E-commerceOrders from your WooCommerce store appear on the call screen.
For the connection, the key pair generated in your WooCommerce settings is sufficient. Read access is enough, and the store address must use https.
What you can do
- Orders appear in the panel and are linked to the customer card.
- Order items, amounts, and shipping tracking numbers
- Pulling product and stock information into the panel
- Matching with existing customer cards via phone and email
Good to know
- Currently, only read access is used; no data is written to the store.
- Changing order status and initiating returns are done from the store panel.
- Abandoned carts are not part of the WooCommerce core, so they are not retrieved.
- Shipping tracking numbers depend on the plugin installed in your store.
