Bulutfon
PBXClick-to-call, call history, voice recording, and call notifications
Works when Bulutfon connection, API key, and PBX number are entered.
Click-to-call in Bulutfon works in reverse: the system first calls the customer, and once the customer answers, the call is connected to the agent's extension. That is, the agent's phone rings after the customer line is picked up.
Incoming and outgoing calls appear on the panel via webhook, customer cards open, and missed calls are flagged. Voice recording link comes with the call recording.
What you can do
- Click-to-call (customer called first, then connected to extension)
- Incoming and outgoing call notification, customer card
- Call history and call details
- Voice recording playback and archiving
- Extension, PBX number, and group lists
Good to know
- No endpoint to intervene in an ongoing call: transfer, end, and mute are done via phone
- Live queue statistics are not provided
- Each webhook is connected to a single PBX number; separate webhooks are required for multiple numbers
