Callmenta
Decision guide

Software only, your own team or team add-on

Callmenta is a call center software platform; we develop all eight modules and the CALLAII AI ourselves. How you use the platform opens up three paths, and none of them are suitable for every organization. Below is an honest comparison that includes our own model, including the answer to the question of when not to choose us.

A team working in a small two-person office

Three deployment models side by side

Criterion Software only (Callmenta) Software + team add-on (Callmenta) Your own team, no software
Setup time Setup in 1-2 weeks, team is yours 5 to 20 working days depending on existing structure 2-3 months with hiring and training
Fixed cost Subscription only; team costs are yours No fixed seats, scales with volume Staff, office, and training are fixed expenses
Volume Fluctuation You retain control over capacity decisions Scales up and down from a redundant agent pool Struggles during peaks; idle capacity in off-seasons
Quality Assurance All calls scored by CALLAII All calls scored by CALLAII Typically sampling-based; auditors incur additional costs
Institutional Knowledge Knowledge remains within your organization Transferred via knowledge base and playbook; includes a first-week learning period The team knows the organization best
Management Burden Management is yours; measurement is on the platform Shifts and quality are managed on the platform; you monitor results Shifts, absenteeism, and performance are your responsibility
Data Ownership Data isolated to your organization, hosted in the EU region; on-premises with Edge Data isolated to your organization, hosted in the EU region; on-premises with Edge Data resides within the organization; no measurement

Which setup is right for you

Software only

You have a team that performs well but lacks measurement. Get the software and CALLAII analytics, receive coaching and reporting, and keep your team in-house. This is the most preferred setup.

Software and team add-on

If your volume fluctuates, you want to offload the burden of building and managing a team, need night and weekend coverage, or find it costly to establish internal quality assurance.

Your own team, no software

If your call volume is very low, with only a few conversations per day. At this scale, the ROI of setting up measurement systems doesn't justify the cost; let's talk when you grow.

Don't choose us if

You want AI to speak with customers on the phone. We always have human agents on calls; this is a deliberate choice. If you are looking for a voice-bot-first solution, we are not the right fit.

You are looking for the lowest price for a volume of just a few calls per day. Per-minute packages are more economical at that volume.

You require the team to be in your own office and on your own payroll. In our standard setup, the team works via the platform.

You are looking for a team for a one-off campaign without a permanent customer line behind it. The setup cost won't pay for itself in short-term projects.

CALLAII

The honest answer to AI vs. human

Human on the phone

A human agent always speaks with the customer. We don't deploy voice bots because customers who can't reach a human when their issue isn't resolved often don't return.

Hybrid in messaging

During business hours and when the agent is online, humans respond. When the agent is unavailable, CALLAII handles it, answering from the company's knowledge base, and if the topic exceeds its scope, it transfers the conversation to the appropriate agent and creates a follow-up task.

Fully AI in the background

CALLAII analyzes all calls, generates coaching for agents, and alerts managers to risky calls. Quality assurance here is full coverage, not sampling.

Comparison

Three worlds one table

Traditional call center, generic agentic AI products, and Callmenta + CALLAII. See the three side by side and judge the difference yourself.

Criterion Traditional call center Agentic AI product Callmenta + CALLAII
Call coverage 2-4% sample only Partial - bound by model context Every call scored, 100%
Turkish ASR Manual transcription Mostly English-first CALLAII ASR fine-tuned for Turkish
Soft-skill QA Subjective human grading Generic LLM, no industry context Founder-built rubric, multi-dimensional
Personal coaching 1 coach per week / 8 people Usually absent A daily micro-coach for every agent
Operational floor Floor experience, but no AI Engineers only, far from the floor Floor experience + the team that built the AI
Data sovereignty Mostly on-prem Cloud-only Edge Local + air-gapped
KPI measurement Rarely an SLA commitment Sells a licence, walks away from the outcome Per-call KPI contract
The Gap

In 30 days, who actually sees how much?

Quality Analyst ~400 calls / month

20 calls a day × 20 working days. Only 2-4% of the operation.

Trainer / Coach ~30 people / month

8 one-on-one sessions a week. In a 200-person team, your turn arrives in 7 months.

Autonomous AI Operations 100% calls, within hours

Every call is listened to, scored and turned into feedback. Every agent gets their own personal coach .

A human sees 4%. CALLAII hears 100%.

Questions asked during the decision phase

Is the team add-on more expensive than our in-house team?

Total cost depends on volume. It must be compared against the sum of headcount, office, training, auditing, and software costs. For fluctuating volumes, the add-on setup is generally more cost-effective, as you don’t pay for idle capacity during off-seasons. For consistent, high volumes, an in-house team may be more economical; we calculate this during the consultation using your specific figures.

Will my customer realize it’s a different team?

No. The team speaks on your behalf, using your greeting script and your phone number. Corporate tone, terminology, and prohibited phrases are defined in the quality rubric.

Is it difficult to revert if we’re not satisfied?

Your data remains yours: customer records, call history, and reports are exportable. Since you retain your number and PBX, technical rollback is limited to disconnecting the integration.

Can we do both?

This is a frequently preferred setup. Your in-house team handles daytime operations, while the platform team covers nights and weekends; or you keep phone handling while the platform manages messaging channels. We split the scope by channel and shift.

In which cases do you decline?

For one-off campaigns without a permanent customer line and requests primarily focused on voice bots. In both cases, we are not the right solution, and we state this clearly during the consultation.

Let’s talk using your numbers

Bring your call volume, channels, and existing CRM structure; we’ll compare the three models using your data and tell you which one fits. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so too.
