NetGSM New (Netsipp)
PBXClick-to-call, queues, call control, agent status synchronization, and a 9-module REST API (CRM/Tickets/Contacts/QuickReplies/Projects). WSS and NetSapiens are optional for the web phone.
NetGSM Yeni (Netsipp) is NetGSM's next-generation call center platform and offers a REST API that operates with a Bearer token.
It runs in PARALLEL with the legacy NetGSM Netsantral connection; both systems can be used simultaneously under the same tenant. Click-to-call, call transfer, termination, hold, and mute are applied via NetsippService.
The Public API includes call initiation, queue queries, agent break/presence, and the CRM/Tickets/Contacts/Projects modules. Because there are no Webhook/CDR endpoints, inbound calls are retrieved via the `netsipp:listen` command using polling every 30 minutes.
For the web phone, NetGSM's NetSapiens infrastructure is used; if the `netsapiens_domain/user/token` obtained from the Netsipp portal is entered, recordings are pulled automatically. If not entered, the customer's own CDN address can be used via `recording_url_template`.
For setup, create a Bearer token in the Netsipp portal → API Keys section, and enter the service number and trunk. For the softphone, the SIP domain (e.g., `sip7.netsipp.com`) and WSS are derived automatically.
What you can do
- Click-to-call and customer card on inbound calls
- Call transfer, termination, hold, and mute
- Queue queries and live statistics
- Agent status synchronization (break, presence, login)
- 9-module REST API: CRM, Tickets, Contacts, Accounts, Breaks, CallScripts, Projects, QuickReplies, Users
- TTS (Text-to-Speech) and conference calls (Netsipp-exclusive)
- Polling-based inbound listener (due to the absence of Webhook/CDR)
- Audio recording access via NetSapiens (optional)
Good to know
- Webhook/CDR endpoints are not available in the Netsipp Public API; inbound calls are retrieved via polling every 30 minutes (not real-time).
- When NetSapiens details are not entered, `recording_url_template` is used for the audio recording link; if you do not have your own CDN, recordings become inaccessible.
- NetSapiens endpoints outside the scope of the NetGSM Public API (e.g., detailed CDR reports) are inaccessible; only the Recordings API is used.
- The inbound listener runs every 30 minutes; for workflows requiring instant notifications, the legacy NetGSM integration should be preferred.
