v4.06October 2026
Module icons and approval cards are clearer in dark themes Enhancement
- Module icon containers are simpler in dark and steel themes. Icons no longer blend into the background.
- Cards in the approval list display their status with a thin, colored border. Cards appear calmer, while the status remains instantly recognizable.
v4.05October 2026
No false warning for "right of lien" in rental cases Bug fix
- The landlord's right of lien is no longer considered a criminal accusation. The review finds the sentence to be corrected more accurate.
Valid evidence is preserved in the hearing evidence list Bug fix
- A record not involved in the incident is not deleted along with the valid evidence on the same row. Only that record is removed from the list.
Only the initiating attorney can view the draft result Bug fix
- The result of a draft prepared in the background can only be retrieved by the user who initiated that draft, whether from the screen or the Word add-in.
Video evidence can be uploaded on every open legal screen Bug fix
- The video evidence upload and processing card works on the hearing preparation, contract, and notice screens, even in offices where the petition tool is not enabled.
Source confirmation is requested when downloading a hearing statement separately Bug fix
- When downloading a hearing statement separately, if an unverified source is encountered, a confirmation checkbox appears next to the statement. The statement can be downloaded with confirmation.
Hearing preparation opens with the correct file from the file card Bug fix
- When you arrive from the file card via "Prepare for hearing", the file you selected is loaded instead of the file from the previous attempt. Text remaining from the previous attempt is not carried over to this file.
Multi-line quotations are also audited Bug fix
- Article and decision quotations spanning multiple lines are also compared against the actual text. Mismatched quotations now receive a critical warning.
Case law search: file number matches directly only in the search box Bug fix
- In petition drafting, hearing preparation, and other document generation, the file number mentioned in the event text no longer surfaces irrelevant decisions as precedents. When you search by number in the search box, the court and year filters you selected are also applied.
Legal Notice, Hearing Preparation, and Document Desk Now Operate with the Legal Model Bug fix
- Legal Notice, Hearing Preparation, and Document Desk were generating text with a general AI model even though the legal server was ready. Now, all three tools use the CALLAII® legal model, just like Petition and Contract.
Waiting for server wake-up in legal notice and contract Bug fix
- The legal search server was rejecting requests from the legal notice and contract screen while waking up from sleep. Although the message stated that the request would be automatically retried, no retry was actually performed. Now your inputs are preserved, and the request is automatically resent once the server is ready.
The source of decisions is displayed on the Legal Intelligence page Enhancement
- On the product page, the court and board from which the decisions in the library originate are shown, each with a separate count.
- The last count date is also displayed.
KVKK Board and Dispute Court decisions added to the case law library New feature
- You can search for KVKK Board decisions, Board decision summaries, and Dispute Court decisions in the case law search.
- Summaries are separately indicated as "decision summary" in the citation.
- Dispute Court decisions will be fully uploaded to the library in the coming days.
Legal Intelligence: False positive in citation review resolved Bug fix
- Plain text following a short quoted phrase within a sentence could be misidentified as a legal citation and flagged as a "fabricated citation." This false positive no longer appears in petition, notice, and hearing preparation; genuine citations continue to be reviewed.
Hearing preparation: more reliable drafts Bug fix
- Every quoted phrase in the preparation note is now searched within your case narrative as well as legal provisions and court decisions retrieved from the library. If a match cannot be found, the quotation marks are removed and you are notified; this ensures that words the opposing party never actually said are not attributed to them.
- A bug that caused correct sentences in the case narrative to be deleted when cleaning up information not present in the case has been fixed. Objections that the opposing party could raise are no longer accidentally removed, and section headings are now correctly recognized even when written differently.
Hearing preparation: auto-fill from file and separate declaration download Enhancement
- When you select "Prepare for hearing" from a scheduled session on the file card, the hearing type, the party you represent, and the court are automatically filled in from the file; you can modify them if needed.
- The hearing declaration draft can now also be downloaded on its own. You can obtain only the declaration as DOCX or UDF to submit to the record or read aloud during the hearing.
- The tool's icon has also been refreshed: a microphone in the menu, and a courthouse on larger screens.
v4.04October 2026
Hearing preparation: information not present in the case is now filtered more strictly Enhancement
- Hearing preparation now runs on Legal Intelligence's own legal model. When information that does not appear in the case is detected, it is removed not only from its first occurrence but also from any other places where the same information is repeated in different wording. Duplicate objections are also prevented.
Petition: Opposing party's potential defenses are now resurfaced Bug fix
- When drafting a petition, defenses raised by the opposing party in similar cases are searched for and preemptively addressed in the petition. This search was not yielding results in lengthy factual narratives. Now, the search is performed first by case type and short subject phrases; the petition now takes these defenses into account again.
Legal Intelligence: Past warning letters now open in their own screen Bug fix
- Warning letters opened from the history list were previously displayed on the lawsuit petition screen and appeared as "Production" in the list. They now open on the warning letter screen and are listed by their name.
Legal Intelligence: Court Hearing Preparation New feature
- A new tool has been added to Legal Intelligence. When you provide the case facts and any available documents, CALLAII® generates a four-section hearing preparation note: questions the judge may ask with ready answers, the opposing party's likely objections and your responses, a draft statement you can read in court, and an evidence list.
- Objections are built solely from the opposing party's statement, defenses raised in similar cases, and rulings and provisions in the library. The basis for each objection is shown; if none can be found, this is explicitly stated. Dates, amounts, and documents not present in the case facts cannot appear in the draft. Citations that cannot be verified in the library are removed from the text.
- It can also be opened with a single click from the scheduled hearing row on the case card. The preparation note can be downloaded as PDF, DOCX, or UDF and saved to the office file.
