Ticimax
E-CommerceOrders from your Ticimax store appear on the call screen.
All you need for the connection is the web service authorization code generated in your Ticimax panel. The code is stored encrypted. If the web service module is not enabled in your store, Ticimax must enable it.
What you can do
- Orders flow into the panel and link to the customer card
- Order items, amount, and tracking number
- Pulling product and stock information into the panel
- Matching with existing customer cards via phone and email
Good to know
- Currently, only read access is performed; no data is written back to the store
- Changing order status and opening returns are done from the store panel
- Abandoned cart information is not retrieved from this platform
