To connect, you only need your store's Shopify domain and the access token generated from your admin panel. Read permissions for orders, products, and customers are required.
What you can do
- Orders appear in the panel and are linked to the customer card.
- Order items, amount, and shipping tracking number
- Pulling product and stock information into the panel
- Matching with existing customer cards via phone and email
- Abandoned cart tracking and recovery link
Good to know
- Currently, only read access is performed; no data is written to the store.
- Changing order status and opening returns are done from the store panel.
