The Logo İşbaşı integration connects the Callmenta quote system to your accounting software.
When your customer accepts the quote on the portal, they enter invoice details. Company name, tax number, tax office, and address are pre-filled from the quote; the customer only completes any missing fields. Upon acceptance, a sales invoice draft is automatically opened in Logo İşbaşı.
Line items, quote discounts, and VAT carry over as they appear in the quote. If the customer is not registered in the system, a customer card is created automatically. For optional quotes, only the option the customer accepts is invoiced. A draft is also opened from a proforma invoice in the same way.
The draft waits in the system. Review and send it as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv directly from Logo İşbaşı's own interface. The same quote cannot be invoiced twice.
Set up the integration by logging in with your Logo İşbaşı account. You never share your password with Callmenta.

Good to know
- The invoice is opened as a draft; signing and sending are done from Logo İşbaşı.
- A paid Logo İşbaşı subscription is required.
- Units not defined in the system default to 'Adet'; the actual unit is written in the line description.
