E-CommerceOrders from your ikas store are displayed on the call screen.
To connect, you only need the client ID and secret from the dedicated app you enable in your ikas panel. Read permissions for orders, products, and customers must be granted.
What you can do
- Orders appear in the panel and are linked to the customer card.
- Order items, amounts, and tracking numbers
- Pulling product and stock information into the panel
- Matching with existing customer cards via phone number and email
Good to know
- Currently, only read access is used; no data is written back to the store.
- Changing order status and initiating returns are done from the store panel.
- Abandoned cart data is not retrieved from this platform.
