert unknown terms into the closest everyday word; as a result, the text might have written something other than virtual POS instead of virtual POS, control instead of switchboard, or diagnosis instead of facility. A curated list of terms frequently used in hotel, healthcare, legal, finance, automotive, e-commerce, and telecom sectors has been added. The list is closed: only terms from this list are corrected in the text, no other words are touched, and the raw output of the speech recognizer continues to be stored as is.
  • The coaching note has also been expanded. For calls that went well, the note was often too brief; now, for long conversations, at least two strengths and at least two development items are written. For calls with no flaws, the note shifts from criticism to improvement: customer needs mentioned during the call but left unexplored, and preparations to be carried over to the next contact, are listed concretely. Each item is based on a real quote from the call, and suggested sentences do not promise the customer any feature that was not present during the call.
  • Additionally, the indicator showing whether the correction worked has been fixed; changes at the end of the text were not visible, so corrections were reported as not having been made even when they were.

New icons for Hotel and Legal menus Enhancement

  • In the Hotel module menu, each row now features an icon that describes its function. Room types are shown with a bed icon, housekeeping with a cleaning brush, check-ins and check-outs with a reception bell, room definitions with a key, and reservations with a ticket icon.
  • Previously, some rows shared the same icon, making it difficult to identify each row at a glance. The same issue existed on the Legal side, where the Office Dashboard and the AI Dashboard used the same symbol. The Office Dashboard is now distinguished by a scales icon.
  • An automatic check has been added to prevent two menu rows from using the same icon, ensuring this confusion does not silently reoccur.

Currency selection for room types Enhancement

  • Currency can now be selected for room types. Users can choose from Turkish Lira, US Dollar, Euro, and British Pound; when adding a new room type, the property’s default currency is pre-filled.
  • The currency is written to the reservation from the room type. For businesses selling some room types in foreign currencies within the same property, amounts are now recorded in the correct currency.
  • No currency conversion is performed: the price appears in the currency it was entered in on the availability screen, chat responses, and reservation records.
  • In the calendar, the currency for each room type is displayed in the row header. Availability queries and price information from live chat also include the currency.
  • Additionally, for properties without defined room types, the screen clearly explains why the reservation calendar appears empty and outlines the necessary steps to resolve it.

v3.14September 2026

Dedicated screen, claim handling, and email notifications for live support requests New feature

  • Requests initiated by the AI assistant from chats are now aggregated in their own dedicated screen, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • The "My Tasks" screen in the menu has been renamed to "Callback · Live Support Requests". The top section of the screen lists all callback, meeting, and agent handover requests opened by the assistant. They are visible here regardless of who they are assigned to.
  • Each row now features two new buttons: Call and Claim. The Call button initiates the call directly from your phone. The Claim button assigns the request to you and adds it to your task list. Two people cannot claim the same request simultaneously; the second person is notified that the request has been assigned to someone else.
  • The counters at the top now display the status of requests: overdue, today, upcoming, and unclaimed. Previously, these counters only counted tasks assigned to you; it was possible for the counter to show zero even when overdue requests were present in the list. Tasks assigned to you are listed below under their own heading.
  • Requests are now also delivered via email. Along with panel notifications, emails are sent to the relevant personnel; managers who do not access the panel on that day are also informed about the request. The email includes the request type, customer details, phone number, scheduled time, and notes extracted from the conversation.
  • The customer is also informed. When a callback or agent request is created, if the customer's email address is known, they receive a brief notification confirming that their request has been received. The scheduled time and the number we will call are included in the email.
  • Emails are sent with your own branding. For companies that have connected their own mail account, the sender address and template belong to that company; for companies that have not connected an account, no email is sent, but panel notifications are still delivered.

WhatsApp calls are now answered in the panel New feature

  • Your customers can now voice-call your business number via WhatsApp. Incoming calls ring on the screen of the agent who has the call box open in the panel; the agent answers with a single click and conducts the conversation directly from the browser. No separate software or PBX setup is required.
  • If no agent is available, the call is not left ringing unnecessarily. The caller is immediately released, their number is saved, and an automatic task is created for a callback. This ensures that missed calls are not lost.
  • The WhatsApp card on the My Channels screen explains how this feature works and what needs to be enabled to receive calls.

Hotel Reservation Calendar New feature

  • A reservation calendar has been added to the panel for hotel and accommodation businesses. When Hotel is selected as the industry, the CRM opens with accommodation-specific terminology: "guest" is used instead of "customer," and sales stages progress as Request, Quote Given, Option, Confirmed, and Stayed.
  • New screens:
  • Reservation calendar: Remaining room count by room type and date, nightly rates, blackout dates, and daily check-in/check-out counts in a single grid.
  • Reservations: Create new records, check availability, confirm, process check-in and check-out, and cancel.
  • Check-ins and Check-outs: Lists for pending check-ins, pending check-outs, current in-house guests, and options awaiting expiration.
  • Room Types and Quotas: Room count, capacity, base price, and quota, pricing, and sales status by date range.
  • Rate Plans: Board basis, cancellation policy, and nightly differential.
  • Facility Settings: Separate calendar and separate quota for businesses with multiple facilities.
  • It is not possible to sell more rooms than the available quota for the same night. If two users attempt to book the last available room simultaneously, only one succeeds, and the other is notified that no rooms are available. If even a single night within the requested range is fully booked, the entire reservation is rejected; it is not partially booked.
  • Reservations opened as options temporarily hold the room. Upon expiration, the record automatically drops, and the held nights become available for sale again; no manual cleanup is required.
  • Guests are not stored in a separate list but are represented by the customer card itself. When a guest with an entered phone number returns, a new card is not created; accommodation history, total nights stayed, and active reservations are visible on the same card.
  • In single-facility businesses, the facility selector is not displayed. The selector appears above the calendar and lists as soon as a second facility is added.

You can re-analyze your calls New feature

  • Company managers can perform re-analysis, coaching commentary, and risk/opportunity extraction on their own calls. There is no access to recordings from other companies.

You can edit your quality form yourself Enhancement

  • The evaluation forms and appeals screens have been added to the menu. Company administrators can create and edit their own evaluation forms.

Outgoing emails to your customers now appear under your name Enhancement

  • Outgoing emails to your customers — such as support request replies, meeting notes, and screen-sharing invitations — are sent using the sender identity you have configured. If you have not set up your own email settings, the emails will still be delivered. System emails such as passwords, verification codes, and reports continue to be sent from our infrastructure as before.

Dedicated panel for company executives New feature

  • When you open the panel, today's calls, open chats, new customers this week, and your team size are all visible at a glance. Any incomplete setup steps are also listed, and clicking one takes you directly to the relevant screen. Counters for closed modules are not displayed.

Instant team notification on new customer registration New feature

  • When a new company registers, a dashboard notification and an informational email are sent to the managers' corporate inbox. Company details, the authorized contact, and the package are all displayed on a single screen.

Debt collection fields are now only visible to companies using collections Bug fix

  • On the customer card creation screen, the Debtor Name and debt fields were visible even to companies that do not use the collections module. These fields are now displayed only for companies that use collections.

Skipping a step during setup no longer ends the setup Bug fix

  • The 'Skip for now' link on the setup screen was completing the entire setup instead of just skipping that step. It now only moves to the next step; the option to finish the setup appears at the final step.

The assistant now asks questions in the visitor's language Bug fix

  • The live support assistant was adding a Turkish question at the end of responses to visitors who wrote in Russian, Spanish, and Arabic. Questions for these languages were prepared in their respective languages; the assistant now maintains the entire conversation in the visitor's language.

Business line separation under a single company New feature

  • Multiple business lines can be defined under the same company account. Service, vehicle sales, and insurance lines are set up separately and assigned to employees; employees can only see their own line's records and shared records open to all lines. Managers continue to see all lines. For companies that do not define a business line, nothing changes.

Screen sharing fixed from start to finish Bug fix

  • The screen sharing link sent to the customer would hang at the "preparing" step when opened, and the share never started. This has been fixed. Now the customer is ready the moment they open the link and selects the screen to share with a single button.
  • On phones and tablets, screen sharing is not supported by the browser. Instead of waiting on a blank screen, the customer sees a warning and can copy the link to open it on their computer.
  • Previously, the connection would be lost if the agent's monitoring page closed or if the browser blocked the new tab. Now, the agent can reconnect to the same session after finishing the monitoring, and active screen shares are listed on top of the live support screen.
  • Every screen share is now recorded. In chat-based support, the link opening and the start/end of the share are noted in the chat; in phone support, the monitoring address is added to the call note, so the call can be revisited later.

Approval cards linked to the company Bug fix

  • All approval requests are now scoped to the company within the query. Approval cards from other companies are not visible in any list or operation.

Test Drive Scheduling New feature

  • A test drive appointment is created for the vehicle in stock and it is listed on the sales screen.

Vehicle sales surface New feature

  • Companies using the automotive module can now manage their vehicles for sale as well: stock list, listing and purchase prices, branch distribution, and ready-for-sale and reserved statuses are all available on a single screen. Service screens do not display stock vehicles, so there is no confusion.

Vehicles listed on the customer card New feature

  • A vehicles section has been added to the CRM customer card. License plate, model, mileage, branch, and maintenance/inspection/insurance dates are now visible at a glance; past dates are highlighted in red.

Vehicle information displayed on screen when a call comes in New feature

  • In companies that use automotive, the moment an agent picks up the phone, they can see the caller's vehicle details: license plate, model, mileage, which branch it is registered to, overdue maintenance, inspection and insurance alerts, and any open work orders. CALLAII now lists the vehicle as the first item in the call brief.

Appointment emails are sent with a branded template Enhancement

  • Appointment confirmations are sent using our corporate email template, featuring a handwritten-style heading and a logo banner at the top. Separate messages are delivered to the visitor and the team from the info address.

Assistant permissions can be toggled on or off from the panel Enhancement

  • The assistant's permissions for sending emails, scheduling meetings, and creating callback requests can be enabled individually from the live support settings. They are disabled by default.

Appointment form in live support New feature

  • When a visitor requests a meeting, a short form opens within the chat. Once the form is filled out, the appointment is added to the calendar, a task is created for the team, and a confirmation email is sent to both the visitor and the team.

Companies Can Connect Their Own Email Provider New feature

  • Support for Resend, Brevo, SendGrid, Postmark, and Mailgun has been added to the email settings. When you select a provider, the screen walks you through how to create an account and where to obtain the API key. Because outbound mail ports are closed on our servers, this is the only working method.

Speech flow measurement in calls New feature

  • A speech flow measurement has been added to the call analysis screen. For each recording, you can see how much each party spoke, how many times they took the floor, who interrupted whom, and how many times the volume level rose significantly. In addition, the list includes overlap duration, dead air (when both parties are silent), the longest silence, and the average time between one party finishing and the other starting.
  • These are measurement results, not interpretations. The system does not infer a mood from the audio; it only counts what is measurable.
  • When a recording has a single channel, both parties share the same audio stream, so it is not possible to determine who interrupted whom from the recording. For such calls, the relevant values are left blank and the reason is displayed on the screen; no estimated figure is generated.
  • Channel numbers are not speaker labels. Because a channel may contain both an incoming announcement and a human voice, no party assignment is made.
  • The measurement is performed during the existing analysis, so it does not add any extra processing time per call.

Assistant plans meetings and calls New feature

  • If a visitor wants to schedule a meeting or be called back, the assistant understands the day and time, creates an event in the calendar, generates a task for the team, and sends a notification to the responsible person. The stated time is no longer lost.

Assistant sends the introduction presentation on its own New feature

  • In live support, when a visitor requests an introduction, the assistant now asks for their email address and sends the presentation directly. The delivery is logged in the chat record and the customer history.

Sales opportunity notification in live support New feature

  • When a visitor mentions their team size and asks about a package or price, your team receives an instant notification. This ensures that interested customers are not lost after the chat ends.

Real-time typing indicator in Instagram and Messenger chats Bug fix

  • In Instagram DM and Messenger conversations, the "typing" bubble shown to the customer now appears only while the AI is actually preparing a response. The bubble closes immediately once the response is sent, the chat is transferred to a human agent, or the preparation process is interrupted.
  • This ensures the customer is not left waiting for a message that is not actually being typed.

Call analysis runs seamlessly on the new infrastructure Bug fix

  • The call analysis engine was unable to start some analyses during the migration to the new infrastructure due to long prompts. The context window on the server side has been resized to accommodate the analyses, and repeated prompts are now cached. Analyses now start within seconds after the first run.

Chat / commands New feature

  • You can manage tasks from the chat by typing a command that starts with / in the message box. The command text is not posted to the chat; the result appears as a card, a short system message, or a reply visible only to you.
  • /komutlar: lists the commands available in the current chat, with examples. Clicking an example inserts it into the message box. The same list is also accessible via the "Commands" entry in the plus menu.
  • /onay Title | description: opens an approval card.
  • /izin annual 15.09.2026 17.09.2026 | reason: opens a leave request; the number of working days is calculated automatically, and the card is sent to your manager's private chat. Types: annual, sick, unpaid, marriage, birth, paternity, bereavement, other. Works only in private chats.
  • /toplantı Title | 08.09.2026 14:00 | 45: creates a meeting. Duration is in minutes; if omitted, the default is 60. If created in a channel, channel members are invited and the call link is attached to the channel room. Admin, superadmin, and supervisor can create directly; for other roles it becomes an approval request.
  • /itiraz #123 | reason: opens an objection to your quality assessment. You have a maximum of two attempts per assessment; the first goes to the supervisor, the second to the manager. Works only in private chats and only for your own assessment.
  • /görev Title | date | @person: creates a CRM task. Date and person are optional; if no person is specified, the task is assigned to you; if specified, the person must be a participant in the chat.
  • /hatırlat 15:30 Call the customer: sets a reminder for you. If the time has already passed, it rolls over to the next day; you can also specify a date and time.
  • /liste List name | @Ayşe @Mehmet: distributes a call list to agents in the channel in sequence. If no person is specified, it is distributed to all agents in the channel. Channel-only and restricted to managers with list-distribution permission.
  • /announcement text: posts a pinned announcement to the company's Announcements channel under your name. Channel-only and restricted to manager roles.
  • An unrecognized / expression is sent as a normal message; nothing is blocked.

Approvals tab: pending requests in a single list New feature

  • An Approvals tab has been added to the team portal. There are three views: Assigned to me, Created by me, and History.
  • The Assigned to me view shows only the requests you can actually make a decision on; the pending count is displayed as a badge on the tab.
  • Decisions are made in the same way as the card in the chat, and notes can be added. From each row, you can navigate with a single click to the relevant chat and to the permission, meeting, or evaluation screen associated with the request.
  • The request owner can withdraw a pending request.

Approval Gate in Chat New feature

  • Every task in a chat that requires approval now opens as a card. The card displays the title, description, requester, and status; the authorized person approves or rejects it and can optionally add a note. The decision-maker and timestamp are recorded on the card, and the decision cannot be changed afterward.
  • There are two ways to open a card: the plus menu in the input box offers an "Approval request" form, or you can use the /onay Title | description command.
  • In a one-on-one chat, the other party makes the decision. In a channel, members with an admin role (supervisor, manager, admin) make the decision; other members can view the card but cannot decide. The requester cannot approve their own request, and no one outside the chat can access the card.
  • Leave requests: when an employee submits a leave request from the panel, the card automatically drops into their manager's private chat. Approving from the card approves the leave, posts it to the shift plan, and deducts it from the annual leave balance; a decision made from the HR screen also closes the card.
  • Meeting requests: a pending meeting request drops as a card into the approver's chat. Approving from the card approves the meeting, and a decision made from the meetings screen closes the card.
  • Evaluation objections: an objection to a quality evaluation drops as a card to the evaluating supervisor on the first objection and to the manager on the second. The decision is logged in the objection record along with a note.
  • Personal requests such as leave and objections can only be opened in a private chat; if attempted in a channel, the system warns and nothing is written.
  • For requests opened in a channel, a notification is sent to members with an admin role.

Risks and Opportunities in Call Details Enhancement

  • The 'Missed Opportunities' section in call analysis appeared empty in every call. While the analysis generated this information, it was not being recorded; from now on, it will be saved along with the initial analysis.
  • A new 'Risks and Opportunities' card has been added to the call details. This card displays the risk level of the conversation, churn and escalation indicators, sales and follow-up opportunities, and missed moments in a single view.
  • For older calls, the 'Analyze Risks and Opportunities' button on the card will extract this layer separately. The score, sentiment, and coaching areas remain untouched; it only updates risk and opportunity information and refreshes business development signals.

Meeting screen refreshed Enhancement

  • The Callmenta Meet meeting screen has been made simpler and more intuitive.
  • The bottom toolbar has been reorganized; each button now includes a short label indicating its function (Microphone, Camera, Screen, Chat, Participants, Raise Hand, View, Background).
  • Unused options (video sharing, live stream, recording, feedback, app download, embed code) have been removed from the menus. Whiteboard, noise reduction, security, and settings are now under the Other menu.
  • The whiteboard can now be opened in all meetings.
  • Screen colors have been aligned with the Callmenta brand; the join screen, settings windows, and side panels now share a consistent look.
  • Virtual background images now appear correctly in your own view; background images with logos no longer appear mirrored.
  • The calendar and mobile app offer have been removed from the settings window.

Unscoreable calls now tagged with reason Enhancement

  • Previously, unscoreable calls remained with an ambiguous "unscoreable" label. Now, the reason is explicitly stated: "Dropped in IVR" (caller left during the automated switchboard or queue stage before connecting with an agent), "Short call" (call duration insufficient for scoring), and in outbound calls, "Receiver's switchboard".
  • The reason is determined by strict rules, not left to model interpretation. The call list, call details, CALLAII center, and dashboards all display the same label. Historical calls have also been reclassified.

Note coaching now works in reanalysis and post-written notes Bug fix

  • Previously, note coaching was only generated during the initial call analysis. When a call was reanalyzed or a representative wrote a note after the analysis, no note evaluation took place; as a result, note coaching was missing in most of the analyzed calls.
  • Now:
  • Note coaching and risk/opportunity scanning are also refreshed during reanalysis.
  • Evaluation is automatically performed even if the note is written or updated after the analysis.
  • Note coaching tasks have been moved to the analysis queue to avoid congesting the same queue as the call listener.

Field team now on the right spot on the map Enhancement

  • Address-to-location resolution in field tasks has been improved. When a task is saved, the address is converted to coordinates in the background, which the map and daily plan then use.
  • There are two improvements. Addresses are now resolved down to the door number level; previously only the street could be resolved, which sometimes caused the location to drop to a nearby place. Second, incomplete or nonsensical addresses are no longer marked on the map; previously, such records could be placed at a random location.

More Accurate Address Search Enhancement

  • Address-based location lookup in customer and field records has been improved. Previously, some street and apartment addresses could not be located on the map; now a more powerful address service is used, and if no result is found, the legacy method kicks in.
  • When the same address is queried a second time, the result is retrieved from memory, and the map opens instantly.

Call analysis score no longer depends on a single evaluation; transcript is more consistent Enhancement

  • When the same call was re-analyzed, the score would sometimes change significantly. There were two reasons: the AI could assign slightly different scores to the same text each time, and the audio was transcribed anew every time, producing minor variations.
  • What was done:
  • The analysis is now independently evaluated three times, and the median result is finalized; an outlier score cannot determine the final result alone.
  • In re-analysis, the audio is no longer re-transcribed; the existing text is preserved. If re-transcription of the audio is required, it can be explicitly requested.
  • Corrupted versions of the recording notification in the transcript (e.g., 'kalit', 'kredi', 'kaliteli altında') are automatically corrected in the text.
  • Transcription is now routed according to the language of the recording; in Arabic recordings, the introduction and repetitions have been significantly improved, and vowel markings are cleaned.

Call risk labels and main topic can now be reported New feature

  • Call analysis already detected churn risk, escalation need, complaint, sales opportunity, and follow-up requirement; however, this information remained only within the call details, leaving dashboards and coaching reports empty.
  • Now, these labels are tagged to each call in every analysis. Risk dashboards, agent performance measurement, coaching summaries, and hourly risk maps are now populated with real data. Past analyses are also retroactively tagged.
  • The main topic of the call is also written to a separate field, ready for topic-based search and reporting.

Screen sharing add-on can now be purchased separately Bug fix

  • The screen sharing add-on now comes with full scope.
  • The add-on runs on top of live support, but live support was not explicitly listed in the package contents. Since all current plans include live support, this did not pose an issue; however, if a plan with narrower scope were introduced, customers would have been unable to access the add-on they paid for.
  • The package contents have been corrected. There is no extra charge, as the add-on is not sold without a plan.

Plugin catalog and expanding team roles New feature

  • A plugin catalog has arrived on your subscription page: you can view all plugins with their prices, distinguish those already active in your account, and request any you desire with a single click. Your request will be routed to our team, who will contact you to enable the plugin on your account; no charge is applied until it is activated. Additionally, you can now add users to the Technical Support and Supervisor roles in team management.

Duplication resolved in call analysis and coaching records Bug fix

  • When a live support chat was marked as both resolved and closed, multiple analyses could be written for the same conversation; now, a single analysis is generated per chat, preserving the most up-to-date result.
  • When re-analyzing from a corrected call transcript, conflicts could occur with the pending automatic analysis; this conflict has been prevented. Additionally, coaching comments are now automatically generated for re-analyses performed this way.
  • When coaching plan requests were sent consecutively for the same agent and period, duplicate coaching records could be created; now, a second record will not be opened while a production is in progress.

Screen sharing add-on now available New feature

  • Send a one-click connection to your customer during a live support call; your technical team can guide them by viewing their screen. No installation or download required, camera and microphone are fully disabled, no access to the computer, and the customer can stop sharing at any time. The add-on is now available on our pricing page for 1,900 TL per month.

Fairer call analysis with integrated coaching notes Bug fix

  • Three issues causing unfair scoring in call quality analysis have been resolved: call direction is now read from switchboard data (incoming calls are no longer mistakenly flagged as outbound and reset), recording announcements are only valid when stated by the agent or system (customer speech is no longer mistaken for an announcement), and mid-call transfer phrases no longer mask late announcements.
  • Coaching comments are now automatically generated with each analysis, eliminating the need to press a button. Duplication of the same comment on screen and simultaneous triggering of two productions have been prevented. Call note coaching has also been corrected to work with the latest transcript after analysis completion.

Connect your WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger accounts with a single click New feature

  • The Meta connection button on the Channels page is now open to all our customers. You can connect your WhatsApp line, Instagram account, and Facebook page in just a few steps without any technical setup, and respond to incoming messages directly from your live support panel.

Transfer only to available agents Bug fix

  • The system checks the status of the target agent during call transfer.
  • Previously, calls were sent to the switchboard without verifying the internal number; if the target agent was on break, offline, or undefined, the transferred customer would fall into a void, and the call would silently drop.
  • Now, a check is performed before transfer. If the target agent is unavailable, the transfer is blocked and the reason is logged: the agent's name and current status (on break, taking notes, offline). A clear warning also appears for undefined internal numbers.

Queue Position and Post-Call Workflow Enhancement

  • While taking notes after a call, you can see the next customer in the queue.
  • The pending call card now displays how many people are waiting in the queue. The longest-waiting customer appears at the top.
  • Your post-call note-taking time is preserved: the waiting customer stays in the queue, and your phone does not ring. Once you finish your notes and are ready, you can take the call. Since you can see the waiting customer on the card, you remain aware of who is next in line.

Queued calls are visible on the screen New feature

  • Agents can now see calls waiting in the queue even while they are in a conversation.
  • A small card appears in the bottom right corner of the panel; each row displays the company name, queue name, caller number, and how long they have been waiting. The card only appears when there is a waiting call.
  • Agents working across multiple companies can now see all their queues at once. Previously, only the queue of the currently selected company was visible, making it easy to miss waiting customers from other companies.

Signature verification in messaging channels Enhancement

  • We verify that notifications arriving via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook connections truly originate from Meta.
  • Verification activates automatically: the moment a valid signature is detected in a channel, that channel is secured and spoofed notifications are rejected.
  • This sequencing is intentional. Had we enforced verification from the start, messages in a misconfigured channel would be silently blocked, leaving the inbox empty. Now, no channel is disabled; protection only activates once the configuration is proven correct.

Improvements in CALLAII Responses Enhancement

  • We have enhanced output quality and privacy across AI interfaces.
  • Personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses is now masked for every user.
  • In cases of truncated output in long responses, content is regenerated with a broader budget; long documents like contracts will no longer be incomplete.
  • The model's internal evaluation text is never displayed as a response on any interface.
  • When a connection issue occurs, the error message is not saved in the response area intended for the customer.
  • The sentiment indicator in live support and the session suggestion in the legal module are now operational.
  • Store reviews are now generated using the company's panel language.
  • Ordinary questions containing words like "password" are no longer unnecessarily rejected.

Security and privacy hardening Enhancement

  • We have reviewed the security layer of the panel from end to end.
  • All admin screens no longer open without waiting for two-step verification. Previously, some admin pages could be accessed after password verification before the second step was completed.
  • File type detection for profile photo, cover image, blog image, and media library uploads is now determined by the file's own content. This prevents unauthorized content from being left in the system via renamed files.
  • When a user resets their password, sessions on the desktop application are also terminated. Previously, connections from old devices continued to work even after a password change.
  • Redirection validation for email links has become mandatory; unsigned external addresses no longer open.
  • Appointment confirmation pages are now accessible only to the person who created the appointment. Previously, it was possible to view information from other appointments by changing the number in the address bar.
  • Rate limiting has been added to the switchboard and store notification endpoints; call recordings are now stored in a restricted area inaccessible via web, and customer numbers are hidden in the recording logs.

Warranty Expiry Tracking New feature

  • The warranty expiry date has been added to the vehicle card. Vehicles whose warranty is about to expire are collected in a separate list on the service dashboard, and a reminder can be sent with a single click.
  • A direct sales opportunity list for services that sell warranty extension packages.

Service Branches New feature

  • Branch definition has been introduced for services operating across multiple locations. The branch name, code, phone number, address, and the brands it serves can now be recorded.
  • A vehicle and work order can be linked to a branch; the service dashboard, vehicle list, and reminder delivery are filtered by branch. Reminders are sent only to the customers of the selected branch on the screen.
  • For single-branch services, nothing changes: the selector remains hidden as long as no branch is defined.

Inspection and insurance reminders can now be sent Enhancement

  • The service dashboard already listed vehicles with upcoming inspections and insurance, but you couldn't take any action after viewing the list; bulk reminders were only available for periodic maintenance.
  • A send button has been added to the top of both lists. Message templates come pre-filled and can be customized per company; the reminder includes the vehicle's license plate and expiration date.

Stock tracking now available in the service catalog New feature

  • Until now, the catalog was only a price list; there was no record anywhere of how many units of each part remained in stock.
  • You can now enable stock tracking for part items. You can set a critical threshold, and when stock falls below that threshold, a warning list appears at the top of the catalog screen. When a work order is completed, the selected parts are automatically deducted from stock; even if the same work order is saved twice, the stock is deducted only once.
  • Stock entry, count adjustment, and returns can be processed manually. Every transaction is recorded with information on who made it and why; balances cannot change without leaving a record.

Call journey is being established across all switch lines Bug fix

  • Information such as which menu a call passed through, which queue it waited in, and which agents' phones rang was never created on a switch line. Queue reports, transfer reports, and abandoned call reports for companies operating on that line were left empty.
  • It has also been reconstructed for past calls; reports are now populated retroactively.

Tech Entrepreneur Badge Added to Our Certificates New feature

  • Our Tech Entrepreneur Badge, issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology, has been added to the certificates page. The badge also appears first among the certificate cards on the homepage.
  • A new verification bar has been added to both the homepage and the certificates page: the badge, document sequence number, and tax identification number are displayed together, with a button next to them that opens the Ministry's document verification screen. Users can retrieve the necessary information from here and verify the document themselves.
  • The badge is also featured in the footer of all pages and in the Supporters card on the homepage. The text is displayed in five languages.

Call analysis improved: more accurate transcription and automatic language detection Enhancement

  • Call analysis (speech-to-text) has been upgraded.
  • What's improved:
  • More accurate transcription
  • New CALLAII speech recognition model is now active. On an independent benchmark, the Turkish error rate dropped from 8.9% to 7.1%.
  • Automatic language detection
  • The language of the call is now detected directly from the audio. Previously, a single account-wide language setting could cause calls in a different language to be transcribed incorrectly. Turkish and Arabic calls are now transcribed in their respective languages.
  • Silence and hold music no longer interfere with transcription
  • The model has been trained to recognize non-speech segments; hallucinations from hold music, silence, and line noise have been significantly reduced.
  • Better results for single-channel recordings
  • Recordings where speakers are not separated into distinct channels are now transcribed by segmenting speech sections; distortions typically seen toward the end of long calls have been resolved.
  • No changes are required in your panel or integrations.

Section menu added to product tour Enhancement

  • On the product tour page, the right-side section menu found on other pages was missing. Since the page consisted of seven screens and a comparison section, it was difficult to navigate between sections.
  • A menu has been added; you can now jump to any section with a single click and see where you are. The menu updates automatically when a section is added.

Language selection not applied on live support screen Bug fix

  • When opening a chat directly via its URL, the page did not switch to the selected language and remained in Turkish. The issue did not occur when opening from the inbox.
  • Fixed; the interface now loads in the selected language regardless of how the chat is opened.

Product tour expanded Enhancement

  • Three more sections have been added to the product tour: call recordings, call analysis, and live support. In the analysis section, a twelve-dimensional quality score and coaching note of a conversation are visible; in the live support section, the inbox, active chat, and live coaching panel are displayed together.
  • The onboarding text has also been rewritten. All screens have been prepared separately in five languages.

Product tour page launched New feature

  • Previously, visitors to the site could not view the product without registering. Now, the product tour page features the panel's own screens: daily operations dashboard, CALLAII assistant, and customer records.
  • Images are sourced from a sample demo company, and no customer data is displayed. The page is live in five languages, with each language displaying its own screenshot; the English page shows the English panel.

Free trial registration now accessible from anywhere on the site Enhancement

  • The registration screen for starting the 14-day free trial was ready, but there were no links on the site leading to it. The free trial buttons on the pricing page also directed users to a contact form instead of registration.
  • Now, there is a free trial button in the top menu on every page, and the trial buttons on the pricing page open the registration screen directly. This change is effective across all five languages. The offer and meeting request buttons continue to direct to the contact form as before.

Optional consent preferences New feature

  • Optional consent preferences have been added to the registration screen and account page. You can separately consent to commercial electronic communications and product development activities.
  • None of these are mandatory; you can still use the service as usual without opting in. You may revoke your consent at any time free of charge via the account page.
  • Processes required for the provision of the service are not dependent on consent; they arise from the contract.

Personal Information Masking in Call Recordings Enhancement

  • Phone numbers, ID numbers, card numbers, IBANs, and email addresses in call transcripts are now automatically masked during recording. Previously, this redaction was only performed during export; now, it is written to the database in masked form. Historical records have also been cleaned under this scope. The readability of the transcript is not compromised; only personal information is hidden.

Order Summary and Purchase Flow New feature

  • A purchase path has been added to the plans on the pricing page. When you select a plan, the order summary opens.
  • In the summary, you can specify the period (monthly or yearly) and the number of users, and view the subtotal, VAT, and total amount payable. You then approve the contracts and proceed to payment.
  • If you don’t have an account, one is created first; your selection is not lost, and you continue from where you left off after registration.
  • The page is live in five languages.

AI Assistants Read the Site More Accurately Enhancement

  • Pricing information is now published in a machine-readable format. When assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity describe Callmenta, they can directly read the package price, monthly subscription status, and service availability from the page. Previously, these fields were empty, causing assistants to either skip the price or report it incorrectly.
  • A source that provides the full text of the site content in a single file has been added. All product, service, FAQ, pricing, and policy pages are collected in this file and automatically refreshed weekly; the file stays in sync when pages change.
  • The trial period information in the introductory text presented to assistants has also been updated. Now, the same details appear everywhere: a 15-minute live demo and a 14-day free trial.

Registration screen simplified Enhancement

  • We now require less information when creating a trial account. You no longer need to enter the password twice; the city and industry questions have also been removed from the registration screen.
  • We already collect this information in the first step of the setup screen. Registration now takes less than a minute.
  • Industry-specific packages are also now available within the panel: in the Modules step of the Setup and Settings section, you can view capabilities not included in your package and request information.

Open Your Own Account New feature

  • You no longer need to speak with anyone to try Callmenta. Simply select your plan from the registration page, verify your email address, and log in to your account.
  • How it works:
  • Choose the plan that suits you. All modules of that plan are unlocked during the trial.
  • Click the link sent to your email address. Your account is created instantly, and you can access your dashboard directly.
  • Enjoy 14 days of free usage. No credit card is required, and no charges will be applied automatically at the end of the period.
  • The trial account includes a limited usage of AI: 300 messages with the assistant and 20 re-analyses. This is more than enough to evaluate the product. If you exceed the limit, the dashboard continues to function, but AI-powered requests are paused, and you will be prompted to upgrade to a plan.
  • Once the trial ends, your dashboard is suspended, and your data is retained for 30 days. If you wish to continue, you can pick up right where you left off.
  • The page is available in Turkish, English, German, French, and Italian.

Reply box appears within the thread Enhancement

  • When you open a reply to a message, the text box also appears within that block. You write the reply right below the messages, not in the box at the bottom of the page; file attachments, GIFs, and formatting work exactly the same. When you close the thread, the box returns to its normal position.

v3.13September 2026

The client card now displays the entire communication history New feature

  • When you open the client card, you will see the communication history alongside files, hearings, and collections. Phone calls with their duration and outcome, WhatsApp and live chat conversations by channel, notes, and appointments are all listed in a single stream, sorted from newest to oldest. If a call recording is available, you can jump directly to its analysis; if there is a conversation, you can go straight to the chat itself.
  • You no longer need to search across separate screens to find what was discussed with a client months ago.
  • A Calls section has been added to the file screen. If a client has multiple files, you can tag which conversation belongs to which file; anyone opening that file will only see the conversations associated with it.
  • On the petition screen, you can now select a client first. The selected client’s files are listed immediately below. You can also draft a petition for a client who does not yet have a file; name and address details are still auto-filled.
  • A Clients box has been added to the main Law screen, allowing one-click access to the client list. From the law section of the customer card, you can also navigate directly to the client card and the appointment form.
  • Phone call and conversation lines are only visible in offices using the relevant services; if you do not use them, the card continues to work in its simplified form.

Conversation analysis page is live, voice-based emotion recognition limitation clearly stated New feature

  • Conversation analysis and sentiment analysis are among the most frequently asked topics, but the site lacked a dedicated page for this subject. Terminology was scattered across different pages, leaving users unsure of which page to visit.
  • What’s new:
  • The conversation analysis page has been launched. What is extracted from a call is detailed under eight headings: Turkish speech recognition and speaker diarization, sentiment journey, quoted critical moments, de-escalation success, twelve-dimensional quality score, score justification, operational risk, and coaching notes.
  • Voice behavior metrics are explained in a separate section: interruptions, talk balance, dead air, and overlapping speech. These metrics are calculated directly on the recording, without querying the AI model.
  • The rationale behind our decision not to perform voice-based emotion recognition has been published. The EU AI Act prohibits inferring emotions from employees’ biometric data in the workplace, while inferring emotions from customer voice falls into the high-risk category. Our sentiment analysis is derived from the transcribed text of the call, and every reading is backed by a specific sentence.
  • We outlined how we differ from general-purpose sentiment services: report cards instead of labels, a Turkish-specific engine, integrated panel and workflow, and clear data residency.
  • The page features a six-question FAQ section, with questions marked up in a format readable by search engines and AI assistants.
  • Result: Organizations looking for conversation analysis or sentiment analysis for their call centers can see what we do and what we deliberately choose not to do, all on a single page.

Send from your own email account with your own branding New feature

  • You can now send emails entirely from your own account and with your own branding.
  • The email step in the setup screen has been refreshed. Simply choose one of Resend, Brevo, SendGrid, Postmark, or Mailgun and paste your API key. The screen provides instructions on how to set up an account for each provider, where to obtain the key, and what to pay attention to. After saving, you can verify your settings by sending a test email to yourself using the "Send test email" option.
  • When you connect your account, only your identity appears in the survey, quote, appointment, and notification emails sent to your customers: your own logo, company name, brand color, and signature. Callmenta contact details do not appear at the bottom of the email, and replies go directly to your address.
  • You can manage the logo, color, signature, and signature text from the email branding section. You must use an address belonging to a domain verified with the provider as the sender address; sending from an unverified address will be rejected.
  • For companies that do not connect their own account, sending continues to be handled via Callmenta as before.

The Legal screen now works like an app Enhancement

  • When you open the Legal section, you are now greeted by a single home screen instead of a long menu list. Petition, case law search, analysis, contract, deep research, deadline calculation, assistant, and colleague forum are displayed side by side with large icons; you find what you are looking for at a glance, without having to read.
  • If you also use the Office side, files, hearing calendar, meetings, and other office screens are arranged in a single row at the bottom of the same page. Both sides open from the same place and share the same look.
  • When you enter a tool, a thin strip remains at the top of the screen: it shows which section you are in, which tool you are using, and how much of your monthly generation quota you have used. The button next to it takes you back to the home screen with a single click.
  • In the left menu, Legal now occupies only a single line. This way, if you have other sections, the menu becomes shorter, and you can reach the section you are looking for without scrolling.
  • Icons and colors have been adjusted to be readable in both light and dark themes, and the same layout works on phone screens as well.

Select font independently from theme New feature

  • Each panel theme previously came with its own font. If you liked a theme's typography but switched to a different color palette, you would lose that font. Now, the font is selected independently of the color.
  • Open the theme button in the top bar and tap the Font line at the bottom of the list. The same box switches to the font list: six options are displayed with a sample sentence, each shown in its own typeface. When you select your favorite, the panel updates instantly, and since the menu remains open, you can try them one by one.
  • Your selection is saved to your account. It will be waiting for you even if you log out and sign in from another device.
  • The Theme font option at the top of the list maintains the previous behavior: if you keep this selected, the font will change along with the theme whenever you switch themes.
  • On mobile, the same list is available in the top bar menu. This feature also applies to the offer portal.

Timeout and loading indicator issues fixed in petition generation Bug fix

  • Generation of long petitions was previously interrupted and could be retried; it now completes in a single attempt, and the server timeout limit has been extended accordingly.
  • The issue where two loading indicators appeared simultaneously on the page has been resolved; the screen now displays that generation typically takes 1 to 3 minutes.

My Saved Petitions New feature

  • Law firms can save the petition they are working on under a name. The saved items appear in the "My Saved Petitions" list on the right side of the Lawsuit Petition Assistant page; you can search by name, type, court, or within the text.
  • When you open a saved item, the text, court header, and signature block load into the editor; you can edit and overwrite the same record, or download it as UDF, PDF, or DOCX. Opening a firm file is not required for a saved record.

Lawsuit Petition Assistant: Petitions are now written as a single cohesive text, with case law cited within paragraphs Enhancement

  • The Petition Workshop has been renamed to Lawsuit Petition Assistant.
  • The explanations section is no longer divided into topic-specific subheadings; instead, it flows as a single narrative in numbered paragraphs, just like in actual petitions. Claims such as divorce, compensation, and alimony are addressed within their respective paragraphs rather than under separate headings.
  • Instead of being appended as a list at the end of the petition, relevant Court of Cassation precedents are cited within the corresponding paragraph, establishing a connection with the specific case and including a brief quoted excerpt from the decision’s reasoning.

Fixed issue with returning to the login screen when signing in with Google Bug fix

  • Fixed the issue that caused the page to return to the login screen when signing in with Google.
  • When the login button was tapped multiple times in quick succession, the first attempt was invalidated. Upon returning from Google, session verification failed, and the user was redirected back to the login screen. Since tapping the button a second time while waiting for a response is common on phones, this issue was most frequently observed on mobile devices.
  • Attempts initiated within the same session no longer invalidate each other; the login completes regardless of which attempt returns. There is no relaxation on the security side: each verification key can be used only once, is short-lived, and returns with unrecognized keys are still rejected. Failed verification returns are now logged.

Document vault, timeline, and deadline assurance in legal files New feature

  • Case files and Legal Intelligence now come together in one place.
  • Document vault for your file.** You can save text generated in the petition and contract workshop directly to the file with a single click, in UDF, PDF, and DOCX formats. You can also upload existing documents such as preliminary hearing minutes, notifications, expert reports, or evidence directly to the file. Documents are stored in a protected area specific to your company, and their links are not exposed externally.
  • Timeline.** There is a new tab on the file screen: hearings, deadlines, documents, expenses, and UYAP movements are displayed in a single stream, in chronological order. You no longer need to check five separate tabs to answer the question, "What happened in this file?"
  • Deadline assurance.** You can record the final day found on the deadline calculation screen to the file with a single button, or add it to your calendar (.ics). For deadlines recorded in the file, a reminder is automatically set three days before the final day. At the top of the Legal Dashboard, deadlines expiring within fourteen days are displayed on a separate banner; expired ones remain in the list.
  • Analyze documents in the vault.** You can send expert reports, decisions, or contracts added to the file to the analysis screen with a single button; there is no need to re-upload the same file. Scanned documents are readable via OCR.
  • File screen refreshed.** At the top, the file number, stage, and client are displayed in a single band; next to them are buttons for "write a petition for this file," file report, and UYAP transfer. A notification-to-deadline processing form has been added to the hearing tab.
  • File report.** The document list and file movements have been added to the PDF report; when heading to a hearing, the entire file is available in a single printout.
  • Additionally, the file selector on the petition and contract screens now also displays files in the pending, appeal, and cassation stages; contract outputs can also be taken as PDF and DOCX.

Actual road distance, access area, and vehicle arrival point in field routes New feature

  • Field team daily routes are now sorted by actual road distance and duration instead of straight-line distance; estimated arrival times are calculated based on travel time. The metric used is clearly displayed on the screen.
  • "Access Area" has been added to the task map: click a point on the map to view the 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute driving area and instantly see how many visits fall within this area.
  • For tasks with resolved addresses, the vehicle's required arrival point is also saved; the directions on the task screen lead to the roadside stopping point rather than the center of the building.
  • Address fields in customer and task forms now show suggestions while typing; selecting a suggestion automatically plots the location on the map. The "Find on Map" button also provides more accurate results at the street number level.
  • These features are intentionally disabled for healthcare visits; patient addresses are not sent to external services.

Plugin description simplified Enhancement

  • On industry pages, in the legal plugin introduction, and in presentations, the relationship between plugins and packages is now described as "added"; the previous "overwrites" terminology has been removed.

Fixed invisible icons on mobile and narrow screen layout issues Bug fix

  • Some icons in the panel appeared blank or with incorrect symbols on both mobile and desktop; all icons outside the standard icon set now display correctly.
  • On mobile, the workspace collapses into a single column, preventing widgets from being squeezed into narrow boxes. The "open phone in a separate window" warning no longer appears on mobile and tablet, and it no longer overlaps card content.
  • The filter row in the CALLAII score dashboard, KVKK compliance report tables, game page header, and team profile header no longer overflow on narrow screens; the page no longer scrolls horizontally.

Broader candidate pool in legal search Enhancement

  • The number of candidates re-ranked in case law and legislation search increased from 40 to 150, and the results list expanded from 8 to 12 decisions. Fewer relevant decisions are lost in the first pass; search time remains unchanged.

Legal Intelligence case law library now updated daily New feature

  • The case law library was a one-time loaded archive until now; the latest decision had been stuck in June 2026. Now, new decisions are automatically pulled every morning from UYAP Emsal, Yargıtay, and Danıştay case search portals, and enter both keyword and semantic search within the same day.
  • Since Yargıtay and Danıştay decisions are typically published months after the decision date, the feed scans with a backward-looking window; the weekly wide scan fills in decisions that could not be captured temporarily. Previously acquired decisions are not re-downloaded, and personal data is masked before entering the library.
  • A Legal Library page has been added under CALLAII in the admin panel: the number of decisions per source and the latest decision date, the number of vector-pending chunks, the scheduler plan, and the last runs are visible here. Feed, wide scan, and vector completion can also be started manually from here; the job runs in the background, and progress is monitored on the page.
  • Exemplary decisions displayed in the petition and legal analysis screens now come from this updated library.

Petition types increased from 46 to 61 New feature

  • Fifteen new types were added: divorce due to adultery, abandonment and criminal act, separation, interim alimony, removal of alimony, annulment of marriage, permission to marry, termination due to absence, child custody, liquidation of property regime, interim injunction, interim attachment, prevention of interference, and constitutional objection.
  • Each type comes with specific warnings for that case: which cases are filed without a defendant, which rights are lost if not reserved, and which deadlines are forfeiture periods. All legal bases were verified against the legislation database.

Texts citing repealed laws now trigger warnings Bug fix

  • References to all fully repealed laws, such as the 818-numbered Code of Obligations, the 1086-numbered HUMK, and the 743-numbered Turkish Civil Code, are now detected and the replacement law is shown. This check runs on both your drafts and the opposing party's petition.
  • Additionally, a gap in the Constitution text was fixed: because a section of the articles was registered with two separate abbreviations, it was not appearing in searches.

The grounds in the opposing party's petition are being verified New feature

  • When you paste the opposing party's petition into the system, the decisions and law articles it relies on are scanned against the case law library. Non-existent case citations, repealed laws, and article references that do not match the subject are listed in a separate box.
  • This allows you to respond with a concrete finding: while it is not possible to reliably determine whether a text was written by artificial intelligence, whether the cited case is current can be verified.

Petition drafts no longer write anything that was not explained Bug fix

  • In petition generation, artificial intelligence used to fill in unmentioned gaps: a dependency, insult, or crime accusation that never appeared in the description could enter the text, and unwanted requests could be added. Now, if an accusation, date, or amount that was not mentioned in what you described enters the text, the system catches it, shows it to you by name, and stops that draft from being downloaded.
  • Drafts now develop each request separately under its own heading. Relevant Supreme Court decisions are added to the draft with their citations; if no suitable decision is found, the reason is written on the screen. In similar cases, defenses raised by the opposing party are also presented as suggestions.
  • Requests and missing information that were not included in the description, but left incomplete, are collected in a separate lawyer note without mixing into the text sent to the court.

Legal assistant runs on its own server Bug fix

  • When the legal assistant's own AI server was not in use, requests ended with 'response could not be generated' for petitions, contracts, analysis, and chat. Now, the request is preserved until the server wakes up; if the server cannot be reached, the response is generated by the general CALLAII model, and this situation is clearly reported to the lawyer.
  • The server's startup time is displayed on the screen as the actual duration; the information you enter is not lost, and the request is automatically retried.

Case law search scope expanded Enhancement

  • Case law search has two branches: keyword search and semantic search. When a long question is asked in natural language, the keyword branch required every word in the question to appear in the same decision fragment. Since it is rare for all eight words to co-occur, this branch returned empty results and the search effectively ran on a single branch.
  • Now, distinctive words are identified from the question. Terms that are rare and carry meaning, such as "dressed" or "eviction undertaking," are selected for the search; common words that appear in nearly every decision, such as "considering" or "due to," are excluded from narrowing the results.
  • Measurement: across five real legal questions, the number of candidate decisions found by the keyword branch increased from 7 to 516. Because both branches now operate, results are both broader and more accurate.
  • Additionally, the "searchable fragment" ratio on the Legal Intelligence dashboard is now genuinely measured. Previously it was displayed as a fixed 100 percent; going forward, if library preparation lags behind, the dashboard will reflect that.

Tenant approval for customer data access is now enforced on every screen Enhancement

  • Previously, Callmenta team members could only view your company data with your explicit approval. This rule is now applied without exception across the entire panel.
  • In the past, certain screens fell outside this gate: HR and payroll records, time tracking, shift schedules, evaluation forms, knowledge base documents, announcements, and customer cards. If a screen opened without a company selected, the scope widened. Now, if no approval is in place, these screens display no data.
  • The approval flow remains unchanged: a request is sent to you as a notification, you approve or reject it from the Organization > Security screen, and access automatically expires when the time limit is reached. Data from a company that has not granted approval does not appear in lists, searches, reports, or exports.

Company administrator can manage records in health screens Enhancement

  • The company administrator could access the health module screens but was unable to add or edit records. Now they can manage their company's health records: clinic, physician, and service definitions, forms, field teams, ambulance vehicles, and patient score recalculation.
  • The permission list for the entire health module is maintained in a single location; the button displayed on the screen and the underlying operation always read the same permission.

Resolved permission conflict on the ambulance vehicle screen Bug fix

  • On the ambulance vehicles screen, some users could open the add/edit vehicle form, but saving was rejected. Viewing the form and saving permissions are now determined from a single source, so the two can no longer be separated.
  • Supervisors can still view the vehicle list and assign vehicles to cases; they cannot add or edit vehicle records. Vehicle assignment to cases also goes through the same single gate, so users without permission cannot perform this action through any other path.

Only your own line items on the quote screen Bug fix

  • For companies with the Quote module enabled, the line-item picker now shows only your own registered service items. Previously, Callmenta's own packages also appeared in the list; they have been removed.
  • Your quote template, item list, and numbering are entirely yours. The items you enter in your first quote are saved automatically and will appear in the selection list for subsequent quotes.

Proposal document fits on a single page whenever possible Enhancement

  • The proposal PDF now measures whether it fits on a single page. Proposals that overflow to a second page due to an increased number of line items are condensed onto one page by slightly reducing font size and spacing.
  • Proposals that already fit on a single page remain completely unchanged and look exactly the same as before. Proposals that would only fit on one page if shrunk to an unreadable size are left as they are; readability is never compromised.

Cards on the sales board are easy to drag Bug fix

  • Previously, you had to grab only the small handle to move a card on the sales board; dragging from the card body itself did nothing. Now you can pick up and drag a card from anywhere on it. The buttons, links, and stage selectors on the card continue to work as before.
  • Dragging also works the same way on touchscreens, and the card won't slip out of your hand while you scroll through columns.

CRM list redesigned from scratch Enhancement

  • The boxes in the customer list are now uniform in size. The summary boxes at the top are displayed with equal width, and the stage and temperature filters have been converted into single-size chips, each showing the record count next to it.
  • Search and filter fields have been standardized to a single font size and height. Tag selection is now done via a searchable menu rather than a scrolling list. The stage, temperature, and tag badges in the table have also been aligned to the same visual language and remain readable in both light and dark themes.
  • Company cards are laid out in equal sizes; even if the card content expands, the buttons stay aligned on the same baseline.

Color themes have been simplified Enhancement

  • The panel's color themes have been streamlined. Instead of sixteen themes, there are now four palettes, each available in light and dark variants.
  • Palettes**
  • Callmenta**: brand yellow, light and dark
  • Clay**: warm terracotta tones
  • Cocoa**: cream and brown tones
  • Steel**: metallic gray with red accents
  • When choosing a theme, you now select the palette first, then whether to use the light or dark variant. Each card in the menu displays a small preview rendered in that theme's actual colors.
  • What changed**
  • Charts, tables, and badges now use the colors of the selected theme. The separate chart palette option has been removed, so there is no longer a need to pick one independently.
  • All text is rendered in the panel's own font, including chart labels.
  • In every theme, text-to-background contrast is kept above the accessibility threshold.
  • The color-blindness-friendly mode continues to work as before.
  • If a theme you previously selected has been removed, it has been migrated to the closest new palette. No action is required on your part.

Queue dashboard displays the real-time status of the switchboard Bug fix

  • The agent counts on the queue dashboard are now read directly from the switchboard.
  • Previously, the dashboard only recognized agents who sent a pause notification to the switchboard. Agents who did not send a notification did not appear in the list at all, making the queue seem to have fewer members than it actually did. A paused agent might not even show up in the "paused" row.
  • Three things have been fixed as a result:
  • An agent whose phone is not registered on the switchboard is no longer counted as available. Such an agent is not on break, but their phone will not ring; the dashboard now displays this separately as "phone unregistered" and raises an alert if the queue is actually unstaffed.
  • When no one remains in the queue who can take a call, a notification is sent to the supervisor. Previously, this was only noticed when someone went on break; now it is also caught when the last phone's switchboard registration drops. The notification is only sent during shift hours.
  • When the switchboard is unreachable, the dashboard does not go blank — it displays the last known state and notes below the row that this is not current.

Legal Intelligence: Search accuracy, citation validation, and speed improvements Bug fix

  • Relevance scoring in case law search is now calculated correctly. Searches based on fact descriptions and precedent scans return far more accurate results; the "no source found" warning now appears only when a source is genuinely unavailable.
  • When searching by decision number (e.g., 2019/1234), decisions with that number appear at the top of the list.
  • Search time for long fact narratives dropped from 6–9 seconds to under 1 second; petitions, analyses, and deep research now complete faster.
  • Articles from the Labor Code, Civil Code, and Constitution are now correctly cited in petition and contract grounds; references written with legacy abbreviations are also recognized and validated.
  • Repealed articles have been removed from search results and citation lists.
  • A new warning has been added to the audit card: articles and decisions mentioned in the text but not provided as grounds for this output are flagged separately, so the lawyer can see exactly what needs verification.
  • The Legal Intelligence dashboard previously took over a minute to load; it now opens in under one second.
  • Formatting artifacts in contract and analysis outputs have been cleaned up; text now arrives plain and readable.

Live support inbox view has been redesigned Enhancement

  • The chat list, message area, and visitor panel on the live support screen have been made more readable. Chat cards now stand out clearly when selected, the input box has been consolidated into a single frame, and visitor information along with live coaching metrics are displayed in separate cards with neatly aligned rows. Colors in both light and dark themes are consistent with the theme.

PBX connection test now covers all providers Bug fix

  • The Connection Test button in Company Settings now works when SIP Trunk, Asterisk, Twilio, or Avaya is selected; previously it would show an incorrect warning for these providers. For SIP Trunk, a real validation is performed: the server address is resolved, connectivity is attempted over the selected transport, and if Register is enabled, credentials are tested and the registration target is verified. Each step's result is shown individually, so you can see exactly where it fails.

Files and questions can now be sent to the CALLAII assistant in a single step Enhancement

  • The requirement to upload a file first and then type your question in the assistant chat has been removed. When you select a file, it is added to the chat as a small tag; when you type your question and press Send, the file and the question are sent together. You can attach multiple files and remove any of them before sending. If you send only a file, the assistant will review it and provide a summary. You can also paste an image copied to the clipboard directly into the chat box.

Top bar layout redesigned for phone and tablet Bug fix

  • On small screens, the theme, language, shortcut, and admin filter buttons in the top bar were overlapping each other and covering the menu button.
  • These options are now grouped in a drawer that opens from the three-dot button in the top-right corner on phone and tablet. The drawer lists theme, chart palette, accessibility, language, shortcuts, and bug report in a single list; selecting an option updates the view instantly.
  • The top bar now retains only the company selector, live support, messages, notifications, and profile; no element overflows anymore.

Outbound call pool, post-sale handoff, and company-specific metrics New feature

  • Three new capabilities.
  • Outbound call pool: An admin can place a call list into the pool without assigning it to anyone. Users in the company see the pool in their workspace and claim a record themselves; the same record is never routed to two people. The number of records each person can hold simultaneously is configured per list. A claimed record can be returned to the pool, and the admin can also retrieve it from the list view.
  • Post-sale handoff: When an agent closes a call as a sale, the record is automatically routed to the team defined by the company: field visit, request (web transaction, invoice, etc.), or sales opportunity. Rules are defined in the Organization menu; which outcome, which target, to whom, and with what title. The same call is never handed off twice. A "Sale" option has been added to outbound call outcomes.
  • Company metrics: An admin defines their own dashboard figures: source (calls, outbound call items, opportunities, requests, field tasks), filter, and period. For example, "Calls converted to sales" or "Records where Site = Ankara." The defined metric is then selected as a tile in the dashboard layout.
  • Custom fields for outbound call lists: Custom fields defined in the CRM (site, company-specific code, etc.) can now be mapped during outbound call list import, are visible on the agent screen, can be filled in during the call, and are written to the customer card.

Law firm: case law search, legal analysis, and petition workshop New feature

  • Three new sections have been added to the law firm module.
  • Case law search: Search across Supreme Court, Council of State, Constitutional Court, and local court decisions. Each result includes the case and decision numbers; filters for court and year are available. The default search covers the last ten years and can be expanded with a single click.
  • Legal analysis: From a case description, it performs precedent screening, decision analysis, contract review, and identifies potential objections the opposing party might raise. Precedent screening displays favorable and unfavorable decisions separately. Every decision number in the output is verified against the database; any reference that cannot be found is flagged in the text with a warning.
  • Petition workshop: Petition text is downloaded in UDF format and can be uploaded to the UYAP lawyer portal. After the file is generated, it is read back and compared with the text; if the comparison fails, the file is not delivered. The downloaded file is unsigned; e-signature and submission are the lawyer's responsibility.
  • Date and deadline calculations are not performed in these sections; the deadline calculation screen continues to work as before.
  • Each of the three sections can be enabled separately. Law firms that wish to use them can contact us.

Have reports delivered on the day and time you choose Enhancement

  • Report subscriptions now let you pick the delivery day and time: weekly reports go out on the day of the week you choose, monthly reports on the day of the month you choose, and daily reports at the time you specify. If no selection is made, the previous schedule remains in effect. The subscription list shows when each report will be sent.

Call Criteria Scorecard Report New feature

  • A new report has been added to the Report Center: an aggregated view of criteria measured in calls and chats. The report shows which agent fell short on which criteria and how many times, the most frequently violated criteria, weekly trends, and a list of violations with evidence. It can be filtered by business line and branch, and exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV. If a manager rejects a result, the corrected version is reflected in the scorecard.

Sensitive record views are now logged Enhancement

  • Access to customer cards, call records, policies, and complaint screens is now written to the audit log, recording who opened what and when. If the same user opens the same record again within one hour, it is not counted as a separate event. When a user is deactivated, their open session closes on the next click.

Two-factor authentication can be made mandatory Enhancement

  • Company administrators can enforce two-factor authentication for admin roles; users who have not set it up are redirected to the setup screen on their next login. Password rules have also been strengthened: a minimum of 12 characters, a combination of letters and digits, and passwords found in breached password lists are rejected.

Support access is now subject to your approval New feature

  • The Callmenta support team can view your company's data and settings only with your approval, and only for the duration you specify. Requests appear on the Organization > Security page; you can approve, reject, or revoke open access at any time. All access is logged and automatically expires when the time limit is reached.

Free trial guidance on the purchase page Enhancement

  • When card payment is not yet available, the purchase page no longer leaves you hanging. A link to open a 14-day free trial account now appears below the order summary, and you can still reach out to us if you prefer. The copy has also been simplified: instead of explaining who defines the package and how, it now focuses on what you can do.

Per-site embedding, brand and campaign tagging, and listing linkage Enhancement

  • The service appointment form and live chat are embedded per site with a separate token; the source and brand are populated from the moment the request arrives, and the branch is automatically assigned based on the brand. If a campaign tag is added to the site URL, the appointment and chat are recorded under that campaign. A used-vehicle listing status and listing address field have been added to the vehicle inventory. Multiple WhatsApp numbers are consolidated into a single inbox, replies are sent from the number the customer wrote to, and the waiting time for a response is displayed in the list. A video vehicle presentation option has been added to the appointment types.

Customizable dashboard New feature

  • Customizable widgets have been added to the admin dashboard, tailored by company and role: open alerts, criterion violations, open complaints, SLA-exceeded complaints, policy renewal rate, policies expiring within thirty days, today's calls, and open work orders. In the Dashboard Layout screen under the Organization menu, you can select which widgets each role will see; a maximum of four widgets can be placed on a single row. Widgets for closed modules cannot be selected, and the layout can be reset to the default.

Insurance module separated from automotive New feature

  • Insurance is now its own module. A policy is linked to the customer; vehicle, residential, or business can be added as an optional subject. All lines are now available: comprehensive, traffic, personal accident, health, supplemental health, life, residential, DASK, business, travel, cargo, liability, agriculture, and individual pension. Commission rate and amount, payment schedule, endorsement, claim file, quote record, and previous policy link are all present; when a renewal is opened, the old policy is automatically marked as renewed. The renewal rate is displayed at the top of the list. Existing vehicle policies have been migrated to the new structure, and the insurance-expiring list on the service dashboard remains unchanged. For health, life, and individual pension lines, only the policy record is stored; notes, declarations, and documents are not recorded.

Unclear lines are re-listened from the audio Enhancement

  • Lines flagged as suspicious in the transcript are now verified by re-listening to that section of the recording. If the audio is clear, the line is corrected or confirmed; if it remains unclear, the line is marked as "[unintelligible]" and the quality score does not rely on those lines. Announcements leaking from the speech recognition system are filtered at the source, and a confidence value is stored for each speech segment; segments with low confidence are automatically flagged. A configuration issue that caused long analyses to restart in the queue has also been fixed.

Campaign code in subscription New feature

  • A campaign code field has been added to the subscription screen. If you have a code, simply enter it at the payment step: the discount is applied to the amount immediately, and the payment is processed at the discounted rate.
  • Codes can be defined with separate rates for monthly and annual payments, restricted to specific packages, and closed based on usage count. The discount remains valid on renewals for as long as the subscription is active.
  • For visitors arriving via a campaign link, the code bypasses the account creation step and is already ready in the payment screen.

Complaint and Reputation Management Module New feature

  • The new Complaints module does more than surface complaints — it closes them. Low satisfaction scores, complaint-risk labels from call and chat analytics, negative support requests, and unresolved live-support sessions are automatically scanned daily and consolidated into a single list; the same record is never opened twice. Şikayetvar and Google reviews flow into the same list once a corporate API key is connected; manual entry and CSV import are also available. The system suggests the CRM customer based on the phone number, e-mail, plate number, work order, or policy number in the complaint; a manager approves the suggestion, and the confidence score and rationale are retained in the record and can be reversed. Complaints are linked to work orders, call recordings, opportunities, and requests; an owner and branch are assigned, SLA timers run according to priority, root cause is tagged, and the record is closed with a closure note. Unassigned, unanswered, repeatedly root-caused, or owner-concentrated complaints trigger alerts from the alarm engine. CALLAII drafts the public response; no response is sent without approval. Complaint text containing health-related expressions is visible only to the manager role, and closed records are deleted once the retention period expires. A Complaint and Reputation report has been added to the reporting center.

Call Criteria: What Should and Should Not Be Said New feature

  • The company now defines its own call criteria: required statements such as whether the KVKK announcement was given, whether the service fee was disclosed in advance, and whether an appointment confirmation was obtained; and prohibited statements such as guaranteeing a definitive repair time, making absolute claims about the warranty, or making negative remarks about competitors. After each call and chat analysis is completed, it is scored against these criteria; the outcome is recorded as pass, fail, or indeterminate, with a transcript quote and timestamp. No decision is made without evidence. A keyword match yields a definitive result, while the model's assessment serves as a secondary view; if the two conflict, the result remains indeterminate and no alert is generated. In case of a violation, a single email and dashboard notification are sent to the selected managers. An agent may appeal the result, and the manager either approves or rejects it; a rejected outcome is not written to the record. If the IVR system delivers the announcement on an inbound call, the agent is not marked as deficient. Results are generated in batch after analysis, not in real time.

Alarm engine: alerts that catch what is missing, not just what is present New feature

  • The new alarm engine raises alerts not only when something exists, but also when something that should exist is missing. It triggers when a policy renewal offer has not been issued with 45 days remaining until expiry, when a claim has been unanswered for 48 hours, when a vehicle on the books still carries a policy, when a customer with comprehensive insurance has no DASK policy, or when a vehicle arriving at the service centre has an expired comprehensive policy. Rules are defined in the Organization menu; the time threshold, priority level, and line of business are all configurable. Notifications are sent only to the company's own users, once per alarm, and do not repeat until the suppression window has elapsed. When the underlying condition is resolved, the alarm closes automatically; managers can also close it with a note. Records are checked in real time as they change, and additionally in a batch sweep every fifteen minutes.

Business line distinction applies to all records Enhancement

  • Business line filtering now applies not only to the customer list but also to vehicles, sales opportunities, work orders, appointments, branches, and the service catalog. A user assigned to the insurance line cannot see vehicles, work orders, or appointments belonging to the service line. Records created by a user with a single business line are automatically assigned to that line. For companies that have not defined business lines, nothing changes.

Very short calls are no longer scored Bug fix

  • Calls whose transcripts contain only one or two words were sometimes receiving a quality score. Calls with fewer than twenty words are now flagged as short calls, are not scored, and are displayed separately in reports. Certain fixed phrases originating from the speech recognition system that do not constitute actual speech are also being removed from the transcripts.

Unintelligible lines in transcripts are now flagged New feature

  • When a phone line is faulty, the speech-to-text conversion can produce nonsensical sentences that look like real dialogue. Now, every transcript line is reviewed; unintelligible lines are clearly marked with a "speech not understood, text unreliable" warning and displayed in a muted style. If the ratio of such lines is high, the transcript's confidence score drops and the call is routed to the queue of records requiring review. These lines are prioritized in the transcript correction screen; the corrected text is used to improve the speech recognition model.

v3.12September 2026

Sales CRM is not visible for field teams in healthcare companies Bug fix

  • Sales CRM is not being used in healthcare companies; instead, a patient card is used. The CRM line appeared in the field team's menu but would return an error when clicked. Now, that line does not appear at all in healthcare companies, and the Patients tab opens instead.

Store customers are now referred to as customers Enhancement

  • In companies with the e-commerce module open, records are referred to as customers instead of buyers. The previous inconsistency—calling the same person 'customer' on the call screen and 'buyer' on the store screen—was causing confusion.
  • In law firms, the term 'client' remains unchanged as it is part of the professional terminology, and in healthcare, 'patient' is also kept as is.

End-of-month conversion and sales report New feature

  • Two new sections have been added to the CRM analytics screen.
  • Stage-to-sale conversion: shows how many opportunities entering each stage converted to a sale and the conversion rate for the selected period. For example, the number of customers who test-drove and then purchased a vehicle can be seen at a glance.
  • Who sold: breakdown of deal count and amount by the responsible agent for closed sales during the period.

Stages advance automatically from the actual record New feature

  • You do not need to move the opportunity stage manually.
  • When a test-drive appointment is opened, the opportunity moves to test-drive; when the vehicle is sold to the customer, it moves to sold. In legal matters, when a file is opened, a hearing is added, and the file is closed; in retail, when an order arrives and the customer makes a second purchase, the stage advances automatically. A completed meeting counts in every sector.
  • Stages only move forward. A closed opportunity does not reopen with a late-arriving record; the lost decision is always provided by the user.
  • Customer information has been added to the test-drive appointment; it is now recorded which customer tested which vehicle.

Sales funnel now operates by industry New feature

  • The sales funnel is no longer the same across every industry.
  • In automotive service, the stages progress as demand, test drive, quote, trade-in valuation, and sold. In a law firm, it moves through consultation, power of attorney, file opened, pending, and resolved. In a store, it goes through visitor, cart, order, and repeat buyer.
  • For companies that do not use the industry module, the funnel remains as it was. If the industry module is enabled later, existing records are automatically mapped to the new stages, and no data is lost.

Call coaching notes no longer cut off mid-sentence Bug fix

  • Call coaching notes were being cut off mid-sentence when they exceeded a certain length. The truncated portion was mostly the action item, which was the most useful part of the note.
  • The limit has been extended; coaching notes now appear complete with strong points, development areas, and action items.

Customer card expands by sector New feature

  • The customer card now displays additional information based on the module the company uses.
  • In the automotive service sector, the customer's vehicles, license plate, mileage, service history, upcoming maintenance appointment, and vehicles of interest all appear on the same screen. Vehicles with approaching inspection, insurance, and periodic maintenance dates are also highlighted.
  • In the law office sector, the client's litigation and enforcement files, request and collection amounts, upcoming hearings, and deadlines are listed within the card.
  • In e-commerce, the customer's order history, total spend, shipment tracking, and open cart are included in the card.
  • If a module is not in use, these sections do not open at all, and the card remains as it was before.

v3.11August 2026

Screen sharing is now fully branded and KVKK-compliant Enhancement

  • The screen sharing experience has been redesigned from the ground up: your customer no longer sees the meeting interface. Upon clicking the link, a simple page opens, carrying your company name and colors; sharing does not begin until the privacy notice is read and the consent box is checked. The camera and microphone never turn on, the call is not recorded, there is no remote control, and the customer can stop sharing with a single click. On the agent side, there is only a viewing screen.
  • It can also be used when providing support via phone: the agent sends an invitation to the customer's email address using the "Share screen via email" button in the inbox; the email is sent with your company colors and an informational text. Every invitation is sent manually by the agent, links are unique to the individual, and they expire automatically after 90 minutes.

Visual improvements and screen sharing in live support New feature

  • Formatting in the inbox is now consistent everywhere: bold, italics, and links appear on the agent screen exactly as they are sent to the customer (previously, formatting would appear raw after page refresh). Agents can use bold, italics, and link buttons while composing responses; formatting is translated to WhatsApp and Instagram in a channel-compatible way. The "Customer is typing" indicator now displays the profile photo.
  • New plugin: Screen sharing. With a single click, the agent sends a secure meeting link to the customer; when the customer says "Share screen," the technical team can view the screen and provide guidance via voice and text. There is no control transfer, and the customer can stop sharing at any time. Links are unique to the user and time-limited, and meetings are conducted on our own servers.

Double messages resolved in live support, Messenger names now visible Bug fix

  • Two simultaneous customer messages could cause closing and responses to be sent twice; this was resolved with a single-processor-per-chat rule.
  • Customer names and profile photos from Messenger now appear in the inbox. In cases where the name cannot be retrieved, the assistant politely asks for the name at an appropriate point in the conversation and applies the provided name to the chat.
  • Two touch-form templates for WhatsApp have been submitted for Meta approval: communication preference (this chat / phone / email) and call-time selection. Once approved, customers will be able to make selections with a single touch even when the 24-hour window is closed.
  • Additionally, a ready-to-respond mode has been enabled for the AI engine during daytime hours: between 09:00-19:00, the assistant responds within seconds; for messages arriving at night, there may be a brief preparation time for the first response.

Channel Integration and Payment Screens for SaaS Admins New feature

  • SaaS admins with live support in their package can now access the "My Channels" screen via the left menu to connect their WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook accounts; previously, the screen was inaccessible as it did not appear in the menu.
  • Additionally, the Payment Status screen is now open to SaaS admins: they can track payments and send notifications with a single click using the receipt reference when making bank transfers/EFT. Subscription payments via card are already handled through the Subscription screen.
  • WhatsApp connection methods have been added to the live support user guide: step-by-step instructions are provided for connecting an existing account, fresh installation, and manual key entry.

v3.10August 2026

WhatsApp one-tap connection: account selection improved Enhancement

  • When connecting to WhatsApp via one-tap with Meta, newly created or shared WhatsApp Business accounts are now automatically detected during the connection process. Previously, only the first account owned by the business was attempted, which caused some numbers to fail to connect.
  • Note: Accounts whose numbers were previously registered with the WhatsApp API are not listed in the one-tap flow due to Meta's policy; customers in this situation can establish the connection manually via key entry or with the assistance of our support team.

Cleaner appearance in WhatsApp and Instagram messages Enhancement

  • Bold text in WhatsApp messages is now displayed using WhatsApp's native formatting; asterisks are completely removed in Instagram and Messenger. Previously, your customers saw these symbols as they were.
  • Emojis and decorative characters at the beginning of Instagram names have been cleaned from greetings and panel view. The issue where the chat close button overlapped with the timestamp in the inbox has also been resolved.

Chat Closure and Satisfaction Survey Working Reliably Bug fix

  • The closing flow for live support sessions with the AI assistant has been fixed. Now, when a customer says "close" or bids farewell, the session closes in every case and the satisfaction survey is automatically sent; previously, some sessions remained open and the survey was not sent at all.
  • Additionally, the assistant no longer accidentally triggers a transfer offer to the agent while explaining that the survey will be sent automatically, nor does it repeat the same sentence consecutively.

Touch Options and Profile Photos in Chats New feature

  • In WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook chats, your customers can now make selections with a single touch instead of typing: how they prefer to be contacted, preferred call time, and conversation closure confirmation can all be answered with one tap. Customers requesting a callback can see a small form in the web chat to provide their preferred day, time, and phone number.
  • Additionally, profile photos of Instagram and Facebook customers now appear in message bubbles within the inbox, and customer names are automatically updated in WhatsApp chats. Agents can see which options have been presented to the customer on their own screen.

On-call assistant responds faster Enhancement

  • The response time of the AI assistant, which activates during offline hours, has been reduced. The assistant now completes pending messages in seconds; your customers wait less after the greeting message.

Transfer to live support team only in chat Bug fix

  • The user list in the Transfer Chat window has been updated. Now, only team members who can access the live support screen are listed; roles unrelated to the support process and test accounts cannot be transfer targets.

v3.09August 2026

Legal and Collection Setup Bug fix

  • Companies selecting the Legal / Collection sector during setup are now also recommended the law firm and client card modules. Previously, only collection was opened, leaving the case file and hearing calendar outside the scope.

Attorney Reminders New feature

  • A reminder section has been added to the file screen. You can set a date and time and leave a note for petition deadlines, response preparation, or payment tracking, and assign the reminder to yourself or a colleague.
  • For scheduled hearings, a reminder can be set with a single click; you can choose the duration yourself. When the time comes, the reminder will appear on the panel; no email is sent. Reminders cannot be set for a past time.

CRM Meeting Scheduling Page Restored Bug fix

  • When navigating from a customer card to the meeting scheduling screen, the page failed to load and returned a server error. The screen has been fixed; user selection, date range, and available time slots are now functioning correctly.

Field team now available as a standalone add-on New feature

  • Field team management was previously only available within the Suite and Enterprise plans. Companies using Go or Connect that needed to deploy field teams couldn't access this feature; the only option was to upgrade to a higher plan.
  • Now, the field team can be purchased as a separate add-on. It remains included in the Suite and Enterprise plans, so nothing changes there.
  • The add-on unlocks field agent cards, team definitions, visit calendars, task assignment, route planning, and task maps. Mobile signature, photo proof, and region management are optional; you can enable them from the module screen if needed, or keep your menu clean if not.
  • The comparison table on the pricing page has also been updated: in the Go and Connect columns, field team and proposal management now show as "add-on" instead of "not available."

Unanswered calls are instantly routed to agents as tasks New feature

  • Customers who can't reach you by phone no longer get lost.
  • When an incoming call goes unanswered or a customer hangs up while waiting in queue, the system immediately creates a callback task for an available agent. The task is assigned to the agent with the fewest open tasks; if the agent who missed the call is on the line, they get priority.
  • Calls abandoned while waiting in queue are marked separately and routed with high priority. These calls do not count as unanswered calls for the agent, because the call never reached them.
  • The call is not initiated automatically. A task card appears in front of the agent, and the agent initiates the call themselves.
  • If the same number calls multiple times in a short period, only one task is created, preventing the list from being flooded with duplicate records. No task is created for excluded numbers. If no agent is available, no task is fabricated; the record remains visible on the unanswered call distribution screen.
  • This behavior works independently of your telephony provider.

Order bar in live support Enhancement

  • When a customer is linked to a CRM card in a live support chat, the agent can now see recent orders, tracking number, and an incomplete cart directly from the chat screen. There is no need to switch to another screen to answer the question "Where is my order?" It uses the same appearance as the bar in the call screen and refreshes itself as long as the chat remains open. The bar is not visible in companies where the e-commerce module or order tracking is disabled.

Business Intelligence for E-Commerce New feature

  • Companies with a store link can now view their buyers grouped by purchasing behavior. The system scans orders nightly and segments buyers into champions, loyal, potential, new, dormant, at-risk, and lost; it calculates the average order interval, expected next purchase date, and churn risk for each buyer.
  • Products frequently purchased together in the same basket are also extracted. The frequency of co-purchasing beyond random chance is measured, and cross-sell recommendations are based on this metric.
  • CALLAII interprets these numbers and prepares campaign suggestions. Each recommendation includes the data source it is based on. Suggestions are drafts: no messages are sent automatically, no campaigns are launched without your approval—the final decision rests with you.
  • This feature opens under the Business Intelligence section of the E-Commerce module.

User-Based Permissions Enhancement

  • Permissions can now be configured on a per-user basis within the panel.
  • Three screens that directly affect the company's AI assistant (playbook creation, adding documents to the knowledge base, and exposing files to the AI) are enabled only for administrators by default. Since changes made in these screens affect the responses received by the entire company, it is more appropriate to grant access only to those who need it.
  • Users without permission do not see these items in their menu at all, and even if they manually enter the address, they cannot access them. This ensures that everyone sees only the screens relevant to their work, simplifying the menu.
  • Voice recording playback permission remains enabled for administrators and supervisors.

Legal, Academy and New Package Options New feature

  • Three new options have been added to the packages.
  • Legal add-on.** Case and enforcement file tracking, hearing schedule, client card, meeting appointment, file expense and attorney fee tracking. Comes with attorney availability calendar.
  • Legal and collection add-on.** A single package for firms that also handle enforcement tracking; more cost-effective than purchasing separately.
  • Academy.** Single sign-on access to Callmenta Academy courses for your team, with exam, certificate, and progress tracking. An instructor-led academy service is also available for teams requiring live classes with an instructor.
  • Additionally, SMS, Connect, and higher-tier packages now include these features; you can now send appointment and collection reminders without purchasing separate add-ons.
  • The satisfaction survey has also become a call center capability. For companies not using the survey, the relevant screens no longer appear, simplifying the panel.

Health Field Team Deepens New feature

  • The Health Field Team plugin has deepened. Home care visits are no longer just a list; they now have their own navigation bar and five new screens.
  • New Features:
  • Visit calendar: You can view the entire month; clicking on a day opens that day's list. Periodic visits generated from the care plan appear with their visit number.
  • Care team card: A single page displays a staff member's productivity, today's visits, pending closures, assigned care plans, visit history, and comparison with the organizational average.
  • Health field analytics: Period-selectable. Includes visit count, completion and on-time closure rates, productivity per person, team and region distribution.
  • Care plan compliance: Shows how many periodic visits generated from the plan were actually completed. Visits that are overdue but not closed are separately counted as missed.
  • Daily route: Sorts home visits for a day in the shortest order and provides an estimated arrival time. You cannot arrive early at a stop with a scheduled appointment time.
  • Patient card field strip: The patient's home care visit history, which plan it belongs to, and the visit report are now visible from the patient card.
  • Additionally, four features can now be toggled on or off individually: daily route, visit map, care teams, consent and transaction form. A disabled feature's screen does not appear in the menu, and it cannot be opened even if the address is typed manually.
  • Home care visits and sales and technical service visits do not intersect on any screen. This separation is established by the data itself, not user permissions; patient names and addresses do not appear in the sales team's lists.
  • The plugin's user guide has also been published.

Field Team Moves to Its Own Section New feature

  • The field team now operates within its own dedicated section. The menu includes the Field Operations heading with the following screens: dashboard, visit calendar, field agents, daily route, task map, teams, and analytics.
  • Field dashboard.** Displays who went where today, past visits for the planned day, and tasks not yet assigned to the day on a single screen. Next to it, it shows how many open visits each person carries and the closure graph for the last seven days.
  • Visit calendar.** Visits appear distributed across the monthly calendar. You can select a day to add a visit directly and assign a field agent and team. When you enter an address, the location resolves automatically; the map and route use this data.
  • Field agent card.** A single page that tells the story of a person in the field: today's route, visits awaiting closure, visit history and reports, production for the last six months, visited regions, and a comparison with the company average.
  • Field analytics.** By selecting a period, you can view visit count, completion rate, production per person, team production, regional distribution, and on-time closure rate. If there is no data to measure, it is left blank instead of showing zero.
  • Daily route.** Sorts a person's daily visits by the shortest path, provides an estimated arrival time for each stop, and shows how much extra travel would be required if visited in chronological order. An appointment time stop cannot be arrived at early.
  • Selectable capabilities.** Not every team uses everything. Route planning, task map, mobile signature, and photo proof with region management are enabled or disabled at the company level. Disabled menu items are hidden, and the field does not open when an address is entered manually.
  • Regions.** You can define regions as districts, lines, or neighborhood groups and link both visits and field agents to them. The analytics show which region carries the load.
  • Home health and patient transport visits do not appear on these screens; they remain in a separate section.

Kanban Board New feature

  • Two modules have been added to the Kanban board. Tasks and files are displayed in columns on a single screen.
  • In Automotive, columns are: Open, In Progress, Pending Parts, and Completed. Each card includes license plate, complaint, technician, and amount. The column header displays the number of tasks and total amount at that stage.
  • In Legal, columns are based on case stages: Opened, Pending, Decision, Appeal, Cassation, Enforcement, Closed. Files with approaching statute of limitations appear with a warning badge at the top of the card.
  • When the stage is changed from the card's list, the record moves to the new column; items, amounts, and notes are preserved.
  • To prevent clutter, the board displays tasks completed in the last 30 days and files closed in the last 90 days. All items remain in their respective lists.

Work Order Form and File Report (PDF) New feature

  • Two printable documents have been added to the modules.
  • The Form button on the work order card opens the service work order as a PDF: vehicle details, complaint, work performed, line items and amount breakdown, with signature fields for the issuer and recipient at the bottom.
  • The File report button on the file card opens the legal file as a PDF: file details, financial status, hearing list, expense and collection items.
  • Both documents use the same font as the proposals and contracts; Turkish characters are rendered correctly, and the PDF is searchable.
  • These documents are informational outputs; they do not replace invoices or official documents.

Fee Schedule New feature

  • A fee schedule has been added to the Legal module. You define attorney fees, court fees, expert witness fees, and frequently used expense items once.
  • When entering expenses and collections on the file card, a "Select from Schedule" list appears. Upon selection, the type, amount, and description are automatically filled.
  • You can disable an item; historical records remain intact, and the item will not appear when entering new records.

Service and Parts Catalog New feature

  • A catalog has been added to the automotive service module. You define your frequently performed tasks and used parts once: name, type, code, unit price, and labor time.
  • The work order card now includes a "Select from Catalog" list. When you select an item, the name, type, and price are automatically filled, so you don't have to type them manually every time. You can still make changes on the line if needed.
  • Instead of deleting an unused item, you can deactivate it; it won't appear in new work orders, but past work orders remain intact.

Collection and Legal on a Single Surface Enhancement

  • When both Collection and Legal plugins are active, they now operate as a single surface. The Collection dashboard opens from within the Legal menu, rather than existing as a separate menu item.
  • In the client card, case files, collection files, and conversations were already together; the menu now aligns with this.
  • Only companies using Collection will see their screens exactly as before, with no changes.

Office Analytics New feature

  • An analytics dashboard has been added to the legal module. Users can select a period: this month, last month, last 3 months, or this year.
  • The dashboard displays the number of files opened and closed during the selected period, file distribution and amounts by stage, and collection rate. Expenses, court fees, expert fees, and attorney fees are aggregated separately; uncollected attorney fees are tracked independently.
  • The attorney report lists how many files each attorney has, their number of open cases, and their total collections. Hearing counts are distributed by the attending person, not by the file owner.
  • Hearing results include postponement rate and the number of inconclusive hearings. Inconclusive hearings are counted independently of the period: a hearing carried over from last year is still considered current work.
  • Important: collections are counted based on the transaction date. Money received this month from a file opened years ago is credited to this month.

Service Analytics New feature

  • An analytics screen has been added to the automotive service plugin. Time periods can be selected: this month, last month, last 3 months, or this year.
  • Revenue is displayed separately for labor and parts, with discounts shown individually. Average basket value per work order and average service duration per vehicle are calculated.
  • The technician report lists how many jobs each technician completed, their produced labor, and average duration; unassigned jobs are grouped in a separate row, and revenue is not underreported.
  • Top jobs are extracted from work order line items. Appointment arrival rate and towing durations are also available on the same screen.
  • Important: revenue is counted based on the work order closing date. A job closed at the end of the month is recorded in the month it was closed, not the month it was opened.

Client Meeting Calendar New feature

  • A monthly calendar for client meetings has been added to the legal module. Meetings are provided directly from the calendar: client, type, date, duration, and the attorney involved.
  • If the availability calendar is open, rescheduling cannot exceed the hours marked by the attorney; shifting to a closed hour is rejected.
  • Service appointments and client meetings are maintained on the same infrastructure but do not see each other; clients do not appear in the service calendar, and vehicles do not appear in the meeting calendar.

Service Appointment Calendar New feature

  • A monthly appointment calendar has been added to the automotive service plugin. The calendar displays the number of appointments and the first records for each day; clicking on a day opens the list for that day on the side.
  • Appointments are scheduled directly from the calendar: vehicle, date, duration, and subject. When a duration is entered, the end time is automatically calculated.
  • When rescheduling an appointment, the end time shifts while preserving the duration. When the vehicle arrives and is marked as completed, the hours are recorded. The vehicle owner can be called from the list with a single click.

Performance criteria simplified Enhancement

  • The list of performance criteria has been simplified.
  • Criteria that do not apply to your company have been removed. Companies without a field team will no longer be assigned field visit, promotion, or technical service criteria. Previously assigned criteria have been cleared; no criteria with measured values have been deleted, only deactivated.
  • Criteria are now organized into three sections. Core criteria are the primary metrics for the role and appear first on the screen. Advanced criteria are breakdowns or complements of these metrics and are expanded only when needed. Team-wide metrics are the result of queue and roster management; since they cannot be changed by an individual, they do not appear on personal performance pages.
  • The criteria screen is now divided into collapsible groups per role. You can select multiple criteria at once to activate, deactivate, or delete them.

Lawyer Availability Calendar New feature

  • Lawyers in the law firm mark their weekly available days and hours. A personalized link is generated for each lawyer; they can select their hours from their phone without logging into the panel. Two separate slots can be entered per day, with the lunch break expressed this way.
  • The representative can only schedule client appointments within these slots. If the appointment is moved to the end of the slot, it is not accepted; appointments cannot be scheduled for lawyers who have not marked their availability.
  • The availability dashboard shows who has filled in their slots and who is waiting. A reminder can be sent to those who haven’t filled in their slots with a single click; reminders are not sent to those who have been reminded recently.

Towing Service New feature

  • Towing tracking has been added to the automotive service module. The screen is hidden in services that do not provide towing, and it is selected during setup.
  • A request can be opened for a stranded vehicle: license plate, reason, caller, pickup location, and drop-off location. If the license plate matches a registered vehicle, the request is automatically linked to that vehicle card and its owner.
  • When a technician is assigned to the request, the dispatch time is recorded; pickup and delivery times to the service are also logged. The list displays the elapsed time since the request was opened, and the caller can be contacted with a single click.

Bank and Asset Company Receivables Portfolio New feature

  • Receivables packages transferred from a bank, asset management company, or institution are now recorded as portfolios.
  • In each portfolio, the principal and transfer price are tracked separately, and the transfer ratio is calculated from these two values. When files are linked to a portfolio, the recovery rate is automatically read: the ratio of the amount collected from the portfolio to the transfer price. This allows you to see at a glance which package is profitable.
  • If the collection add-on is enabled, the two work together; receivables are first tracked as collection files, and when they proceed to legal action, they can be linked to a lawsuit or enforcement file on the same client.

Client Card and Meeting Appointment New feature

  • The client card is not a separate record, but the customer card itself. This way, the same person's calls, meetings, files, and collections are gathered in one place.
  • All of the person's files, hearing history, collection files, and meetings appear in a single flow on the client card. Meeting appointments can be scheduled directly from the card: initial meeting, client meeting, signing and documents, or telephone call.
  • If the client's phone is registered, they can be called with a single click from the file card and hearing calendar.

Law Firm Add-on New feature

  • The law firm add-on opened with its own screens.
  • Lawsuits, enforcement, and consultancy files are consolidated into a single list. In the file card, hearings, expenses, and file information are organized into separate tabs. Hearings, inspections, expert reports, sales, seizures, and deadlines are all maintained in the same calendar; when a hearing is postponed, the next hearing is automatically scheduled with a new date.
  • The dashboard first highlights risks: hearings with expired dates but no entered results and files approaching the statute of limitations appear at the top.
  • Expenses, fees, expert fees, attorney fees, and collections are all kept in the same list. The sum of collection items forms the total collected amount of the file, and it is not entered manually. Uncollected attorney fees are aggregated on the dashboard.

One-click call to vehicle owner Enhancement

  • In the service dashboard, vehicle list, and vehicle card, the vehicle owner's phone number is now clickable. If your phone app is open, the call starts directly from there; otherwise, the device's native dialer opens.
  • No need to manually dial the number when making calls for maintenance reminders and insurance renewals.

Insurance policy and claims history New feature

  • Policy and claims tracking has been added to the vehicle card. Traffic and casco policies are maintained separately; insurance company, policy number, agent, start date, end date, and premium are entered.
  • When a policy is added, the vehicle's insurance expiry date is automatically renewed based on the policy at the latest, and the list of vehicles with approaching insurance on the service dashboard is populated from this.
  • Claims history is maintained separately: accident, glass, hail, theft, and scratch records, along with the file number if covered by insurance. Claims not repaired at the service center can also be recorded.

Vehicle Card and Work Order Card New feature

  • In the automotive service module, every vehicle now has its own card. Clicking on the license plate opens the vehicle's profile, owner, maintenance horizon, inspection and insurance status on a single screen.
  • In the service history tab, work orders, appointments, and damage records are listed in a single stream, sorted from newest to oldest. You can see at a glance what was done to the vehicle, who handled it, and the total cost.
  • Work order cards have also been introduced. Line items are entered with description, type, quantity, and unit price; labor and parts totals are calculated as you type. Discounts are deducted from the subtotal, and VAT is calculated on the discounted amount. The assigned technician is linked to the work order, and when the exit mileage is entered, it is recorded on the vehicle card, with the next maintenance threshold set based on this mileage.

Uploading Word, Excel, and PDF Files to Knowledge Base, Extracting Content from Websites New feature

  • The knowledge base page has gained three new capabilities.
  • Directly upload Word, Excel, PDF, and presentation files**
  • Now you can upload more than just plain text; Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), OpenDocument (.odt), and RTF files are supported. When a file is uploaded, the text is automatically extracted and converted into a well-structured document, preserving headings and tables. The file size limit is 25 MB.
  • Preview and edit content before adding**
  • Extracted text from uploaded files is not written directly to the knowledge base. It first waits in the "Pending drafts" section; you can open and read it, correct any incorrect or missing lines, and then approve it. No unapproved content is shared with the AI.
  • Extract content from websites**
  • You can provide a web address and crawl its pages. Menus, buttons, and repetitive sections are filtered out; the remaining information is converted into a structured document with headings. The result waits as a draft and is added to the knowledge base only when you approve it.
  • Bulk delete and download**
  • Selection checkboxes are now available in the document list; you can select multiple documents and delete them all at once. Each document can be downloaded in Markdown, plain text, or PDF format.

CALLAII Support Evaluation and Coaching New feature

  • CALLAII now evaluates not only phone calls but also the support side.
  • Support Ticket Quality Score
  • When a support ticket is marked as resolved or closed, CALLAII reads the ticket's opening text and note flow to score the quality of the resolution. The output includes a brief summary, strengths, improvement suggestions, and risks such as reopening. SLA violations are evaluated separately from resolution quality; the expected response time for customer replies is not recorded against the agent.
  • CALLAII Fills the Evaluation Form
  • There is a pre-evaluation button with CALLAII on the call, live chat, and support ticket evaluation screens. CALLAII scores each criterion in the company's own form based on evidence read from the transcript, providing a brief justification and quote. You can apply the suggestion to the form with a single click or ignore it. The final approval and publishing of the score always remain with the evaluator.
  • Coaching Now Covers Support Work
  • CALLAII coaching plans now collect evidence from chats and support tickets: resolution rate, reopening, SLA compliance, chat quality average, and weakest examples. For technical support teams, coaching now focuses on resolution quality rather than phone calls; agents who do not make calls no longer receive "no data" reports.
  • Scope Settings
  • Chat analysis, support ticket analysis, and form pre-evaluation settings can be enabled or disabled separately in the settings screen. Each operates within company boundaries; one company's criteria, instructions, and records do not transfer to another company. Personal data (phone, ID, IBAN) is masked before being sent for evaluation.

Chat and Support Request Evaluation New feature

  • The evaluation screen is no longer limited to calls. Administrators can now score live support chats and support requests using the same quality form.
  • The pool of evaluable personnel has expanded: in addition to agents and field teams, technical support, supervisors, and management can now be scored.
  • When evaluating chats, the entire conversation is visible on the same screen; for support requests, the request content and notes are also displayed, eliminating the need to navigate to another page for scoring.
  • The technical support team can view their scores under the "My Evaluations" section in their own menu and can file an appeal if necessary.
  • A new filter has been added to the evaluation list: call, chat, and support request records can now be filtered separately.

Business Card Scanning Revamped Enhancement

  • The business card scanning feature has been rewritten from scratch. Now, instead of running on your device, the card is scanned on our servers, and the extracted information is validated and corrected by CALLAII.
  • What's changed:
  • Turkish characters are now correctly displayed. Previously, errors like "istanbul" instead of "İstanbul" or "BiLişim" instead of "BİLİŞİM" occurred. The card now passes through two separate scanners, and CALLAII makes decisions at the split points by analyzing the image.
  • Tax numbers are validated. The scanned number is checked against official validation rules; if it doesn't match, a warning is shown before saving. Phone numbers are standardized, with automatic distinction between mobile and landline. Invalid email addresses are flagged.
  • City and district are now written in separate fields, and the tax office name is stripped of its suffix.
  • Scanning has been accelerated. Previously, a reading engine of approximately 10 MB was downloaded to your device; this has been completely removed. Pages load faster, and scanning from a phone consumes less data.
  • Card photos are not sent to any external service; scanning is performed on our own servers.

Live support screen redesigned Enhancement

  • We have redesigned the live support inbox from scratch.
  • The chat list is now more readable: visitor name, last message, and timestamp are visible at a glance, with chat status indicated by colored badges. If the visitor is currently on the page, a green dot appears next to their name, and pending replies are shown with a numerical count.
  • Messages are displayed in speech bubbles. Incoming and outgoing messages are aligned to opposite sides, with the visitor's initials next to incoming messages. Messages from different days are separated by "Today," "Yesterday," or a date strip. A typing indicator with three dots appears when the visitor is typing. The customer's read receipt is shown below the last message.
  • A search box has been added to the chat header; you can filter messages by typing in long conversations.
  • The reply area has been reorganized, with file attachment and send buttons made more prominent. Quick template buttons are now legible across all themes.
  • The entire screen adapts to your selected theme. Text and badge colors are adjusted to meet readability standards in both light and dark modes. On narrow screens, columns stack vertically.
  • The visitor chat window has also been redesigned. Message bubbles are softened, support team messages feature an initial badge, date strips separate different days, and a typing indicator with three dots appears when the other party is typing.
  • Since you choose the widget color, the text color on top of it is now automatically calculated. When a dark corporate color is selected, header and button text turn white; for light colors, they remain dark. No manual adjustment is required.
  • The alignment issue in the chat initiation form has been fixed; field labels now sit above their respective boxes. The full-screen chat window is centered on wide screens.
  • The command center screen has also been overhauled. Card titles now correctly display Turkish characters, and graph and bar colors are derived from your selected theme.
  • Sample code boxes on the live support code page were unreadable in dark mode; this has been fixed.

Headlines More Readable on Mobile Enhancement

  • Handwritten-style emphasized headlines were not sufficiently legible on small screens due to their yellow tone. On mobile devices, they now switch to a darker tone; the appearance remains unchanged on desktop and dark mode.

Site-wide accessibility improvements Enhancement

  • We have reviewed all public pages on the site for accessibility from end to end.
  • What has changed:
  • Color readability: Light-colored text on yellow backgrounds in dark mode and faint small headings have been corrected. The version badge and privacy link, which were unreadable in light mode, have been redesigned.
  • Form fields: All fields in contact, demo request, and early access forms now work properly with screen readers. Country code selection and phone fields have been separately labeled.
  • Keyboard navigation: The extensive comparison tables on the pricing page and the roadmap bar can now be scrolled via keyboard. Hidden cards in card stacks have been removed from tab order.
  • Page structure: Heading order has been standardized across the site, and footer and section headings have been corrected. The live chat box is now defined within page regions.
  • Inline links are now distinguished not only by color but also by underlining.

In-Dashboard User Guide for Modules New feature

  • A user guide has been added for the Health, Automotive, Collection, and SMS modules. You can access the guide via the Guide button on the module's own screen or from the User Guides section in the menu.
  • Each guide explains the module's screens, daily workflow, role-based permissions, and common pain points. It is printable. Only the guides for modules enabled in your company will be listed.

SMS is now managed as a separate add-on Enhancement

  • SMS sending and recording screens are now linked to the SMS add-on. In companies without the add-on, these screens do not appear in the menu.
  • Sending rules remain unchanged: scheduled reminders are disabled by default, and the system does not send messages automatically unless enabled. Access for existing users is preserved as is.

Login flow in desktop application Bug fix

  • When you tap "Log In" in the desktop phone app, the browser opens, but after logging in, the confirmation screen does not appear and the app fails to connect. Since you are redirected to the clipboard after login, the connection screen disappears.
  • Now, after logging in, you are returned directly to the confirmation screen and can connect with a single tap. There is no longer a need to force a re-login from the tray.

Webhook address auto-generated for new call centers Bug fix

  • When a new company is added to the Netsipp call center, the webhook address to be provided to the call center is now automatically generated. Previously, this address was only created for old-type call centers; for new types, it had to be entered manually, and if forgotten, calls could only be captured via regular polling.

v3.05August 2026

New plans and pricing page now live New feature

  • The plan structure has been simplified. There are now four plans: Go, Connect, Suite, and Enterprise. Industry-specific solutions are no longer separate plans but an add-on option for your existing plan.
  • The pricing page has been rewritten from scratch. You can now view monthly and annual pricing side by side and switch between currencies. We have also added a clear comparison table with competitors' published list prices; source links remain in the table.
  • Call analysis is now unlimited. Every call generated in your system is transcribed, analyzed, and reports are produced without limits.
  • To clarify one point: your customer does not speak to AI. A human always handles the conversation, with AI working behind the scenes for the agent.
  • On-premise installation is now available across all four plans. The system, managed by our expert team, is tailored to your operations for consulting and the agent team add-on.

v3.04August 2026

Advanced noise cancellation New feature

  • Neural network-based noise cancellation has been added to phone settings. Background hum in open offices, background conversations, and keyboard sounds are significantly cleaned; speech remains untouched. It runs entirely on your own device, so audio is never sent to any server and no external services are used. Disabled by default; once enabled, it activates on the next call, and disabling it during a call takes effect immediately. If any issues arise, audio continues seamlessly with existing settings.

Online Service Appointment New feature

  • Vehicle owners can now book service appointments directly online.
  • The appointment page opens via a unique link to the facility; the customer enters the license plate, selects the required service, and clicks on an available time slot. If the vehicle record already exists, the appointment is linked to that vehicle; otherwise, a new vehicle and customer card are automatically created.
  • Available time slots are calculated based on the service's operating hours and its simultaneous vehicle capacity; once capacity is reached, the slot is hidden from the list. A second appointment cannot be booked for the same vehicle on the same day.
  • You can embed the form on your own website. Open the Online Appointment section from the service screen, enter your website address, and paste the provided code into your page. Sending the link via email is also available on the same screen.
  • If desired, a confirmation message can be sent to the customer upon booking; this option is disabled by default but can be enabled if your SMS provider is configured.

Online appointment can now be embedded on your own website and sent via email New feature

  • You can now embed the online appointment form directly into your own website. When you enter your website address in the institution settings, a ready-to-use code is provided for you to paste. The form opens within your site, so your patient does not need to navigate to another page.
  • Security has been strictly maintained: the form can only be opened on the address you specify. Even if another site copies the code, it cannot run on their own page.
  • Additionally, you can send the appointment link directly via email. The message is sent from your own email address; for this, your company email settings must be completed. If not completed, the section appears disabled. There is no automatic sending; it only goes out when you press the button.
  • Also, the time selection has been renewed: instead of a dropdown list, available times are now displayed as buttons, and fully booked slots do not appear at all. Mobile usage has been significantly improved.

New PBX integration logos added Enhancement

  • Asterisk, Twilio, and Avaya cards now appear with their logos on the integrations page.

Automotive Service Package New feature

  • A new module has been introduced for service centers and dealerships.
  • The vehicle card stores license plate, make, model, year, chassis, and mileage. No matter how the license plate is entered, the system deduplicates it; even if entered with spaces or lowercase, the same vehicle cannot be opened twice.
  • When you open a work order, the entry mileage is recorded on the vehicle. Labor and parts items are tracked separately, and upon completion of the work order, the next maintenance date and mileage are automatically advanced.
  • The service dashboard provides a single-glance view of who needs to be contacted: vehicles due for maintenance, those with inspections approaching, expired insurance, today's appointments, and open work orders. Maintenance due is calculated based on both date and mileage; whichever comes first takes precedence, and the reason for the vehicle being listed is indicated in the row.
  • If an SMS provider is configured, you can send reminders to vehicle owners due for maintenance with a single click.

Incoming calls from Asterisk and Twilio now open on screen New feature

  • In companies using Asterisk and Twilio, incoming calls now open on screen and a call record is created.
  • On the Twilio side, this works by notifying Callmenta of call events; the setup step is explained on the integration page. On the Asterisk side, no changes are required in the PBX, as active calls are read periodically.
  • In both providers, calls connect correctly; the distinction between incoming and outgoing, as well as answered, unanswered, and abandoned calls, works with the same definitions as other PBXs.

Patients can now book appointments online New feature

  • When you enable online appointments in the institution settings, a unique appointment link is generated for you. You can place this link on your website, social media, or in SMS messages.
  • Once the patient selects the doctor and the day, available time slots are instantly listed. Slots are generated by taking into account the doctor's working schedule and existing appointments, so no overlapping appointments occur.
  • Only name and phone number are requested on the page; no health information is collected, and the confirmation checkbox is mandatory. The number of appointments that can be booked from the same number per day is limited, preventing misuse.
  • Booked appointments appear in the panel as regular appointments, with the source marked as online.

SMS Delivery: NetGSM, Verimor, and Bulutfon New feature

  • SMS infrastructure has been added to the panel. A new SMS section is available under the Exchange tab in company settings.
  • Three providers are supported: NetGSM, Verimor, and Bulutfon. Select the provider, enter your user credentials, and verify with the Test Connection button before saving. The test does not consume credits or send messages; it only confirms whether the credentials are accepted and displays your verified sender name.
  • If your Exchange account is NetGSM or Verimor, SMS will work with the same credentials, so no second login is required. If your Exchange is Netsipp, separate NetGSM credentials are required for SMS; the screen will inform you of this.
  • Every sent message is logged: recipient, timestamp, message content, and sender. The system also calculates how many SMS units messages with Turkish characters will be charged as.
  • Provider credentials are stored encrypted in the database.

Asterisk, Twilio, and Avaya PBXs Now Supported New feature

  • Callmenta now supports widely used PBXs abroad.
  • Asterisk support covers all Asterisk-based installations, including FreePBX and Issabel: call initiation, hang-up, mute, transfer, and queue reports.
  • With Twilio, call centers can operate without a physical PBX. Queue reports are available for accounts using TaskRouter.
  • On the Avaya side, interfaces for IP Office and Aura Contact Center products are supported. This support has not yet been validated in a live Avaya installation; the connection test clearly indicates this on the screen.
  • Each provider only reports the capabilities it truly supports. For example, if a PBX does not support attended transfer, the operation will not be shown as successful, and what was done will be logged.

No-Show Dashboard New feature

  • There is a new screen in the health panel: No-Shows.
  • No-shows are the clinic's most expensive problem. This screen shows where the void is accumulating: which physician, which day of the week, and at what time of day. The total wasted time and its monetary value are also displayed at the top.
  • Patients who miss appointments two or more times are listed separately; the clinic may want to apply confirmation calls or pre-payment to these cases.
  • The most important part of the screen is the reminder comparison: the no-show rate of appointments with reminders vs. those without is shown side by side. This way, the effectiveness of reminders is seen through measurement, not guesswork. Comments cannot be written until sufficient appointment data has accumulated in both groups.
  • The rate is calculated only from completed appointments; pending appointments do not artificially lower the rate.

Callmenta Softphone Now Available on Microsoft Store New feature

  • Callmenta Softphone is now available on the Microsoft Store. You can install it with a single click from the store on Windows; this method avoids Windows security warnings during installation.
  • Store page: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9P9B5NMQFNVB
  • A store button has been added to the card on the Workspace screen. A direct download option also remains available for computers that cannot access the store.
  • In this version, the app icon and naming have been renewed with the Callmenta brand. Additionally, the login page used to open within the app for logged-out users; now, login always takes place in the browser, and your password is never entered into the app under any circumstances.
  • When the server is unreachable, instead of a blank screen, an info screen with a retry button appears.

NetGSM New (Netsipp) integration added New feature

  • NetGSM's next-generation call center platform Netsipp is now available on Callmenta.
  • Your existing NetGSM integration will continue to function; customers who select Netsipp as a new provider can use both systems together. Click-to-call, queue management, call control, and CRM/tickets/contacts/projects modules come with the new provider.
  • New customers can select 'NetGSM New (Netsipp)' from the Setup Wizard; existing customers can add Netsipp as an additional provider without changing their current one.

Assigned Callbacks: Admin Correction + Agent Click-to-Call Enhancement

  • Two improvements have been made to the Assigned Callbacks screen. (1) Administrators can now change the due date/time of a task and its assigned agent via the "Edit" button in the table; incorrect assignments or wrong times can now be corrected with a single click. (2) Agents see a new "Call" button next to assigned tasks with phone numbers on the My Tasks page; clicking it automatically opens the softphone (web) or desktop phone app and dials the number. This ensures the "called" status is automatically recorded correctly.

Additional security scan for images shared in chat Enhancement

  • Images uploaded to live support chat are now scanned for embedded code in addition to existing virus scanning. If malicious content is detected, the image is cleaned before being delivered. Normal invoices, receipts, and screenshots remain untouched, with no change to image quality.

Respond to visitors writing in foreign languages in their own language Bug fix

  • Visitors writing in French, Spanish, or German in the chat were sometimes receiving responses in Turkish.
  • Language detection has been redesigned. Messages written without accented characters are now correctly recognized, and the entire response is ensured to be in the visitor's language. Previously, only the greeting could be translated while the body remained in Turkish.

Automatic spam protection in forms Enhancement

  • Invisible bot protection has been added to contact, demo request, early access, newsletter subscription, and announcement application forms.
  • The protection imposes no additional steps on the visitor: no new field to fill out, no puzzle to solve. Only automated submissions are filtered out, while genuine applications arrive as usual.

Profile pictures and profile link in chat Enhancement

  • The sender's profile picture appears next to their messages. Tapping the photo or name opens the user's profile.
  • The same link is also available in the chat header and the channel members list.

WhatsApp template status notification Enhancement

  • When Meta approves or rejects a WhatsApp template, a notification appears in the panel.
  • The notification includes the template name, language, and the reason if rejected. Clicking the notification takes you to the channel screen. You no longer need to open the Meta panel to check the template status.

Clickable options in web chat New feature

  • You can now progress with buttons in web chat as well. Until now, this convenience was only available on WhatsApp.
  • When the "how should we contact you" question appears during agent transfer, the chat, phone, and email options appear as buttons. The confirmation asked when closing the conversation is also given with a single click.
  • A small form opens for customers who request a callback: day, time, and phone number. The number is instantly validated; if incorrect, a warning appears. The saved appointment appears in the agent's task list at exactly that time.

Virus scan in message attachments Enhancement

  • Every file uploaded to the chat is scanned for viruses before being saved. If malicious content is detected, the file is not saved at all, and the sender is warned.
  • The scan does not rely on the filename or extension but examines the content. Files with altered extensions are also caught. Images sent via GIF search undergo the same scan.

Template approval request from the panel New feature

  • You can now create your WhatsApp templates directly from the Channels screen without entering the Meta panel. You enter the template name, category, language, and message text; if you use variables, the system opens an example value field for each variable and warns you if any are left blank.
  • The request is then sent to Meta, and the approval status can be tracked on the same screen: pending, approved, or rejected. If rejected, the reason is also displayed. Approved templates are automatically made available for use on the agent screen.

Transferring Requests to CRM New feature

  • Incoming requests can now be transferred to CRM with a single click. The same button is available for announcement applications, contact requests, demo requests, and early access requests.
  • When transferred, a customer card is created and a call task is generated. If the email or phone number is already registered, no new card is created; it links to the existing card. If you attempt to transfer a second time, no duplicate record is created.
  • You can assign the task directly to an agent or leave it to the supervisor for distribution. You can write notes for the caller, set a deadline, and specify priority. The assigned agent receives a panel notification.
  • Announcement applications have also been added to the Request Center; now all incoming requests are in a single list.

One-click connection with My Channels screen New feature

  • You can now manage your channels from a single screen. On the My Channels page, your website code is ready to be copied, and there are connection cards for WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • The connection process has been simplified: you paste your access credentials, and verification, long-lived token conversion, and message subscription are handled automatically in the background. Once connected, the card turns into a connected badge; you can remove it whenever you like, and your past chats will not be deleted.
  • If you are using the trial version, the remaining days are displayed at the top of this screen.

Weekly Newsletter New feature

  • A weekly newsletter panel has been added. The system automatically prepares the draft for the week every Monday morning; announcements published during the week are automatically added to the draft.
  • You can add news selected from the sector to the draft, write the introduction, and preview it. Once ready, you can convert it into a campaign draft and send it via the email marketing screen.
  • Under no circumstances will the newsletter be sent automatically; it is only released with your approval.
  • The audience comes from two sources: panel users are included in the list by default, and subscribers from the site are merged into the same list. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribed address will not be re-added in subsequent syncs.

Announcements on the homepage New feature

  • An announcement area has been added to the homepage. When a new feature or integration is launched, you can write your announcement and publish it within your selected date range.
  • The announcement appears in two places: as a thin banner at the top of the page and as a card in the 'What's New' section. Once the duration expires, the announcement automatically disappears from the homepage, so there's no need to delete it manually. All announcements remain archived on the Announcements page.
  • When a visitor clicks on the announcement, they can view the full text and image on their own page. You can also add an application form to the announcement; once the form is submitted, a confirmation email is sent to the applicant, and incoming applications are listed in the panel.
  • You can edit the announcement text and image at any time. A backup of every change is saved, so you can revert to the previous version with a single click if desired.

Channel badges, profile photos, and trial version Enhancement

  • In the inbox, it is now clear from the small badge in the corner of the profile picture which channel each conversation is coming from: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or web. For those writing from Instagram, the profile photo and username are automatically fetched; for those without a photo, initials are displayed.
  • Live support can now be enabled as a separate package, with the option to start a 7 or 14-day trial. During the trial period, the module remains active, and it automatically disables once the period expires, while data is preserved.
  • The Reports section has been simplified: each customer can now view only the reports for the modules they use.
  • Additionally, a display issue that caused the same message to appear twice in the inbox has been resolved.

Live Support Command Center and Instagram Channel New feature

  • The entirety of live support can now be monitored on a single screen. In the Command Center, real-time status (online agents, active chats, pending requests), periodic volume, channel breakdown, sentiment distribution, satisfaction and recommendation scores, first response time, agent scorecard, and the most recently analyzed conversations are displayed side by side. The screen refreshes every twenty seconds.
  • Survey results are shown separately by source; AI closures can be compared with agent closures.
  • Instagram is now among the supported channels. Messages from Instagram arrive in the live support inbox, and agents respond from the same screen.
  • The Reports section has also been simplified: each customer sees only the reports for the modules they use.

Formatting while typing messages New feature

  • Bold, italic, strikethrough, and code formatting have been added to the message box. Ctrl+B and Ctrl+I shortcuts are functional.
  • Links become clickable automatically. The other party's typing indicator appears at the bottom.

Messages now integrated into the Team Portal Enhancement

  • Messaging is now a tab within the Team Portal. Feed, Messages, Sharing Channels, Contacts, and Resources are all in one place.
  • On the left, your channels, channels you can join, your conversations, and contacts in your company are always visible; clicking on a person opens a chat.

Live support reactions, read receipts, and message editing New feature

  • Live support chats are approaching everyday messaging apps. Users can react to messages with emojis, see whether the other party has read the message, and edit sent messages within the first fifteen minutes. Previous versions of edited messages are kept on record.
  • On the WhatsApp side, these align with actual WhatsApp behavior: when an agent opens the chat, a blue checkmark appears on the customer's screen, and the reaction appears under the customer's message.

Messaging is now a separate module Enhancement

  • Messaging is now a module that can be enabled or disabled on a per-company basis. When disabled, it will not appear in the menu and screens will not open.
  • It has been left enabled for companies currently using it, so no access has been cut off.

Smart Transfer and Separate Satisfaction Surveys for Agents New feature

  • When a customer requests a transfer during a chat, CALLAII no longer says "I can't do that." Instead, it first asks how the customer prefers to be contacted (same chat, phone, or email), then assigns the task to an available agent on shift who is also active on the screen. If no one is available, the request drops into the team's task pool, and a notification is sent to the entire team. If the task is not picked up, it automatically moves back to the pool within a few minutes, ensuring the customer is never left waiting indefinitely.
  • In every scenario, the customer is informed about what will happen next: who the request has been transferred to and through which channel they will receive a response as soon as possible.
  • At the end of the interaction, the survey now adapts based on its source. For chats completed by CALLAII, it first requests confirmation and then displays a brief, single-question evaluation. For calls closed by an agent, the survey separately asks for agent rating, company rating, and a recommendation score. Reports include transfer counts, pool drop rates, average pickup time, and a comparison between the two survey types.

Live Support via WhatsApp New feature

  • When your customers message via WhatsApp, the conversation lands directly in your live support inbox, and your agent can respond from the same screen. Assignment, transfer, closure, and satisfaction survey workflows function exactly like web chat.
  • WhatsApp does not allow free-form messages if the customer has not written for 24 hours. In such cases, the agent is notified and can select and send one of the approved canned messages.

Voice Announcement Infrastructure New feature

  • Text-to-speech capability has been added to the system. Announcements such as greetings, queue messages, and transfer to agent are now generated within our own infrastructure.
  • What it does:
  • Announcements are pre-prepared and stored, then played instantly during calls without waiting
  • The same text is not re-generated when requested a second time
  • Generated audio is kept separately per company and not shared with other companies
  • Audio containing personal data is automatically deleted after a short period; announcements are permanent
  • Not yet integrated into the call flow; the infrastructure is ready, and user interfaces are in the queue.

On the Live Support Integrations Page Enhancement

  • Callmenta Live Support now has its own page among the integrations. It can be added to your website and mobile app with a single code snippet, works seamlessly with CALLAII, and responds only from your knowledge base. If a question has no answer in the knowledge base, it does not hallucinate; it transfers to an agent.
  • The Integrations page has been moved under the Products menu; when it was the ninth item in the top menu, it caused overflow on narrow screens.
  • Integration logos have been added; the logo strip on the home page displays fifteen links. Links that are not yet ready are marked with a "coming soon" label, so it is clear which ones are available today.

Zendesk, Freshdesk and Microsoft Teams Added New feature

  • Three new integrations are now available.
  • Your contact records sync bi-directionally with Callmenta customers via Zendesk and Freshdesk. Contacts opened in your support system are synced to Callmenta, and customer contacts created in Callmenta are written to your support system. In case of conflicts, you can decide which side takes precedence.
  • Microsoft Teams can now be selected as a report delivery channel. Scheduled reports appear as cards in your team channel, with executive summaries and metrics displayed within the card.
  • An Integrations page has also been added to the top menu, now directly accessible from the menu.

Turkish character issues in PDF exports Bug fix

  • The issue where characters such as ş, ı, ğ, İ disappeared or were replaced by corrupted symbols in PDF reports has been resolved. The brand font is now fully embedded in the document; headings, numbers, and tables appear correctly for every reader, and text search and copying functions work properly.

Foreign Language Contract Draft New feature

  • If the counterparty works in a different language, the contract draft can be prepared in that language.
  • The contract remains subject to Turkish law in all cases, the competent court does not change, and a provision is automatically added stating that in case of any discrepancy between texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Lost Result Correction in Live Support Analysis Bug fix

  • The AI analysis output would occasionally return with extra explanations, code blocks, or truncated text. In such cases, the result became unreadable, and the analysis silently fell back to a simple prediction—without the user noticing.
  • Result parsing is now much more resilient: in all such cases, the actual analysis is recovered. When a response is too corrupted to be recovered, the behavior reverts to the safe default as before.

Analysis report in the language of the conversation New feature

  • If the conversation took place in a language different from your company's language, the analysis text is now automatically translated into the language of the conversation. The agent can read the feedback in their own language.
  • Scoring continues to be generated in a single language. This way, regardless of the language in which the same conversation is reported, it receives the same score, ensuring that comparisons remain consistent.

Live support analysis enhanced Enhancement

  • Analysis of live support and WhatsApp conversations has been improved in several areas.
  • Analysis text is now generated according to your company's language; previously, it was written in Turkish in every case. The limit for long conversations that could cause analysis to be cut off has been increased. When the AI service was temporarily overloaded, the analysis would give up after a single attempt and fall back to a simple prediction; now, it retries.
  • Additionally, the content of customer messages is now strictly treated as data: no expression written in the chat can change the analysis rules or score. Personal data is masked in summaries and notes.

Consistency in analysis results Bug fix

  • In call and live support analyses, some fields (resolution status, conversation type, risk level, sentiment) could receive values outside the expected list. This was disrupting filtering in reports and causing incorrect score calculations in some conversations.
  • Now, these fields are validated before being saved: if a recognized equivalent exists, it is converted to the correct value; otherwise, it is left blank. Fabricated values are no longer recorded.

Integration pages in five languages Enhancement

  • Integration detail pages are now available in Turkish, English, German, French, and Italian. Each integration's functionality, capabilities, and limitations can be read in your own language.
  • The switch box on the home page has been updated: it now displays NetGSM, Verimor, and Bulutfon alongside other options. Other boxes have also been aligned with their real-world status.
  • A page has also been opened for links that are not yet ready; the planned scope is explained, and it is clearly marked as "coming soon."

Integrations page has been redesigned Enhancement

  • Integrations are now explained individually. Each integration has its own page: what it does, what you can do with it, and what is not supported is clearly stated. The logos on the main page now link to these pages.
  • The list has been reviewed. Active integrations are marked as functional; those not yet ready are labeled "coming soon," so it's clear which connection is available today.
  • Additionally, scheduled reports can now be sent to Slack channels. Previously, this option appeared in the list but was not functional.

v3.03August 2026

Bulutfon PBX Support New feature

  • Callmenta now supports Bulutfon. When Bulutfon is selected as the PBX provider in company settings and the API key and PBX number are entered, click-to-call functionality can be enabled via the panel.
  • Incoming and outgoing calls are routed to Callmenta, the customer card opens on the screen, missed calls are flagged, and call recordings can be listened to from within the call record.
  • In Bulutfon, click-to-call first dials the customer, then connects the call to the agent once the customer answers. Since Bulutfon does not allow intervention in ongoing calls, transfer, termination, and mute functions are performed via telephone; the panel clearly indicates this status.
  • The PBX settings screen has also been refreshed: step-by-step instructions are provided for each provider on which information is retrieved from where and where it is written. Web phone settings have been consolidated into a single unified section.

Language Corrections in Analysis Reports Bug fix

  • The check that verifies whether analysis texts are produced in the target language was triggering false positives in Turkish reports and foreign language reports containing Turkish names. The check has been corrected; personal and brand names are no longer flagged as leaks.
  • Additionally, infrastructure has been prepared to allow analysis texts to be translated into the conversation language when the language of the conversation differs from the company language. Scoring continues to be produced in a single language, ensuring that the same call receives the same score regardless of the language in which it is reported.

CALLAII documents now feature enhanced tables Enhancement

  • The generation of PDF, Excel, Word, and presentation documents from chat has been revamped. Document titles, sections, lists, and tables are now produced in separate fields.
  • In testing, the same request yielded documents with more tables and richer content. Since document generation runs in the background, there is no difference in wait time.

Business card reading now works on a field-by-field basis Enhancement

  • Extraction of personal and company information from business card photos has been enhanced. Name, title, company, phone, email, address, and tax information are now read as separate fields.
  • This ensures that the format of the reading result remains consistent every time, eliminating the possibility of fields being misplaced on the panel. Reading time remains unchanged.

Verimor Cloud PBX Support New feature

  • Callmenta now supports Verimor Cloud PBX. When Verimor is selected as the PBX provider in the company settings and the API key is entered, click-to-call, call transfer, call termination, and microphone muting can be performed from the panel.
  • Incoming and outgoing calls are received in real-time by Callmenta from the PBX; the customer card opens on the screen, missed calls are marked, and call recordings can be listened to from within the call record.
  • The number of calls waiting in the queue is displayed in the workspace. Since there is no transfer-on-consultation feature on the Verimor side, these requests are applied as direct transfers, and this information is displayed on the screen.
  • Additionally, the call record status field has been expanded: intermediate statuses such as ringing, in call, and in queue are now recorded. Previously, these statuses were left blank.

Executive Summary Now Follows a Consistent Structure Enhancement

  • The executive summary in reports will now follow a fixed structure: general overview, in-depth analysis, trend comparison, risk and opportunity assessment, followed by three recommended actions.
  • Previously, the length and sections of the summary could vary from report to report, sometimes leaving sections incomplete. Now, all sections are guaranteed.
  • Additionally, the rare occurrence of the summary starting mid-sentence has been eliminated.

v3.02August 2026

Two-Way Sync with Google Calendar New feature

  • Google Calendar integration now works bi-directionally.
  • Events from your Google Calendar appear in the panel, and personal events added to the panel sync to your Google Calendar. Changes made on one side reflect on the other; events deleted on one side are removed from the other.
  • Sync only includes personal events. Company events are not written to anyone's Google account.
  • There is protection to prevent duplicate events; after the first sync, only changes are pulled. If changes occur on both sides simultaneously, the pending change in the panel is preserved, and the Google side is updated accordingly.

Add Event to Calendar Feature New feature

  • You can now add events directly to the calendar. Until now, the calendar only displayed shifts, coaching sessions, meetings, holidays, birthdays, field assignments, callbacks, and ticket expiration items; you couldn't add your own entries.
  • There are two scopes when adding an event:
  • Personal events are visible only to you. Everyone can add their own.
  • Company events are visible to everyone in the company. Only managers and above can add them.
  • You can add a title, start and end time, an all-day option, location, description, and color to the event. You can also quickly add an event by clicking on an empty day in the calendar. You can edit or delete your own added events from the details window.
  • Events do not go beyond the company boundary.

Blog post editor has been redesigned Enhancement

  • We have completely redesigned the text editor in the blog post creation screen.
  • In the previous editor, some buttons in the toolbar were visible but non-functional. In the new editor, every button in the toolbar works: title and font size selection, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, text and highlight color, alignment, bullet and numbered lists, checklist, link, table, image, YouTube video, emoji, special character, find and replace, clear formatting, HTML source, and full screen.
  • You can now drag and drop images or paste them directly from the clipboard. There is a word and character counter at the bottom. The editor adapts to light and dark themes.
  • The editor downloads as a single file to the browser and does not connect to an external server.

Brand font across the entire site Enhancement

  • Our logo's font is now used throughout the website: headings, body text, and cards. Handwritten accents have been preserved as they are.
  • Fonts are served from our own server, so no external requests are made. Turkish characters and text in other languages render without issues.

v3.01August 2026

Page load size reduced Enhancement

  • Unused view files were still being included in the production bundle. These files have been removed, significantly reducing the published package size.
  • There is no visible change; pages now load with less data.

Keyboard navigation improved Enhancement

  • When navigating to site pages via keyboard, a "Skip to Content" link has been added to the first tab stop. This allows users to jump directly to the page content without tabbing through the menu item by item. The link is available in five languages.
  • The color of the focus indicator has also been updated to enhance visibility.

Disable announcements in the notification bell Bug fix

  • Announcements in the notification bell can now be disabled. Previously, even if you deleted an announcement, it would reappear when the page was refreshed; this was because announcements were stored separately from the notification list.
  • Now, you can dismiss each announcement by clicking the "X" icon next to it. Once dismissed, the announcement will no longer appear in your bell, but it will remain visible to other users. The "Delete All" button also includes announcements.

v3.00July 2026

Daily plan, location and weather alerts for field teams New feature

  • When an address is entered in field tasks, the location is converted to coordinates in the background. It drops on the correct point on the map, and distance calculations are based on the actual location.
  • A Daily Plan has been added to the field tasks screen. When you select a field agent and a date, the visits for that day are sorted by the shortest route, showing how many kilometers are saved. The sorting is a suggestion and does not automatically change appointment times.
  • A weather alert for the day appears on the same screen. If precipitation or strong winds are expected, the planner can see this before the visit.
  • Tasks without coordinates do not enter the sorting and are listed separately on the screen, so incomplete addresses are not overlooked.

More secure and accurate results in CALLAII internet search Enhancement

  • When CALLAII performs an internet search, it now aggregates results from multiple search engines simultaneously and prioritizes links that are recommended by more than one engine. This ensures the assistant's information is not dependent on a single source.
  • Strict filtering is active for adult content and harmful results. In corporate use, off-topic content is prevented from mixing into the results.
  • Search sources that cannot provide answers have been disabled; search time is reduced, and the likelihood of returning empty results is minimized.

Health CRM Revitalized New feature

  • We have completely redesigned the module we built for healthcare organizations. Now, it doesn’t just store patient records—you can manage the entire patient journey from initial contact to treatment completion in a single place.
  • Tailored to Your Organization
  • Designed specifically for hospitals, medical centers, polyclinics, dental clinics, private practices, and home healthcare services. When you select your organization type, screens, field names, and default appointment durations adapt accordingly. In a dental clinic, "doctor" becomes "dentist" and "examination" becomes "session"; in home healthcare, the care plan screen appears.
  • Patient Card Now Shows Everything
  • On a single screen, the patient’s appointments, examination records, treatment plans, payments, home care plans, call history, and completed forms flow chronologically. Sensitive information such as ID numbers and medical history is masked, accessible only to authorized roles.
  • Appointment Calendar and Conflict Protection
  • A day and week view calendar has been introduced. You can define doctors' working hours, and the system automatically suggests available slots. Double-booking for the same doctor is prevented, and appointments cannot be scheduled outside working hours. All statuses—arrived, in examination, completed, no-show—are recorded along with their history.
  • Treatment Plan and Collection
  • You can plan treatments item by item. In dental clinics, items can be linked to tooth numbers. The plan total is automatically calculated from the items, and discounts can be applied. Installment plans can be created with a single click, with any cent difference carried over to the last installment. Overdue collections are automatically flagged.
  • Home Healthcare Services
  • You can open a care plan, specify visit frequency, and the system automatically schedules future visits. Since visits are created as field team tasks, they function with routing, maps, and mobile tracking. A second visit cannot be created for the same day.
  • Analytics and Data Quality
  • Patient funnel, new patient trends, appointment density, no-show and cancellation rates, doctor performance, occupancy rate, treatment acceptance rate, and collection graphs are all on a single page. The data quality screen flags missing fields, records without KVKK consent, and duplicate patients created with the same phone number; duplicate records can be merged with approval.
  • Patient Score
  • Every patient is assigned a loyalty score based on data completeness, journey stage, appointment compliance, recency of last visit, treatment value, engagement, and satisfaction. The score is shown with a breakdown of why it was calculated that way.
  • The module can be enabled or disabled per company; in a disabled company, no healthcare screens are visible. Each company’s data is kept completely separate.
  • Ready-Made Forms by Organization Type
  • We have prepared separate form structures for dental clinics, polyclinics, hospitals, and home healthcare services. When you select your organization type, appropriate templates appear, can be set up with a single click, and can be customized afterward.
  • Dental anamnesis and post-treatment follow-up forms for dental clinics; pre-assessment and appointment confirmation forms for polyclinics; patient admission and triage forms plus pre-admission preparation forms for hospitals; pre-visit assessment and visit summary forms for home healthcare. Private practices and medical centers inherit the closest templates.
  • Forms Are No Longer Limited
  • Previously, only one form per organization could be kept. Now you can define as many forms as you like and categorize each as anamnesis, triage, follow-up, etc. You can also select which one opens on the call screen.
  • Forms Can Be Filled From the Patient Card
  • There’s no need to wait for a call to fill out a form. You can open and complete forms directly from the patient card or appointment, and the completed form appears on the patient’s timeline. Even if the form is modified later, the old record remains readable with its original questions.
  • Follow-Up Tracking
  • Patients who were given a follow-up date during an examination but haven’t made an appointment, along with patients who haven’t visited in a long time, are gathered on a separate screen. You can schedule appointments with a single click. Calls and messages are sent manually; there is no automated sending.
  • Custom Patient Fields by Organization
  • You could add your own fields to patient records; these fields now appear in both the patient form and the patient card.
  • Healthcare Field Separated from Sales Field
  • Home care visits no longer appear in the same list as sales and technical service tasks. The healthcare team sees only patient visits, and the sales team sees only their own tasks. When you assign personnel to the healthcare team, only healthcare visits appear on their panel. Patient address and care information never appear on the sales team’s screen.
  • Healthcare Field Screen
  • Visit list, status dashboard, map, and team management have been introduced. You can assign visits to personnel or teams and advance their status with a single click. Open visits appear on the map with their locations; the map library is hosted on our own server, so no data is sent externally.
  • Ambulance and Patient Transport
  • A dispatch system has been added for organizations providing ambulance services. You can define vehicles with their license plate, type, station, inspection date, and crew. When you open a case, a vehicle is assigned, and every step from request received to case completed is marked. The time for each step is automatically recorded; response time, on-scene time, and transport time are calculated from these timestamps.
  • The dispatch dashboard shows open cases and vehicle status on a single screen. A second case cannot be assigned to a vehicle on duty, and when a case is closed, the vehicle automatically returns to available status. Target response times are defined for red, yellow, and green priorities; cases are flagged when the target is exceeded. The analytics screen shows average times and target achievement rates.
  • Cases can also be opened for emergency reports without a patient record; patient name and age are entered manually.
  • Each Module Opens Independently
  • Health CRM, Health Field, and Ambulance are independent modules. You don’t need to open an ambulance module for a dental clinic, and you don’t need to open a treatment plan for an ambulance company. If a module is not enabled for a company, its menu and screens are never visible.

Display improvements on laptops, tablets, and phones Enhancement

  • The panel and website have been measured and refined end-to-end across 13-inch and 15-inch laptops, tablets, and phones.
  • What's changed:
  • On 13-inch and 15-inch laptops, the top bar has been slimmed down and margins shortened. This leaves more room for content on screen; lists and tables now display more rows at a single glance.
  • Horizontal scrolling on narrow screens has been eliminated. Wide tables now scroll within their own container instead of breaking the page layout, while small tables with few columns no longer scroll unnecessarily.
  • On tablets and phones, buttons, tabs, page numbers, and checkboxes have been resized for comfortable finger use. This is determined by touch usability rather than screen width; so even on large tablets, touch targets remain easy to tap.
  • Links in the footer of the site are now easier to tap on phones, and small text that was hard to read has been enlarged.
  • The login screen used to overflow horizontally on very narrow phones; this has been fixed.
  • The display on large screens remains unchanged.

Color-blind friendly view New feature

  • A new option has been added to the view settings in the top menu: Color-blind friendly.
  • When enabled, the interface switches to a palette where status colors are easier to distinguish, and icons are added to status badges; even if the success, error, warning, and info colors are not visible, they remain understandable. In charts, series are distinguished by both color and pattern.
  • The option works independently of theme selection, is compatible with all sixteen themes, and is saved to your account. The distinction between success and error, which is the most challenging part of red-green color blindness, has increased sixfold in measurements.

Email correspondence in customer profile Enhancement

  • Email correspondence with the customer is now visible in the unified history on the customer profile.
  • Responses from the customer are logged both in the support ticket and listed as Email in the customer profile.
  • Promotional emails sent manually from the panel are also logged in the same flow.
  • You can filter to view only emails in the flow using the type filter.

Automation rules New feature

  • You can turn repetitive tasks into rules. They are managed via the Automation button in the customer list.
  • You select when it runs: when a customer is created, when the stage changes, when the lead score is updated, when a specific number of days have passed without contact, or when a call is completed.
  • You can set conditions: stage, temperature, source, score range, days without contact, opportunity value, or when a specific field is empty.
  • When the rule runs, it can add a tag, change the stage and temperature, assign an owner, create a task, or add a note.
  • Each rule has an option to "run once per customer."
  • It is recorded which rule did what to which customer.
  • There is no action to send an email; emails are always sent manually with confirmation.

Lead Scoring New feature

  • Each customer is assigned a priority score between 0-100. This allows the team to see at a glance who to call first from the list.
  • The score is derived from seven factors: data completeness, stage, engagement intensity, recency of last contact, opportunity value, warmth, and call sentiment.
  • Both the total score and the breakdown by factor are visible on the customer card.
  • Scores are recalculated every night.
  • High, medium, and low thresholds are configurable.

Private Messaging with CALLAII New feature

  • You can now chat privately with CALLAII. This channel is exclusively for CALLAII; employees do not message each other through here.
  • Administrators cannot read these conversations. Only messages flagged by automated moderation for profanity, threats, or harassment are reported to management; even then, your name is not shown—only your unique code. If a message is flagged, it will be clearly indicated below the bubble.
  • CALLAII does not learn anything from flagged messages.

External Application Integrations New feature

  • CRM can now exchange data with external applications. You can establish connections via the Integrations button in the customer list.
  • What's included
  • Generic Webhook: works out of the box without requiring an account. Your external system sends customers to the provided address, and changes on your end are written externally with a signature. Compatible with tools like Zapier.
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Contacts connections are ready; they start working once you enter the relevant account credentials.
  • You can choose the sync direction for each connection: inbound only, outbound only, or bidirectional.
  • When a record changes on both sides, you decide which one wins: the last modified, Callmenta, or the external system.
  • If field names differ in the external system, you can define them via the mapping table.
  • Incoming records are matched with phone and email normalization; duplicate records for the same person are not created.
  • Every sync run is logged: number of records received, new records, updated records, and errors.
  • Connection credentials are encrypted and masked on screen.
  • Integration settings are only accessible to administrator accounts.

Team Portal Consolidated Under One Roof New feature

  • The Team Portal now consists of four tabs: Feed, Channels, People, and My Profile. The social feed and employee profiles, which were previously on separate pages, have been integrated into the same structure, allowing one-click navigation between them.
  • Chat, meetings, academy, and guide links have been gathered under the Resources tab, simplifying the feed page. The old social feed address now automatically redirects to the new feed.

Data Quality and Export New feature

  • A data quality screen and export functionality have been added to the CRM. These can be accessed via the Data Quality and CSV buttons in the customer list.
  • Data Quality
  • You can view how complete your records are with a single score out of 100.
  • A field-by-field list shows how much data is missing; the top 15 most incomplete records are also displayed.
  • Duplicate customers registered with the same phone number or email address are detected. You can select which record to keep and merge them; calls, notes, tasks, meetings, proposals, opportunities, and tags are transferred to the remaining record.
  • During merging, existing data in the remaining record is not overwritten; only empty fields are completed from the other record.
  • Since merging cannot be undone, explicit confirmation is required, and what was transferred is noted in the record.
  • The customer card also displays the record's completion rate and missing fields as a warning.
  • Export
  • You can download as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
  • The downloaded file reflects the filters applied to the list; it includes all records matching the filter, not just the current page.
  • PDF exports come in landscape with summary columns, while Excel includes all columns.
  • Tags, responsible party, stage, potential value, and any custom fields you have defined are included as columns.
  • Files open correctly in Excel with Turkish character support.

Opportunity Management New feature

  • The sales process is no longer tied to the customer record but now sits within its own record. You can manage multiple sales processes with the same customer; each has its own amount, stage, probability, expected close date, and owner.
  • What you can do
  • Drag and drop cards on the opportunity board to move between stages; sorting within the same column is preserved.
  • You can also change the stage via the dropdown on the card.
  • Upon closing, you will be asked to specify the reason for winning or losing; these reasons are later analyzed.
  • An Opportunities tab has been added to the customer card; you can open a new opportunity from the current stage with a single click.
  • Every stage change is recorded and visible in the customer's unified history.
  • The analytics screen calculates the funnel, win rate, and sales velocity from opportunities for companies with opportunity records. If there is no opportunity record, the old customer stage flow continues to work as before.
  • The existing pipeline and customer stage setup remains unchanged, and no records have been moved.

CRM Visual Analytics New feature

  • A visual analytics screen has been added to CRM. You can now see where sales are stalling, which sources are truly converting, and when the team is active—all on a single page. It opens via the Analytics button on the Pipeline and Customer List screens.
  • What's on the screen:
  • Sales funnel: number of records and potential value at each stage.
  • Weighted forecast: calculated based on the probability of each open record's stage.
  • Stage conversion: progress, regression, and loss rates from actual stage transitions.
  • Time in stage: how long records are waiting at each step.
  • Source performance: which channel brought in how many records and their win rate.
  • Agent comparison: how many records each agent is carrying and how many they've won.
  • Activity heatmap: distribution of calls and interactions by day and hour.
  • Monthly trends and a list of records untouched for more than 30 days.
  • Time periods can be selected as 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. Charts automatically adapt to light and dark themes.
  • Additionally, an issue where some charts would fail to render and remain empty has been resolved.

Unified history on customer card New feature

  • The history on the customer card has been consolidated into a single feed. Calls, live chats, notes, tasks, field visits, meetings, offers, and support tickets are now all in one place, grouped by date.
  • What's new
  • The feed is separated by date; today and yesterday appear at the top with distinct headings.
  • Type filter and free-text search have been added; you can find the record you're looking for without refreshing the page.
  • You can listen to the call directly from the call row and view the transcript and sentiment analysis if available.
  • Tasks and field visits are now included in the feed.
  • Unified history is now available not only in the admin panel but also on agent and manager customer cards.

Open shift pool and availability preferences New feature

  • Employees can now manage their own shifts through the panel. They can post a shift they cannot attend to the pool and pick up available shifts from the pool.
  • Before acceptance, the system performs an automatic check: if you have another shift that day, a pending leave request, or if you have marked yourself as unavailable for that day, the transfer cannot be completed, and the reason is displayed on the screen. Working hour rules are also validated with every acceptance.
  • The transfer is finalized with manager approval. Once approved, the shift moves to the new person's calendar, the old record is closed, and an in-panel notification is left for both parties.
  • On the HR side, empty shifts can be published; multiple-person shifts can be opened at once. The approval screen ranks the most suitable candidates for that shift: who is available, who prefers that day, and who has a lighter weekly workload.
  • Employees can enter availability preferences for days of the week or specific dates. The automatic scheduler will not assign shifts on days marked as unavailable, and it will prioritize you on days marked as preferred. These preferences do not replace formal leave requests.

Organizational Chart New feature

  • The organizational chart has been added. The system generates an org chart from the manager information in employee records; it displays the total team size under each manager, the number of hierarchy levels, and employees without an assigned manager.
  • Records where two individuals are incorrectly listed as each other's manager are detected and flagged as warnings; the chart remains intact in such cases.

Annual Leave Balance and Leave Calendar New feature

  • Annual leave balance is now tracked automatically. Each employee's accrued leave from their start date to the present—including used, approved but unused, and pending leave days—is displayed on a single screen. Leave rights accrue on the work anniversary and increase with seniority; unused leave does not expire but carries over.
  • When a leave request is approved, the usage record is automatically logged in the balance ledger, and the employee's remaining leave is instantly displayed on the approval screen. Manual adjustments can be entered with justification for carryovers from previous periods or special cases; every entry is logged in the ledger with the user and timestamp.
  • The new leave calendar shows who is on leave on any given day and calculates whether the remaining team can handle the call volume. If the team will be understaffed, the day is marked red; if at the limit, it is marked yellow. This allows for visibility of open days before leave requests are approved.

Smart Shift Planner New feature

  • Shift planning is now powered by your call data. The system analyzes call history from recent weeks to calculate staffing needs for every day and hour of the week, taking into account your target service level, response time, and break/training allowance.
  • The new Shift Planner screen features a color-coded coverage map: you can see at a glance how many people are scheduled at any given hour, how many are required, and where there are gaps or overstaffing. With a single click, you can generate a weekly plan draft. The generated plan remains in draft mode and is only visible to employees once you publish it.
  • Labor law checks are applied during plan generation for every assignment: daily working hours, night shift limits, weekly working hours, rest between shifts, and weekly days off. Scheduled days off, public holidays, and existing shifts are automatically skipped, ensuring workload is balanced across employees.
  • Shift templates are now stored in a permanent library. You can define company-specific templates and embed break plans within them; the planner then utilizes these templates.
  • Service level targets, response time, break allowance, forecast window, coverage hours, and working days can all be configured at the company level.
  • Additionally, you can now edit a saved shift directly without deleting and recreating it. It is also possible to publish or revert a shift to draft individually.

v2.11July 2026

New metrics added to the performance report Enhancement

  • Metrics that were calculated but never reflected in the report are now visible. The most notable among these is the unified quality score: it combines supervisor evaluation, human quality control, AI analysis, and customer survey into a single score.
  • Additionally, dissatisfaction rate, average talk time, and average after-call work time have been added to the report.
  • Customer satisfaction measurement was previously entered manually; it is now automatically calculated from post-call survey results.

Daily metrics added to live operations dashboard New feature

  • The live operations screen previously only displayed real-time agent status. Now, the daily operations table is also featured at the top.
  • Service level, abandonment rate, average answer and call duration, no-answer rate, and occupancy are all visible at a glance. Metrics falling below target are highlighted in color. Numbers refresh without page reload.
  • If occupancy exceeds expectations, the screen displays a warning instead of hiding it, as this typically stems from an unclosed shift record.

Call center performance metrics expanded New feature

  • New metrics have been added to agent performance: service level, abandonment rate, outbound call connection rate, and idle time between calls.
  • An issue causing discrepancies between the dashboard and reports for the same metric has been resolved. All calculations now come from a single source, so you see the same number regardless of where you look.
  • Metric names that caused confusion have also been clarified. Utilization, occupancy, and operational efficiency now explicitly state which time period they are divided by. Average handle time includes talk time and after-call work, but does not include time spent in queue.
  • The service level threshold is now adjustable, with a default of 20 seconds.

Sign in with Google New feature

  • You can now log in to the panel using your Google account. To use this feature, you must first log in once and link your Google account via the Profile > Security page.
  • For security reasons, you cannot log in with an unlinked Google account, and a Google account will not automatically create a new user. If two-step verification is enabled, it will still be required when signing in with Google.
  • You can remove the link at any time from the same page.

v2.09.01July 2026

Desktop Phone Installation File and Browser Login New feature

  • The desktop phone application is now being distributed as an installation file. Simply run the file you downloaded from the Workspace; the installation wizard will automatically create the desktop and start menu shortcuts.
  • You don’t need to enter a password into the application. When the app opens, it redirects you to the panel already open in your browser, where you can confirm with a single click, and the application recognizes you. Your password is never entered into or stored in the application. The confirmation is valid for two minutes and is single-use.
  • If needed, you can repeat the same process at any time via "Login from Browser" in the tray menu.

Desktop phone application now downloadable New feature

  • The desktop application for phones is now live. You can download it from the Workspace screen.
  • Clicking the close button does not exit the application; it minimizes it to the system tray, so the call remains active. To fully exit, right-click the tray icon, select Exit, and confirm. If you are in a call or the call result has not been entered, you will receive a warning. The application starts automatically on Windows startup and can only be opened once at a time.
  • Web phone remains available as usual; both options can be used simultaneously.
  • For now, it is distributed as a portable package: open the downloaded file and run the application from the folder. Installation wizard and digital signature will be added in the next step.

Academy training platform renewed Enhancement

  • Callmenta Academy's training platform has been upgraded to a new version. With this update, the platform has been brought up to current security support, and the certificate and attendance components have been renewed with their latest versions. All existing records are preserved: user accounts, course progress, exam results, earned badges, and issued certificates remain intact. The login to the training address, password setting, and certificate verification pages are fully functional. Live lesson links continue through our own conferencing infrastructure; no password is required for participation.

v2.09July 2026

Multi-Layered Chat Analysis Enhancement

  • Live support chats are now analyzed in multiple layers, similar to calls: scoring criteria based on company performance metrics, strengths, coaching recommendations, and risk detection. AI is activated before analysis to generate real evaluations instead of fixed default scores.

Document delivery accelerated Bug fix

  • The chat updates more frequently during document preparation. The ready document appears instantly without needing to close and reopen the chat.

Branded Documents Enhancement

  • Generated documents feature the company logo and brand color. Text colors are automatically selected with contrast based on whether the brand color is light or dark.

Document creation and download in chat New feature

  • CALLAII prepares PDF, Excel, Word, or presentation files in live chat and drops them as a clickable file into the conversation. If you don't specify a format, it asks which format you prefer. Documents are generated with your company's logo and brand color.

v2.08July 2026

Self-Updating Knowledge Base New feature

  • The knowledge base automatically tracks price and new feature changes on your website.
  • You can scan and update your site at any time using the Scan and Update button on the Knowledge Base screen.
  • Weekly automatic scans are performed for all companies defined on the website.

Up-to-date answers to regulatory questions online New feature

  • For regulatory questions such as e-invoice obligations and turnover limits, CALLAII retrieves up-to-date information from authorized official sources.
  • It cites the source and directs users to the Revenue Administration for definitive guidance.
  • Regarding product and pricing information, it relies solely on its own website.

Live support now includes up-to-date pricing and clickable links Enhancement

  • CALLAII fetches real-time prices from your website and delivers them clearly to customers during price inquiries.
  • Links shared in chat are now clickable.
  • Non-pricing questions will no longer be confused with price-related inquiries.

Analytical charts on the CRM sales pipeline Enhancement

  • Call volume (inbound and outbound), revenue, and potential value trends have been added to the sales pipeline page. Meetings are displayed separately as completed and planned. Customer distribution by sales stage can be monitored via the chart.

Company-Branded Document Generation in Chat New feature

  • When a customer requests a table, comparison, or presentation during a live chat, CALLAII automatically generates a PDF, Excel, or presentation file featuring your company's logo and commercial information. Once ready, the download link is automatically shared in the chat, allowing the customer to download it with a single click. The content is generated solely from your knowledge base and real data from your website—no fabricated information is included.

Live Support for Mobile Apps New feature

  • Add live support to your iOS and Android apps with a single-line WebView
  • Username, device model, app version, and operating system are automatically shared with the agent
  • The AI assistant provides an instant first response and can hand off to an agent when needed
  • Identity is verified with a secure signature, and the private key is never embedded in the device

CALLAII Auto-Response When Agent is Offline New feature

  • When no online agent is available, CALLAII automatically responds to incoming customer messages (configurable per company)
  • Responses are based solely on the company's own knowledge base; no information is shared with other companies or external parties
  • Auto-response is disabled when an agent is active; the agent receives only suggestions
  • Works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and web chat; responses are sent back through the same channel

CALLAII Suggestion Dashboard (Assist) for Agents New feature

  • On the live support screen, agents receive suggested responses with a single click via the 'CALLAII suggestion' feature. The suggestion is based solely on the company's knowledge base and playbooks, ensuring no fabricated content. Used resources are displayed as chips; agents can edit and send them by clicking 'Add to Box.' AI does not write to the customer independently; the final decision remains with the agent.

Tenant-Based Knowledge Base (AI) and Full Isolation New feature

  • Each company can manage its own AI knowledge base (via the Knowledge Base menu). Added information is only provided to that company's chat AI and does not mix with other companies or Callmenta content. Quick information addition is possible through document uploads or text pasting; keyword search is instantly available. Each knowledge base can be enabled or disabled with a single click via the on/off switch.

Calculator History + CALLAII Call Note Enhancement New feature

  • WORKSPACE: (1) Calculator tape history added — every '=' result is saved, newest at the top, returns to screen on click, persists in localStorage (calculation won't be lost during calls). Can be cleared from the header. (2) 'Fix with CALLAII' button added to Call Note field — reformats raw notes into HALLUCINATION-FREE, bulleted, clean Turkish; does NOT add new information/numbers/dates. 10-second 'Undo' reverts to original. GPU scale-to-zero wake integration; if the box is asleep, it says 'CALLAII is waking up, try again.' Additionally, quick action buttons added to the calculator: +VAT 20% / −VAT / −10% / −15% / −20% (applies to current value, writes to history with description).

My Tasks: Personal Task List + Project/Task Notes New feature

  • The My Tasks page now features two sections: (1) Personal tasks — team members can create their own to-dos/mini-projects, freely move them between stages, organize, and delete them; no approval is required, and they do not reflect on the admin dashboard. (2) Admin-assigned tasks — these are marked as done upon completion and finalized only after admin approval (the approval-except-admin rule applies internally as well). Additionally, notes can now be added to tasks in both the My Tasks and Project/Task dashboard cards; notes are listed chronologically.

Unified Customer Timeline Enhanced Enhancement

  • In the unified timeline on the Customer 360 page, calls now display the CALLAII analysis result (call outcome/disposition), quality score, and call note as first-class activities. Additionally, a separate filter chip for live chat logs has been added, enabling calls, chats, meetings, notes, tickets, and offers to be filtered by type within a single chronological flow.

v2.07July 2026

Packages, Planning, Live Chat, and CRM Leap New feature

  • New Callmenta packages: Connect (chat), SaaS (voice platform), Suite (both in one), and Go (self-serve) with transparent, seat-based pricing; one-click package assignment to the company (automatic module and user limit allocation).
