Verimor Bulutsantralim
PBXClick-to-call, transfer, end call, mute, and call recording. Incoming calls appear instantly on the panel
The Verimor Bulutsantralim connection starts working as soon as the API key is entered into the PBX settings.
The agent initiates calls from the panel, transfers or ends the call. Incoming and outgoing calls appear instantly from the PBX; the customer card opens on the screen, and missed calls are marked. Call recordings can be listened to from within the call record.
For setup, obtain the API key from the PBX Settings page in the Verimor Online Transaction Center and enter the notification address provided by Callmenta into the CRM Integration section on the same page.
