Adana call center software
Our agent team works on a platform we developed ourselves, with eight modules and CALLAII AI. You see the same dashboard.
Order and collection conversations stand out in agriculture, food, and regional distribution lines. Tone control on the collection line is not only a legal requirement but also determines collection success.
On collection and order lines, CALLAII extracts tone violations, promises made, and missed opportunities directly from the call itself; managers see risky calls before they are closed.
How we work from here
- Your existing PBX connects via ready PBX connection; your number and operator remain unchanged.
- Agents communicate via browser; calls, chats, and customer records stay in the same panel.
- CALLAII analyzes all calls, generates coaching, and alerts managers to risky calls.
- SLA, NPS, CSAT, and resolution time are monitored in real-time via a custom panel.
- Setup and training are conducted online; on-site meetings are welcome in Izmir.
- For organizations that don't want to build a team, an agent team add-on is also available.
Our headquarters are in Konak, Izmir. Since the software runs in the cloud, your organization's location doesn't matter.

What’s changing in Adana operations
The collection line carries two-way risk: a soft-spoken representative fails to collect, while a harsh-spoken representative triggers complaints. The line between the two is not a matter of personal talent but of measurement. CALLAII extracts prohibited phrases, pressure tones, and payment promises from the call transcript; risky calls are flagged to the manager before closure. On lines where regional accents are dominant, speech recognition accuracy is critical, and the engine has been trained with such real recordings.
The same setup is running for distribution operations along the Mersin, Hatay, and Gaziantep route.
FAQ for Adana
Are legal boundaries monitored in collection conversations?
Yes, they are monitored. Prohibited phrases, pressuring sentences, and whether mandatory disclosures were made are recorded in quality dimensions and checked on every call. Calls with violations are flagged to the manager with a separate risk alert.
Does the system track promised payments?
Yes. The payment promise and date given during the call are extracted from call analysis and converted into a follow-up task. Promises past their due date remain on the list, with the task card specifying who should call and what to discuss.
Do regional accents make speech recognition difficult?
They can, which is why the engine is not a generic service. It was trained on real calls with Turkish recordings, including regional accents and fast speech. If a transcription error is spotted, it can be manually corrected, and the correction is logged.
