Twilio integration is on our roadmap.
Planned scope: call initiation via Twilio numbers and inbound call notification. Currently, NetGSM, Verimor, and Bulutfon connections are available on the PBX side.

Good to know
- Muting in an active call is not available in the Twilio REST interface; conference setup is required.
- Queue report only works for accounts using TaskRouter.
- Consultative transfer is not offered; this request is implemented as a direct transfer.
- Numbers must be defined in international format (+90...)
