CALLAII versions and improvements

v4.03October 2026

CALLAII® steps in evidence and consultation screens in law Enhancement

  • The steps CALLAII® takes while working are visible in the video evidence review, evidence document review, and petition screen assistant consultation section. Only truly completed stages are shown.

CALLAII® steps are visible in route evaluation Enhancement

  • While the CALLAII® evaluation of the route plan is being prepared, the actual steps performed are displayed on the screen: plan summary, recommendations for overflow tasks, evaluation, and comparison of figures with plan data.

Daily team vehicle for field operations New feature

  • Field personnel can gather in the team vehicle they will depart together in that day. The route plan counts the team as a single vehicle: competence is the sum of members, working time belongs to the earliest-finishing member, and the task is assigned to the team leader. When opening a field task at the fault desk, the minimum number of people required can be selected. Vehicles without enough people are not assigned tasks; the plan displays this as a separate reason. Team members can see the leader's tasks for that day and add location and evidence. Previous day's teams can be copied with a single button.

CALLAII® recommendation for jobs that do not fit the plan New feature

  • Jobs that do not fit the route plan no longer remain idle. CALLAII® recommends the nearest competent personnel with availability on that day, assignable with a single click. If no suitable person is available, it recommends the first available day. Gas leaks are never postponed; they are routed to the nearest competent personnel.

Route plan near end of shift Bug fix

  • When planning a route near the end of the day, tasks that cannot fit into the remaining time no longer disrupt the entire plan. That task is shown separately as "shift duration insufficient," while other tasks are planned with route and traffic information.

Assistant button on the phone has been shrunk Bug fix

  • The assistant button in the bottom-right corner of the phone has been converted into a circular icon, and padding has been added at the bottom of the page. Map buttons and the last rows no longer remain under the button.

CALLAII® assistant tailored to your industry Enhancement

  • The representative and field team's CALLAII® assistant speaks according to the company's industry, and the ready-made questions change accordingly. In energy distribution, topics such as gas smell, outages, and billing disputes stand out; in healthcare, appointments; in law, client meetings.

Weather Alert on the Fault Desk New feature

  • The fault desk displays alerts for storms, strong winds, heavy rain, or snow expected in your regions today and tomorrow. Risky regions are moved to the top of the list, and team preparation is done in advance.

Address Autocomplete and Location Enhancement

  • Suggestions appear when entering an address on the customer card, field task, branch, facility, and insurance screens. The location of the selected address is also processed automatically and can be used immediately on the map and in route planning.

Company events you add now also appear in your personal calendar Bug fix

  • When you added a company event while in Personal view on the My Calendar screen, the event was saved but did not appear on the screen, making it look as if it had not been added. Now, company events you add yourself are also displayed in Personal view. Company events added by others continue to appear in Company view.

Fixed background warning on field tablet Bug fix

  • A background authorization error was occurring on every page while the field team worked from the tablet. The missing note warning now works seamlessly on the field team as well.

All Connections Are Closed When an Account Is Deleted Enhancement

  • When a company account is deleted, everything connected to it is shut down simultaneously. The live support widget on the website, automatic call analysis, PBX and internal lines, ad integrations, scheduled reports and reminder emails, automation and alert rules, and external integrations all stop. Users are also deactivated along with the account.
  • If the account is restored within 30 days, these settings do not automatically re-enable. They must be reviewed and manually re-enabled as needed.

Task location is updated from the tablet New feature

  • Field personnel can set their current location as the task location with a single tap on the task screen, and optionally write it to the customer record as well. If location accuracy is insufficient, the record is not saved. The action is logged in the task history, and the route and map use the new location.

Field Efficiency and Expense Tracking New feature

  • A monthly efficiency dashboard has been added for the field team. Completed tasks, on-time completion, repeat visits, planned and actual routes, and expenses are displayed on a single screen with a comparison to the previous month. A breakdown by personnel is available.
  • Field personnel can enter fuel, materials, parking, and accommodation expenses from the task screen on their tablet, and administrators can add them from the admin panel. If per-km vehicle cost and hourly labor cost are defined, estimated costs are calculated. Actual routes are measured as the straight-line distance between tablet check-in points. CALLAII® displays this summary with a monthly comparison.

Footnote numbers no longer mix into article text in the legislation library Bug fix

  • When an official source republished a regulation, some footnote numbers were being inserted into the article text as plain text. For example, a paragraph number would appear twice at the beginning of an article. These numbers are now stripped out, and the affected regulation has been re-uploaded. The library is now fully aligned with the official source. The alert sent to administrators when a text discrepancy is found now also arrives with its own heading. Previously, it displayed "feed stopped" even while the feed was running.

Smart daily planning and instant team dispatch for field teams New feature

  • Field tasks are now planned in the most efficient order based on traffic and road conditions. Managers can plan the team's day with a single click, view the estimated arrival time for each stop, and once the plan is approved, tasks are assigned to individuals. Field personnel can also plan their own day from a tablet or phone.
  • When an incident is opened at the dispatch desk, teams are dispatched with a single click. Gas leaks are always prioritized first and routed only to teams with gas competency. If the legal intervention deadline is about to be exceeded, the plan issues a warning. Team competencies for electricity and gas, as well as dispatch points, are defined in team settings.
  • CALLAII® can prepare and summarize the daily plan and team dispatch for you. Assignments are always made with your approval.

Maps refreshed: satellite view, tablet usage, street view, and turn-by-turn directions Enhancement

  • All maps in the panel have been migrated to a single unified structure. You can switch between road, satellite, and hybrid views. Large buttons, two-finger pinch-to-zoom, a My Location button, and full-screen mode have been added for Android tablets and iPad. On the field task card, the task location is displayed with street view and image date. The directions button opens the map application on the phone or tablet. When a location is obtained, an address is suggested; while typing an address, suggestions appear. If the map provider is unreachable, the map automatically falls back to an open map, so the screen never stays blank. Maps on health screens remain on the open map.

Agent and team leader dashboards now load with fewer queries Enhancement

  • Daily call counts, outcome code distribution, and the weekly call chart on the agent dashboard are now calculated using batch queries instead of individual counts. The team leader's team scope and branch or team responsibilities are read once per page load. The numbers remain unchanged, but the page loads with fewer database round trips; under heavy usage, the entire dashboard benefits from this improvement.

Complaint Suggestion from Call, Critical Moments, and Recurring Complaint New feature

  • If a complaint flag is present in an analyzed call, CALLAII® generates a complaint suggestion. The team can open a complaint record with a single click; the record remains linked to the call and its source is displayed as Call. Even without a suggestion, a complaint can be opened manually from the call. Critical moments are listed in the call details. Legal pathway expressions such as arbitration panel, court, or lawyer are additionally flagged; if a timestamped transcript is available, clicking plays the recording from that second. If the same subscriber calls again about the same issue within the last 30 days, a recurring complaint warning is displayed in the call.

Dashboard pages load twice as fast under heavy usage Enhancement

  • When many users accessed the panel simultaneously, pages were slow. Site texts and schema information that were repeatedly read on every page load are now read only once per request. In a benchmark with 100 users opening the dashboard at the same time, response time was cut in half.

Natural gas distribution legislation added to the legal library Enhancement

  • The Natural Gas Market Law, the Natural Gas Market Distribution and Customer Services Regulation, and the Natural Gas Market Licensing Regulation are now available in the library. A total of 192 articles were individually cross-checked against the official texts. Natural gas distribution companies can directly access the relevant articles for fault, disconnection/reconnection, subscription, and complaint matters.

CALLAII Signature in the Chat Window Enhancement

  • The chat window you added to your site now displays "Powered by CALLAII®" at the bottom. The text is shown in the visitor's language and has been made more prominent for easier readability. The assistant continues to speak under your company name throughout the conversation.

The live support assistant only describes your products Bug fix

  • The AI assistant on your website now only describes your products and services based on what is written in your knowledge base and website. It does not count or guess about products or services that are not listed in these sources. If no information is available, it asks the visitor what they are looking for or suggests transferring them to your team.
  • If you have added your website to your company card, the assistant reads your homepage and answers visitors with the information found there, even if your knowledge base is not yet ready.

Live support assistant corrects its own sentences Enhancement

  • When the assistant makes a mistake in a response — for example, assuming the visitor is already a customer and saying "you can check from your panel," or describing an uncompleted task as if it were done — the response is no longer cut off and a pre-written sentence appended at the end. Instead, the assistant re-answers the same question with the corrected version. The conversation flows naturally from start to finish.
  • Conditional statements are also preserved now. A sentence like "If you are using the product, you can access reports from the panel" is no longer removed from the response.

The live support assistant speaks in every language on your behalf Bug fix

  • The AI assistant on your site now introduces itself solely by your company name, regardless of the language visitors write in. Previously, it could respond to questions in certain foreign languages using a different brand name.
  • The assistant also never shares its internal operating rules. When such a request comes in, it naturally continues the conversation instead of using a canned response and steers the chat toward your products and services.
  • It also does not suggest page links that are not present in the knowledge base.

Security hardening for audio and visual files Enhancement

  • Additional security checks are now performed when processing uploaded audio, video, and image files. Files that appear to be recordings or images but contain different content are now rejected before processing. There are no changes to the operation of recordings, meeting transcripts, or email signatures.

Call Analysis: More Accurate Request Type and Outcome Detection Enhancement

  • CALLAII® call analysis now more clearly distinguishes why a customer called and how the conversation ended. Informational calls are separated from support requests, and complaints are separated from support interactions. A conversation that ends with "Call us if you need anything" is no longer counted as a follow-up task; a follow-up is only recognized when it is explicitly stated who will call back and when. In scoring, behaviors the agent did not perform are logged as gaps, while suggestions of the "this could also have been added" type are moved to coaching notes.

Bulk logins from the same office no longer hit the limit Bug fix

  • When an entire team logged in from the same internet exit at the same time, the login and password setup pages could hit the visitor limit. These pages have been excluded from the limit. The threshold for failed login attempts from the same exit has also been expanded to accommodate office usage. Account-based protection against brute-force attempts remains unchanged.

Turkish suffixes remaining in Azerbaijani texts have been cleaned Bug fix

  • Azerbaijani interface and site texts were scanned for remaining Turkish suffixes and words. 202 texts across 44 files were retranslated with CALLAII. Suffixes that the model still left in Turkish (such as pakete, sisteme, panelde, alacak, anlık) and 39 words remaining in headings were corrected with Azerbaijani spellings, totaling 127 repaired texts. Two texts that remained entirely in Turkish were retranslated. Automatic review was expanded to prevent the same error from recurring.

Legal research now evaluates long statutory provisions without truncation Bug fix

  • In the Focused mode of Deep Research, statutory provisions were previously truncated from the beginning when they were long. Later paragraphs of a provision, such as burden of proof or time-limit rules, never reached the answer, and some queries could return a "no regulation found in sources" result.
  • Now every provision is evaluated together with the paragraphs that most closely match your question. When the same provision appears in multiple sub-questions, it is shown only once. If part of the text is skipped, the answer states this explicitly and does not return a definitive "no" for the skipped portion.
  • Additionally, the number of provisions retrieved per sub-question in Focused mode has been increased. The legal library now includes regulations on telephone sales and subscriptions: the Unfair Terms Regulation, the Subscription Contracts Regulation, the After-Sales Services Regulation, the Distance Contracts Regulation for Financial Services, and the Commercial Electronic Communication Management System Integrators Communiqué.

Agents and company managers can now start meetings without waiting for approval Enhancement

  • Your agents and field team can now start meetings without sending them for approval. When a meeting is agreed upon with a customer during a call, the link is generated instantly and can be shared with the customer right away. Meetings can also be started from the scheduling calendar.
  • In companies where we handle the setup, the company manager can also start meetings directly, initiate quick meetings, and view past meetings.
  • Meeting requests that require approval are first sent to the team leader. If there is no team leader, they go to the company manager. The company manager can approve the request.
  • Users marked as observers cannot start meetings or approve requests. Even if selected as approvers, requests are routed to the next person who can make a decision, not to them.
  • Everyone can edit and cancel meetings they started themselves.

Academy and meeting screens now align with brand language Enhancement

  • Callmenta Academy now opens with its own theme. Typography, buttons, cards, and icons speak the same language as the panel. The landing page has been refreshed and localized into Turkish. The meeting screen's welcome and attendance pages have moved to a clean dark background and the brand font.

Full authority for company administrators in the companies we manage Enhancement

  • In companies whose setup and operation we handle, the company administrator now has the same authority as the company owner.
  • You can add new administrators until your user limit is reached. You can assign permissions to people and roles on your team. You cannot grant a permission that you do not have yourself.
  • You can mark a user as an observer or remove the mark. An observer can see the screens associated with their role but cannot modify any records.
  • Permissions such as payroll, sensitive data, and bulk export are enabled by default for the company administrator.
  • You can use the workforce, field tasks, call recordings, evaluations, knowledge base, analysis criteria, and risk analysis screens to the extent of your company's active modules. You can upload call lists, edit your company's email templates, and cancel your subscription.
  • Group administrators can update group permissions and the contact information of group companies themselves.
  • You can edit the events that Callmenta adds to your company calendar; deletion can only be performed by us. You can delete events you added for your own team.
  • All permissions are valid only within your own company.

Whiteboard now stays on screen during meetings Bug fix

  • People who join a meeting late can now immediately see the open whiteboard. The board stays on screen even when the speaker changes. The meeting host can pin the board for everyone with a single click and unpin it at any time.

Training portal updated Enhancement

  • The Callmenta Academy infrastructure has been upgraded to the latest stable release. Certificates, badges, live classes, and the CALLAII learning assistant continue to function as before. The update was completed with an approximately 30-second maintenance window.

Email address change requires confirmation Enhancement

  • When you change your email address from your profile, a confirmation link is sent to the new address. Your old address remains active until you open the link. This ensures that a mistyped or unauthorized address cannot be linked to your account.

Waiting room is now enabled by default in new meetings Enhancement

  • The waiting room is now enabled by default in every new meeting. Participants will wait until the organizer admits them. You can disable it when starting a meeting if you prefer. The setting for your previously started meetings has not changed.

Company-specific packages on payment screens Enhancement

  • Payment notifications, subscription, and package request screens now list only the packages relevant to your company. Legal packages are shown only to law firms.

Package requests and Callmenta messages to administrators New feature

  • The company administrator leaves a request for a new package or user count from the Packages and Subscriptions page in the company managed by Callmenta. Callmenta determines and approves the price, and the decision is notified to the administrators.
  • Messages, notifications, and alerts from Callmenta now also reach the company's administrators. When the trial period ends, the company administrator remains active.

Payment notification via bank transfer and receipt upload New feature

  • Customers who pay via bank transfer or EFT can upload their receipts from the subscription and payment screen. If the receipt is readable, the account is temporarily activated while awaiting approval, and the package is fully activated once our team approves it.

Send customer emails with your own text New feature

  • Even without your own email account, you can send emails to your customers using your own wording. From the Email Templates screen under Company Settings, you can write the subject and body of quote, meeting, appointment, request, and survey emails, preview them, and send a test to yourself. If you don't write a template, emails will continue to be sent with the current text.

Company module screen refreshed Enhancement

  • The company's package and module screen has been redesigned from scratch. Each module opens and closes within its own card, and the card indicates whether the module comes from a package or an add-on, and which rule it is tied to. Search and filters are available; changes are collected in the bottom bar and saved in one go. Linked modules open and close together. In a company without an attorney record, the legal section remains locked, and attorney information can be entered from the same screen.

Legal module is now available only to lawyers Enhancement

  • The Legal module is now only available to companies that have entered responsible lawyer information. If lawyer information is missing, the lawyer application form opens instead of the legal screens, and the module becomes usable once the form is completed. Petition and case law search continues to work as before once the bar association registration is verified.

Appointment scheduling and meetings in Suite and Enterprise packages Enhancement

  • Appointment scheduling is now available as its own section in the Suite and Enterprise packages, and meetings are also included in these two packages. Nothing has been disabled for companies that are already using it today. The CALLAII Meeting Assistant is enabled in the Enterprise package with our team's approval and is added as an add-on to the other packages. Edge on-premises deployment is offered only with its own add-on.

Emails sent to your customers now go out under your company name even without a connected account Enhancement

  • Proposals, meeting invitations, appointment notifications, surveys, and individually written emails sent to your customers now go out under your company name even if you haven't connected an email account. When a customer replies, the response appears in your inbox panel as a request. Email campaigns are sent only from your connected account and use that account's sender address; if no account is connected, you'll see a warning on screen. Proposals and invitations that fail to send no longer appear as sent.

Roles and Permissions Screen New feature

  • The Roles and Permissions screen in the Organization menu provides a single-page view of what each role in your company can see, what they can modify, which users they can access, and what CALLAII can communicate to them. The table is built from the rules in the system and updates automatically whenever a rule changes.

New calling customers are automatically added to the CRM Enhancement

  • If the number of a completed call is not registered in the CRM, a customer card is automatically created and the call is linked to it.

Customer information changes require approval New feature

  • Changes made by the agent to the customer's name, contact, and address information are not written directly to the record; they go to approval. The team leader approves requests from their own team, while the company manager approves requests from everyone, either from the approval card in the chat or from the requests screen.
  • Operational information such as stage and next step is saved directly as before. Completing a newly opened record during a call does not wait for approval.

Phone and email are masked; unmasking requires a reason New feature

  • Agents see phone numbers and email addresses masked on the customer card. When they need to reveal the information, they select a reason; who unmasked which customer, when, and why is logged and reported to the company administrator.
  • Records are listed on the Security screen. If a person unmaskes a large number of records in a short period, an additional alert is sent to the administrator.

Agents see the customer card only when they have a task Enhancement

  • Agents no longer see the company's customer list. The customer card opens only when the agent has a task involving that customer: during an incoming or outgoing call and for a short period after the call ends, in an outbound call list assigned to them, in a scheduled appointment or meeting with the customer, and in a task assigned to them.
  • Team leaders see the customers their teams have interacted with. Company managers continue to see all customers. Secretaries in law firms are exempt from this rule.

Turn optional modules in your plan on and off yourself New feature

  • Quote management and field team are now optional in your plan. They start disabled for newly created companies, and nothing changes for those already using them. Admins can toggle these modules on or off at any time from the Modules screen under Company Settings. Disabling a module does not delete its records; they remain intact and are restored as-is when the module is re-enabled.

Package changes at contracted companies are handled by the account manager Enhancement

  • For companies whose setup is managed by the Callmenta team, the package is defined by contract. The subscription page does not display package sales for these companies; it shows contract information instead.
  • To change the package or the number of users, simply contact your account manager.

Images in the email signature now display correctly in all email clients Bug fix

  • Email clients like Thunderbird request all images in the signature simultaneously, which caused some photos, logos, and icons to appear broken. The same issue could also occur on the recipient's side when opening a signed email. Signature images now load completely. The issue where the downloaded signature file displayed "[email protected]" instead of the actual email address has also been resolved.

Observer Account New feature

  • A user can now be defined as an Observer. An Observer can view all screens and reports associated with their role and can ask questions to CALLAII, but cannot modify any records.
  • The Observer account is defined by the Callmenta team. An informational banner appears at the top of the screen reminding you that you are viewing as an Observer.

Company administrators can also configure PBX and CALLAII criteria Enhancement

  • In companies where the Callmenta team manages the setup, PBX connections and CALLAII analysis criteria are now also available to company administrators. Your administrator can connect their own PBX and select and edit analysis criteria.
  • User permissions are still granted by the Callmenta team.

Ready-made analysis templates for CALLAII New feature

  • The CALLAII criteria screen offers four ready-made templates: Sales operations, Technical support, Customer service, and Sales & customer service.
  • When a template is selected, focus areas, custom criterion titles, and the CALLAII description are set up in a single step. You can also add the suggested call criteria. If your company already has the same criterion, it remains untouched.
  • After applying a template, you can modify everything to fit your business. Your previous settings are preserved in the record.

Comparison of CALLAII ASR model card with open models Enhancement

  • A new section has been added to the CALLAII ASR version card. CALLAII ASR was evaluated on the same 1,000 Turkish audio clips and using the same methodology as widely used open speech recognition models. Across four benchmarks—read speech, telephone lines, volunteer recordings, and call scenarios—CALLAII ASR achieved the lowest word error rate. The results are presented in charts and tables on the card, and the measurement methodology is clearly documented on the card as well.

Your invoices are now on the payment screen New feature

  • Callmenta invoices are now listed on the "Payment status" screen and can be downloaded as PDF. When an invoice is issued, it is also sent to you via email. From the same screen, you can update your invoice name, tax number, tax office, address, and the email address where invoices will be sent.

Organization consent for Microsoft 365 connection Enhancement

  • Some organizations disable the ability for employees to grant consent to external applications on their own. In such organizations, the person attempting to connect a Microsoft 365 account is now clearly informed of this situation, and an organization consent link appears on the Connections page. Once the organization's Microsoft administrator grants consent through this link, everyone can connect their own account. The connection now only requests calendar permission; Teams meetings continue to be opened via calendar events.

Company groups are billed under a single Enterprise package Enhancement

  • A company group now operates under a single Enterprise package. The Callmenta payment is set as a single amount for the entire group and is collected from the designated paying company; there is no separate invoice per company or branch. The group administrator can view the package, monthly fee, paying company, and user counts for each company on the group dashboard. The payment screen of other companies in the group displays the group contract information, and no additional subscription is initiated.

Call list results in one place: end-of-call form Enhancement

  • The result of a person called from the call list is now entered only in the form that opens when the call ends, and is simultaneously recorded in the list entry. The agent does not enter the result twice. Follow-up task, next call date, and list rules are applied once from the form to the list, notes, appointments, customer stage, and connected systems. The list's date and subject rules are also enforced in the form; any missing information filled in the list is saved along with the form. The result code report counts these calls only once. If the call was never connected, the result can be entered from the list screen.

CRM Audit: Result Codes, Call Lists, and Meta Applications Bug fix

  • When a customer requests a callback, the call list item does not close upon reaching the attempt limit; the pending callback task is completed on the next call, and tasks do not accumulate. Entering a result for the same call again does not open a second follow-up task. In the result code editor, fields such as Meta signal and follow-up duration can be cleared. Call intervals in list rules do not conflict with company defaults; a result-code-specific attempt count is applied. In Meta applications, if the city team is inactive, the sequential list is used, and an owner is assigned to registered customers without one. Wrong numbers are not counted as "reached." Daily automatic transfer does not miss applications approved later or applications exceeding one thousand. The result code report also shows representatives working across multiple companies; they are also counted in the Meta funnel by sales result code.

CRM audit: integration with other CRMs Bug fix

  • A security vulnerability in the Salesforce integration has been fixed. Appointment updates sent to other CRMs now carry the latest information at the time of sending; a retried stale update no longer overwrites a newer one. Concurrent sends for the same record now open a single record. A record deleted in an external system is recreated on the next event. Results entered in the call list are also sent to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Bitrix24. Incoming webhooks now support timestamped signatures, and stale requests are rejected; inbound-only connections also operate with signatures. Zoho Canada data center is now supported.

CRM Audit: Meeting Tools Bug fix

  • When a meeting time is changed from the scheduling screen or the calendar, the corresponding event in Zoom, Teams, and Google is also moved; when a meeting linked to an appointment is moved or canceled, the appointment is updated accordingly. A pending meeting request does not send a Teams or Google invitation to the customer before approval; the meeting is created upon approval, and the meeting for a rejected request is deleted. When a meeting link is refreshed, the old event is removed. If a meeting cannot be created in the selected tool, the user is notified. If the Microsoft connection permission is revoked, a "Reconnect" button appears in the profile. If a Zoom meeting cannot be created on behalf of the person's Zoom user, it falls back to the account owner; move and delete permissions were added to the setup page, and the Callmenta team cannot register to the wrong company when setting up on behalf of another company. Calendar invitations are sent with a sequence number, and changes and cancellations are updated in the recipient's calendar.

CRM Audit: Appointment and Privacy Fixes Bug fix

  • A second appointment cannot be created from the same interaction: if the end-of-call form or the call list enters a new appointment code for the same customer after an appointment is created from the desk, the original appointment is preserved. Hours coming from the scheduling system no longer shift, and appointments created in Callmenta can now be updated from external systems; cancelled appointments can be reopened from external systems. When an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, an email is sent to the customer, and the attached calendar file updates the customer's calendar. At the end of an interaction, in the call list, and at the desk, appointments cannot be scheduled for times when the person is unavailable or for past dates; if the pre-selected meeting tool is not available to the person who will conduct the appointment, their default is used. Supervisors with the "own customers only" restriction can only see their own appointments, and phone numbers are masked in the appointment list. Role permissions are enforced in desk and workspace customer calls: agents with hidden numbers cannot see the full number and cannot dial by number. At the end of an interaction, the customer's stage is recorded under the correct company, even if the call belongs to another company. The Meta outcome notification has been fixed; applications are now actually reported to Meta.

Branch, group, and PBX security audit Bug fix

  • Vulnerabilities identified in the independent audit have been resolved: group accounts of permanently deleted trial companies could remain unowned (permanent group_account flag), Google and desktop login to group accounts has been disabled, session data tied to the company is cleared upon account switch, the PBX event is no longer accepted as an internal storage path registration address, the call-end event from the agent browser only fills empty fields of an existing record, the admin CALLAII criteria screen is now bound to the support permission rule, a branch tag is written to calls taken over via ACW, and criteria specific to a deleted branch or team no longer propagate to the entire company.

Fixes for company group administrator Enhancement

  • The group administrator is now opened as a full-privilege company administrator in the companies within the group, can also see modules added to the company later, and their personal permissions are carried over to the group account. Changes made by the group administrator in a company are visible in that company's security screen. When the group administrator changes their password, their sessions in other companies are also terminated.

Calls are now correctly attributed to the right agent in branch PBXs Bug fix

  • If an agent's internal number in a branch's own PBX matched the one in the main PBX, calls could be logged to the wrong person. Now, each agent's code or internal number is defined separately per PBX, and the same code cannot be assigned to two people. Two calls from the same customer made in quick succession are no longer merged into a single record, and a repeated unanswered call is no longer marked as completed.

Branch manager can view all calls of their branch Enhancement

  • Branch or team supervisor can now view all calls assigned to that branch or team. This includes calls that remain in the queue without reaching an agent. Even if an agent transfers to another branch, their past conversations remain with the previous branch's supervisor. A branch and team filter has been added to the call list.

Meta Ads page redesigned Enhancement

  • The Meta Ads page has been split into tabs: Overview, Applications, Connections, Transfer and distribution, and Notification to Meta. Settings are now displayed at full page width instead of in a narrow sidebar. The Setup status card at the top shows what is ready and what is missing, and takes you to the relevant section with a single click. Pending suspicious applications awaiting your decision are displayed with a count in the tab. In distribution, only the fields for the selected method are shown; city rules can be added and removed as needed, and sequential distribution is saved without personalization, while city-based distribution is saved without rules. After saving, the page opens in the same tab. The bridge URL can be copied with a single click, and in the Notification to Meta section, the number of sends for each stage is visible.

Callback and appointment/meeting scheduling from call notes, Zoom without plugin New feature

  • Two buttons have been added to the call notes panel on the work desk. The "Schedule callback" button lets you select a date and subject during the call and adds the callback to your tasks. The appointment button lets you select the meeting format, meeting tool (Callmenta Meet, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams), the person to meet, and the location; the appointment opens immediately, and if online is selected, the meeting link appears in the same window and can be copied. If the caller does not have a customer card, it is opened from the number. Zoom links can now be created even in companies without the Meeting Assistant plugin; in this case, Zoom is used only to open the meeting, while recording transfer still works via the plugin.

Setup Status Screen and Refreshed Company Settings New feature

  • You can now see at a glance what is ready and what is missing in your company's setup. The Setup Status screen checks company information, users, the switchboard, branches, teams, analytics settings, and security against your actual data. It highlights gaps such as unassigned agents or branches without an owner, suggests the next step, and links each row to the relevant screen. The branch, team, switchboard, criteria, alarm, and permission screens have also been refreshed. Each screen now features a brief description, key metrics, and a three-step setup guide at the top. The final step of the setup wizard also lists any remaining tasks.

Team accounts are suspended when the trial period ends Enhancement

  • Once the trial period expires, only the company administrator's login remains active. The rest of the team's accounts are suspended.
  • These accounts are automatically reactivated as soon as a package is purchased or the trial is extended. Accounts that were manually disabled during the trial remain disabled.
  • If no package is selected within 30 days of the trial ending, the company account is permanently deleted along with all its data. The trial expiration screen clearly displays this date and outcome.

Company-wide default meeting tool and Zoom meeting owner Enhancement

  • Company administrators and managers can select Callmenta Meet, Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams from the "Default meeting tool" button on the Meetings page. The selected tool is pre-selected in new meetings, quick meetings, meetings opened from the calendar, and appointments. If the person opening the meeting has not connected that tool, Callmenta Meet opens instead. Zoom meetings are now opened under the opener's own user account in their company Zoom account, so the representative becomes the owner of their own meeting. Administrators can also configure the Zoom connection alongside the company administrator, and the Callmenta team can set it up on behalf of the customer. The Zoom permission required to open a meeting has been added to the connection page. When the connection is refreshed, the tool of an existing meeting is preserved.

Customer stage based on meeting tool and outcome code during scheduling Bug fix

  • When scheduling an appointment at the end of a call or from the call list, selecting online meeting also allows choosing the meeting tool: Callmenta Meet, Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. The company can set the default tool from Appointment settings; if the person making the appointment has not connected that tool, Callmenta Meet opens. The customer stage selected in outcome codes is now actually applied: when the agent selects that code, the customer automatically moves to that stage. If the agent manually selects a stage at the end of the call, their selection takes precedence. If the outcome code includes a stage, it overrides the stage in appointment settings. Won or lost customers are not automatically reverted to an open stage.

Demo call upload can be enabled on customer accounts New feature

  • Demo call upload can be enabled for customers who want to see call analysis with their own recordings. An audio file is uploaded, CALLAII scores it using the company's own criteria, and generates a coaching comment. Demo recordings do not mix with real reports, and each company only sees its own recordings. The feature is enabled separately from company settings and on a per-user basis, with a limit of 10 uploads per company per day.

Alarm and call rules are now managed by the company administrator Enhancement

  • Since alarm rules, call criteria, and scoring rules affect the entire company, only the company administrator can now add or modify them. Supervisors can still view the rules. On the alarm screen, supervisors can only see and dismiss alarms related to their own team's calls and requests. Supervisors can still manage status codes as before.

Online and phone appointments New feature

  • When creating an appointment, the meeting mode is selected: in-person, online, or phone. When online is selected, a Callmenta Meet, Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link is automatically generated; the link appears with a Join button on the customer card, calendar, and appointment list, and is included in confirmation and reminder emails sent to the customer as well as in the calendar file. When an appointment is rescheduled, the meeting is moved accordingly; when it is canceled, the meeting is canceled as well. The meeting mode and link are also synced to connected CRM and scheduling systems.

Setup and Transparency in Companies Managed by Callmenta Enhancement

  • In companies that leave setup to the Callmenta team, PBX connections and CALLAII analysis criteria are now managed by the Callmenta team. Company administrators can view these settings and submit a request to Callmenta Support for changes. Branch, team, and agent placement remain with the company administrator in both setups.
  • In companies that handle their own setup, nothing has changed. The company administrator continues to manage all settings independently.
  • A new section has been added to the Security screen. Configuration changes made by the Callmenta team in your company over the last 90 days are listed here with date, person, and action.
  • The company group administrator can now also be selected from administrators with the company administrator role. The group administrator works with their own role in other group companies as well.

Call transcriptions are automatically deleted after two years Enhancement

  • Call transcriptions are now automatically deleted once the two-year retention period expires. The call recording, analysis result, and score remain in place; only the written text of the conversation is removed. Every deletion is logged, and these logs are retained for three years.

Additional attack protection for forms and live support Enhancement

  • Public forms such as demo requests, registration, and password reset, as well as the live support window, are now protected at the network layer against sources sending excessive requests. Normal usage is unaffected. If a large number of forms are submitted from the same source in a short period, requests are temporarily rejected. The daily limit for translations and calls made while boxes are closed has also been increased.

Appointment and Company-Specific Appointment Name from Customer Card New feature

  • Upcoming and past appointments are visible on the CRM customer card, and appointments can be scheduled with a single click from the card; arrival, no-show, cancellation, and rescheduling are marked directly from the card. Appointments also appear in the customer's timeline. The company can rename the appointment module to suit its business (e.g., Analysis Appointment) and define appointment types; this name is used in the menu, calendar, end-of-call form, reminders, and records sent to connected CRM and scheduling systems. Optionally, the customer's CRM stage is automatically updated when an appointment is opened and when the customer arrives.

Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Bitrix24 Integration New feature

  • Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Bitrix24 can be connected. Call outcomes, scheduled callbacks, appointments, and new ad applications are automatically written to all CRM integrations, including HubSpot and Salesforce. You can select which events are sent for each integration, and deliveries are visible in the integration log.

Planning Calendar and Reminders New feature

  • A new Planning section has been added to the menu. Appointments, meetings, callbacks, and field work are displayed together on the calendar. You can open a meeting or appointment with a single click from the calendar, drag an appointment to reschedule it, and mark it as attended or missed. Reminders are sent to the relevant people one day and one hour before a meeting or appointment. Appointment confirmation is sent to the customer via email along with the calendar file; if the company wishes, an SMS reminder can also be enabled one day in advance.

Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings from the calendar New feature

  • When scheduling a meeting, Zoom and Microsoft Teams can be selected in addition to Callmenta Meet and Google Meet. A Zoom meeting is created in the company's Zoom account; a Teams meeting is written to the user's Outlook calendar using their Microsoft 365 account. When the time changes or the meeting is cancelled, the record in these systems is also updated.

Appointment Scheduling New feature

  • When the agent selects the appointment code at the end of the call, the appointment time, location, and contact person are requested; the appointment is created automatically. Appointments are listed on the new Appointments screen, and arrival, no-show, cancellation, and rescheduling are marked. External scheduling systems can create and update appointments. The appointment and arrival rate are displayed in the outcome code report.

CALLAII detects whether a presentation was made during the call Enhancement

  • In call analysis, CALLAII flags whether the agent presented the product, offer, or price to the customer. The presentation step in the advertising application funnel is now also fed from the call itself, independently of the selected outcome code.

Ad application outcomes are reported to Meta New feature

  • The outcome of an application from the Meta ad form (reached, qualified, appointment booked, sale, fake) is automatically reported to Meta. Meta learns to show your ad to people who resemble actual customers, and fake applications decrease. Only the application number and stage are sent; phone numbers and emails are not transmitted. The data set number and key are opened from the Meta ad screen.

Billing Summary in Company Groups Enhancement

  • The group dashboard now includes a billing section. Each group company's package, user count, and monthly fee are displayed side by side, with the group's monthly total shown below. Amounts are sourced from the agreed fee in the company record or from an active subscription. For companies without a record, the amount field remains empty; no estimate is displayed.
  • Whether your group receives invoices per company or through a single company is determined by the Callmenta team in consultation with you.

Separate PBX connections and Tegsoft support for branches New feature

  • You can connect additional PBX systems alongside your main PBX. From the PBX connections screen in the Organization menu, a separate connection is opened for each branch.
  • Companies using Tegsoft can now connect to Callmenta. When you open the connection, two addresses are provided: one for outgoing calls and one for incoming calls. Simply paste these addresses into the corresponding fields in the Tegsoft panel. Once a call ends, the duration, outcome, and audio recording are sent to Callmenta, and CALLAII analysis begins. For incoming calls, to identify the agent, you enter each agent's Tegsoft user code on the screen once.
  • You can also assign your dialed numbers to branches. A call that ends without reaching an agent is counted under the branch of the dialed number. A call handled by an agent remains under that agent's branch.

Meeting summary emails are now sent from your company's email address Bug fix

  • Meeting summary emails are now sent according to your company's email settings. The meeting note sent to the customer is sent from your own email account if it is connected; the customer's reply also arrives at your company, the connected account, or the inbox in the panel.
  • Percentages and attachment prices in meeting screens and emails are now displayed in the reader's language; English readers now see "65%" instead of "%65". The word "soru" (question) that remained in Turkish in the measurement row of the agent scorecard has been corrected in English, German, French, Russian, and Azerbaijani.

Company managers can select CALLAII criteria Enhancement

  • Company managers can now define CALLAII analysis criteria themselves. From the CALLAII criteria screen in the Organization menu, select ready-made focus areas and write additional criteria specific to your company in your own words. For example, you can prioritize sales closing and objection handling, or require the agent to state the campaign end date.
  • Shared evaluation headings and personal data rules remain the same across all companies. Your selections are added on top of these. The written text passes a security review.

Company Groups and Group Dashboard New feature

  • Groups with multiple companies can now be managed from a single dashboard. Your group is set up by the Callmenta team. A group administrator account is created for each company in the group, and you can switch between companies with a single click. The group administrator operates as the company's own administrator in each company. They grant and revoke permissions, choose who sees what, and define criteria. These accounts are not added to the companies' user counts.
  • The group dashboard displays companies and branches side by side: number of people, calls, average duration, average quality, analysis, and open requests. You can transfer call criteria, CALLAII criteria, and role permissions you prepared in one company to other group companies in a single step. The target company's own criteria are not deleted.
  • Company data continues to be kept separate from each other. Company changes and transferred settings are logged.

Reports are faster at high volume Enhancement

  • Database-side improvements were made so that the result code report, Meta ad analytics, and source search list transfer open faster at high request volumes.

Number in hidden contact info is no longer visible on the page Bug fix

  • When your company hides customer contact information from agents, the number is no longer present in the page source either. Agents can still initiate a call with a single click; the number is retrieved only at the moment of the call and only for the authorized customer. Searching by a partial number in customer search has also been disabled.

Consistency audit in the outcome code report Enhancement

  • The outcome code report now separately displays records that contradict the call analysis. For example, calls that were closed as negative despite the customer requesting a callback, or calls marked as unreachable despite a long conversation, are listed by agent, and each record links to the call details.

Result codes and applications are instantly routed to your planning system New feature

  • In companies with a general webhook connection, the result code selected by the agent, the scheduled callback, and new applications from Meta ads are instantly delivered to your systems. Every event is signed and carries a unique identifier; if the connection temporarily fails to respond, the delivery is automatically retried.

Team management in the call center New feature

  • You can now assign your agents to teams from the panel. Teams are added from the Teams screen in the Organization menu, one or more leaders are assigned to each team, and agents are placed into their respective teams.
  • A team leader can view the calls and dashboards of all agents in their team. They cannot see data from other teams. If you link a team to a branch, its members are also associated with that branch. When you change a team's branch, its members are moved to the new branch as well.
  • Each call is recorded with the agent's team for that day. Even if an agent changes teams later, historical reports remain unchanged. CALLAII's team comparison now compares actual teams in companies that define teams.
  • In companies that do not define teams, nothing changes. Supervisors continue to work with the links on the My Team screen.

Campaign details and results by campaign New feature

  • When you click on a campaign in the Meta ads screen, all analytics are calculated based on that campaign: funnel from application to sale, call outcomes, call speed, and day/hour distribution. The campaign's ad sets and ads are listed separately; for each, fake application rate, reach rate, presentation, sale, and first contact time are displayed.
  • A "Results by Campaign" table has also been added to the outcome code report. Calls made with customers who came from ads are categorized by the campaign they originated from.

Applications are automatically added to call lists New feature

  • Applications from Meta ads, live chat, and integrations can now be automatically added to call lists. You create rules from the "Call list from applications" screen on the Call Lists page: which source (which campaigns for Meta), whether applications are added immediately upon arrival or at a specific time each day, whether they go to a new list each day or to your selected list, and whether they are assigned to the pool or to specific agents.
  • In agent distribution, applications are routed to the agent with the fewest open jobs. Flagged as fake and suspicious applications are excluded from the list, and the same number is not opened twice in the same list. Separate call rules (number of attempts, interval, call hours) can also be assigned to each rule.
  • A daily results email can be enabled for each rule: at the time you specify, the selected agents receive a summary of records added to the list, completed, reached, and pending, along with results and agent distribution.
  • You can also manually add applications to a list by selecting them in the Meta ads screen.

Meta ad settings simplified Enhancement

  • Ad applications are now assigned using selectable cards: to a single person, to selected people in sequence, or to the branch team based on city. People are selected by tapping their names. The suspicious application threshold can also be adjusted with a single tap.

CRM visibility for agents and supervisors New feature

  • You can configure what agents and supervisors can see in CRM from the Role Permissions page in the Organization menu. The customer list (all customers or only assigned ones), phone and email visibility, opportunities, tasks, note addition, bulk actions, and quotes can each be enabled or disabled individually.
  • Permissions granted to an individual take precedence over these settings. Default settings match current usage.

Company-specific search rules in search lists New feature

  • Search lists now operate according to your company's rules. You define how many times an unreachable person can be called back, at what intervals, and during which hours. For example, weekdays between 09:00 and 19:00, with intervals of 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 1 day, up to a maximum of 4 attempts.
  • Rules can also be configured based on the result code. When "Will think about it" or "Will call back" is selected, the agent cannot save the record without entering the callback date and follow-up topic. You can also make the date or topic mandatory for other result codes.
  • The company's default rule is managed from the Result Codes page. When uploading a list or later from the list's page, a list-specific rule can be selected.

Branch management for multi-location call centers New feature

  • Call centers operating across multiple locations can now define their branches from the panel. Branches are added from the Branches screen in the Organization menu, agents are assigned to branches, and one or more managers are designated for each branch.
  • A branch manager can view the calls, dashboards, and reports of all agents within their branch. They cannot see data from other branches. Each call is recorded with the agent's branch for that day. Even if an agent is later transferred to another branch, historical reports remain unchanged. The branch filter on the agent scorecard is now also functional.
  • Nothing changes for companies operating from a single location. Unless you define branches, screens and permissions remain as they were.

New report: outcome codes and follow-up discipline New feature

  • A new page has been added to the manager reports: the Outcome Code Report. It shows how calls ended, the reasons behind negative outcomes, how follow-up calls were closed, and the conversion rate from follow-up to sale.
  • The agent scorecard displays each agent's call completion, reach, and presentation rates, sales, open and overdue follow-ups, average number of attempts, and the on-time follow-up rate. It can be filtered by date range, agent, and call direction, and exported as CSV.

Funnel and campaign details added to Meta ad analytics New feature

  • Every step from application to sale is now visible on the Meta ads screen: application, valid application, called, reached, presentation given, converted to sale. Fraudulent applications are kept separate from the valid count.
  • New sections: outcome distribution of calls with applicants, conversion to sale based on how quickly an application was called, a day-and-hour map of when applications arrive, and how accurate the suspicion score is. The campaign table now includes the fraudulent application rate and the reach rate.

Suspicion scoring and city-based distribution for ad leads New feature

  • Every lead from Meta ads now receives a suspicion score between 0 and 100. The score evaluates signals such as phone numbers made of invalid or repeated digits, disposable email addresses, meaningless names, a second lead from the same number within the same day, a burst of leads from the same form in a short period, and the historical fake-lead rate of that ad. The reasoning behind the score is displayed next to the lead.
  • You can optionally set a threshold. Leads that exceed the threshold wait in the Suspicious list without being assigned to an agent, and you decide whether they are a "Real lead" or "Fake."
  • If an agent selects the outcome "The lead said they did not apply" during a call, the lead is marked as definitively fake. This information also affects the score of future leads from the same ad. Call outcomes are also recorded on the lead: first call, first contact, whether a presentation was made, and the final outcome.
  • Leads can now be distributed to a single person, to selected people in sequence, or to the branch team based on the city in the form.

Follow-up calls are scheduled by topic and date New feature

  • When a customer says "I'll think about it," the agent now writes down the follow-up topic and date. The date is pre-filled based on the selected outcome code. The task opens with the topic and lands on the agent's Work Desk on that date.
  • A task is no longer completed simply by calling and closing it. To close it, the customer must respond, the call must last long enough, and a closing outcome code must be entered. Unreachable calls are counted as attempts, and the task is rescheduled. The new date is adjusted to the agent's shift or the company's working hours. Once the set number of attempts is reached, the task is closed as unreachable.
  • If the customer wants to reconsider, the old task is closed and a new follow-up is opened with a new topic. This way, the follow-up history for the same customer can be tracked as a chain. In negative outcomes, a reason can also be selected (price, no need, etc.).

Result codes consolidated into a single list New feature

  • The post-call screen, workspace, and call lists now share the same result code list. You can manage the list from the Result Codes page under Call Lists.
  • Each code has a category: unreachable, follow-up, positive, negative, neutral, and invalid record. You also define what happens when a code is selected: whether a follow-up date is required, the default follow-up interval in hours, whether the task is closed, the maximum number of attempts, and the customer's next stage.
  • Ready-made templates are available for sales, customer support, and collections. New codes have been added: "Will think about it" and "Said they did not apply." The latter is used to separate fake records in ad applications.
  • Results in existing records were not deleted and continue to display with their new names.

Custom search result codes and integration delivery fixed Bug fix

  • Custom result codes added by your company were not being saved when selected on the agent screen in search lists. They are now saved and displayed with the names you provided in lists and reports. Hidden codes are removed from the selection list.
  • When sending customer cards to your own system, deliveries were lost if a temporary interruption occurred. They are now retried at intervals of a few minutes. Since each delivery carries an idempotency key, the same record is not sent to your system twice.

NetGSM and Netsipp Integration Audit Bug fix

  • The official API documentation of both providers was compared against the code. NetGSM CRM commands now go to HTTPS 443 instead of plain HTTP :9111; the plain HTTP fallback was removed, and registered legacy addresses are converted to HTTPS at runtime. On transfer connection errors, the password-protected address was being returned to the agent; this has been closed. The fallback is only triggered when a connection cannot be established at all; there is no retry in the commands.
  • In the call report, code 40 is treated as no record; 7-day sync requests run every 30 seconds and at 04:02 (documented limit: 2 per minute). The webhook log reads the event name from the scenario field; the raw payload is not written to the log.
  • Netsipp: netsipp:listen was removed from the scheduler (interactions only generate records in the Netsipp agent interface; it never returned any data in Kabalcı). conferencename, trunk, paused/penalty, multi-digit DTMF, and break list pagination were fabricated in the documentation. Open item: the Kabalcı API user lacks the report_call_detail_view permission (call-details returns 403); this must be requested from Netsipp.

SMS sending via NetGSM on the updated infrastructure Enhancement

  • SMS sending via NetGSM has been migrated to NetGSM's updated sending method. Login credentials are no longer carried in the connection address.
  • Messages accepted and queued by NetGSM are counted as successful, so the same message is not unnecessarily resent. The connection test in SMS settings reads your sender names from NetGSM.

NetGSM PBX connection is now more secure Bug fix

  • Commands sent to the NetGSM PBX now travel exclusively over encrypted connections. PBX login credentials are no longer transmitted in plaintext over the network, and the server certificate is verified with every command.
  • When the PBX connection drops, the agent screen no longer displays a technical error message; it simply shows that the connection could not be reached. If a response is delayed, the call or transfer is not resent, preventing the same customer from being called twice.

Overtime is now calculated correctly for weeks spanning a month boundary Bug fix

  • Weeks split across two months were previously undercounted for overtime because each month only considered the days falling within its own period. Now the entire week is measured, and any hours exceeding the 45-hour weekly threshold are recorded in the attendance sheet of the month in which the week ends.
  • If hours previously counted as regular time in the prior month are reclassified as overtime, the payable duration is not counted twice. The attendance screen also flags weeks that carry over into the following month.

Shift swap and open shift pool are now safer Bug fix

  • When two swaps were approved for the same shift, the shift could change hands twice; this has been fixed. Swap approval now re-verifies that the shift still belongs to the requester and is valid. Swaps that would violate the statutory rest period are also blocked at the confirmation step.
  • Draft, cancelled, or expired shifts can no longer be opened for swap or placed in the pool. Writing a new shift on the day of a deleted or cancelled shift no longer throws an error. When bulk-creating shifts, selecting the same person twice now results in a single shift.

Corrections in work and break records Bug fix

  • Employees who forgot to clock out could not clock in the next day. Expired open shifts now close automatically and the employee is notified. The closing time is determined based on the shift end time; if the time is incorrect, it can be changed via a timesheet correction request.
  • Break duration overrun alerts are working again. In night shifts, the duration no longer appears as negative on the screen, and break entitlements are no longer reset at midnight. Timesheet corrections and manual timesheet entries can be made for night shifts; manual entries do not delete existing records when a time field is left blank. Special breaks opened from the phone now require manager approval. Days that have not yet arrived are no longer counted as absences in the timesheet summary.

Automatic shift scheduling is now more accurate Enhancement

  • The shift planner now assigns night shifts to the correct day. If the previous night's shift already covers the next morning's needs, no extra person is assigned to the morning.
  • If no one matches a shift template, the planner does not leave that day empty and tries other templates. An employee's time range marked as "not available," personal leave days, and coverage hours in settings are reflected in the plan. Cancelled shifts no longer mark the person as fully booked for that day.
  • Forecasting now accounts for hours with no incoming calls; fewer people are requested for night hours with sparse call volume. When publishing the plan, drafts of employees who were deactivated or whose leave was approved are not published, and a notification is shown on screen. Employees learn about published shifts through panel notifications.

Customer-facing meeting notes are now editable in the approval screen Enhancement

  • A "Edit Customer Note" tab has been added to the meeting email approval screen. Administrators can modify the subject, body, agreed-upon items, and next steps of the note that will be sent to the customer.
  • Once the edited note is saved, CALLAII re-reviews it. The review may take a few minutes, and the screen refreshes automatically. The note cannot be sent to the customer until it passes the review. This allows you to remove problematic sentences from a note where CALLAII detected internal information and still send the note to the customer.
  • A section has been added to the Representative Card guide explaining who receives summary emails and when, how approval is granted, and how customer notes are edited. The guide has been updated in seven languages.

Procedural review for every response in the legal assistant Enhancement

  • The legal assistant now provides a brief procedural assessment at the beginning of every response, covering the competent and authorized court, standing, prerequisites for litigation, and deadlines. This section is based solely on the legal texts found by the assistant; if a deadline or article is not found in the sources, it is not written, and instead you are advised to verify it.

Missed calls in the workspace, my quality score, my meetings, and queues Enhancement

  • Four new cards have been added to the workspace. The missed calls card shows missed calls over the last seven days, marks those that have been called back, and lets you start a callback with a single click. Agents see their own missed calls, while managers see the entire company's. The quality score card compares the agent's seven-day average with the previous week and displays the most recently scored calls as bars. The my meetings for today card lists the day's meetings with their times, and you can join an online meeting directly from there. Managers monitor the queue card for pending calls, longest wait time, service level, and the number of available agents.
  • During a call, when you scroll down from the customer card, a small call bar appears at the bottom of the screen. The customer's name and number remain visible, and the Take Note button takes you directly to the call note.
  • Fixes: notes written and status codes selected during an ongoing call no longer disappear when the screen refreshes. The customer card no longer switches to another customer with a late response. Even if a number is written with +90 or 0, the note recorded during the call is available on the phone and applies only to that call. Customer stage, temperature, and call outcome are now displayed with readable names instead of raw codes. The saved widget layout is no longer collapsed on startup. The phone off warning is now visible to everyone using the phone.

Live team panel, My Shift, and management cards in the workspace New feature

  • Team leaders, managers, and company officials see the live team panel at the top of the workspace. The panel displays how many people are on the line, in a call, on break, or available, as well as calls waiting in queue, today's service level, and abandonment rate. Each agent's card shows their status, today's call count, and login time. The card alerts when a break duration is exceeded, when break approval is pending, or when there is a late login. Team leaders see only their own team.
  • Management cards show the number of pending special break, leave, and shift swap requests, calls with low scores today and flagged as loss risk, open coaching tasks, open ticket load per agent, and the number of planned versus logged-in people hour by hour.
  • For everyone using shifts, the new My Shift card shows the week's shifts, approved leave, and today's timeline with planned breaks. Shift change, shift market, and leave request can be opened from here with one click.

Workspace renewed: calls, customers, chats, and tickets on a single screen Enhancement

  • The top part of the workspace is now fixed, so everything you need stays in the same place.
  • In the top bar, you can see your status, shift start time, active time, and the number of calls waiting in queue. You can also manage break and available status from here.
  • When a call arrives, the customer card opens automatically right below it. You can filter recent inbound or outbound interactions by sentiment and date range, and see the CALLAII assistant's customer summary alongside. You can also write call notes here, and the phone's call-end screen is ready.
  • For companies using live chat, chats remain open at full screen width. The person's chat details stay in their own chat column and do not mix with the call card. Tickets are listed on the same screen with their counters and remaining time, and the customer's ticket in the conversation is highlighted.
  • When the phone is closed, the screen alerts you and recommends the Windows app. The phone, now opened in a separate window, fits the window perfectly, so no scrolling is needed for the keypad.

Workforce forecasting and voice announcement generation fixed Bug fix

  • The AI-powered demand forecast in shift planning has been unable to reach the server for some time, and a simple statistical forecast was being used instead. The connection has been fixed, and forecasts are once again generated with the AI model.
  • Voice announcement generation was not waking up the offline voice server. Now the correct server opens when needed.
  • Legal searches performed while AI servers are offline continue to return results. During this time, results are returned with a simpler ranking; full ranking is restored when the server comes online.

Meeting Assistant: platform selection, Zoom agent scorecard, and setup guides New feature

  • In CALLAII® settings, you can now select which platforms it will automatically join for meetings coming from your calendar: Callmenta meeting room, Microsoft Teams, Mentornity, and other Jitsi meetings. Invitations sent directly to CALLAII® are not affected by this setting.
  • In Zoom cloud recordings, if the meeting opener is registered in your company, they are assigned as the agent and CALLAII® generates their scorecard. Although the visible name in Zoom and Teams may differ slightly from the panel name, the agent is matched.
  • In the new Agent Scorecards screen, you can see each agent's meeting count, average score, average across six metrics, and frequently occurring development areas. Managers see all agents, while agents see their own scorecards.
  • Step-by-step setup guides for Zoom, Teams, Mentornity, Jitsi, Google Meet, calendar and invitation-based joining, and agent scorecards have been added.

CALLAII also joins Mentornity and Jitsi invites Enhancement

  • If the meeting link is written in the location field of the invite you send to CALLAII or in your calendar, it also joins Jitsi-based meetings such as Mentornity. Even if a Google Meet link is automatically added to the calendar invite, CALLAII selects the link it can join.

Meeting Assistant included in Suite and Enterprise packages Enhancement

  • CALLAII Meeting Assistant is now included in Suite and Enterprise packages at no additional cost. It can be added as an add-on in Connect and other packages. CALLAII joins your Callmenta Meet and Teams meetings. You can also upload audio recordings from your Google Meet and Zoom meetings to get the same transcript, summary, and analysis.

New decisions are added to the legal library independently of the server status Enhancement

  • New case law and legislation texts added to the legal library are now processed in a separate service for semantic search. Even if the AI server is down, new decisions appear in search results on the same day.
  • Only publicly available library texts are used in this process. Lawyers' search queries and client information are not sent to this service.

CALLAII now records Google Meet meetings flawlessly Bug fix

  • CALLAII sometimes failed to detect that it had joined a Google Meet meeting and could not record the conversations. It now correctly recognizes when it joins a meeting, records the audio heard in the meeting completely, and can still join even when another CALLAII is already present in the same meeting.

CALLAII now explicitly states the reason when it cannot join a Google Meet meeting Enhancement

  • When CALLAII cannot join a Google Meet meeting, it no longer waits silently. The meeting card and notification now state why it cannot participate, and an alert is sent to the Callmenta team.

Recorded section is preserved when you stop the meeting recording Bug fix

  • When you stop the recording, CALLAII preserves the section recorded up to that point and closes properly. The recorded portion is transcribed within a few minutes.

CALLAII leaves the meeting with you New feature

  • CALLAII leaves the meeting three minutes after the persons it joined on behalf of leave. This ensures that after you exit, the conversation among the remaining participants is not recorded. In the event of a brief connection drop, CALLAII does not leave and resumes recording if you return. This rule currently applies to Callmenta meeting rooms.

Stopped meeting recording no longer remains pending Bug fix

  • When you stopped the recording during a CALLAII meeting, the recording would sometimes appear as "recording" for hours. Now, stopping completes within a few minutes, and the recorded section is transcribed or the reason why the recording could not be captured is displayed on the card.

Speaker icons appear correctly on the meeting card Bug fix

  • On the meeting record card, speakers' initials were overlapping and becoming unreadable. Now each speaker is displayed with a separate circular icon and full initials.

You now choose which meetings CALLAII will attend Enhancement

  • From the CALLAII® settings page in the Meetings screen and the Connections screen, you can determine whether CALLAII® will attend all meetings on your calendar or only those you select. Your upcoming meetings are listed, and you can enable or disable each one with a single click.
  • If multiple people open CALLAII® in the same meeting, only one CALLAII® joins the meeting and writes all their names upon entry. A CALLAII® you disable in a meeting will not reopen when the calendar is refreshed.
  • Meeting Assistant has also been added to the Products menu of the site.

Meeting Assistant is now a standalone product New feature

  • CALLAII® Meeting Assistant can now be purchased on its own. Two packages are available: Meeting Assistant (890 ₺ per user per month) and Meeting Assistant Pro, which includes sentiment analysis and agent scorecard (1,390 ₺ per user per month). When purchased as an add-on to platform packages, the meeting room and all analyses are included.
  • The Assistant now joins meetings running on their own servers, such as Mentornity, via a link and waits to be admitted if there is a waiting room. Upon joining the meeting, it writes that it has joined as whose assistant and that it is taking notes. Meeting links entered in the calendar location field are also now recognized.
  • Companies purchasing only the Assistant set up their meetings in the tools they already use and add the link. The product's promotional page is live.

Animated GIF can be uploaded to the signature banner Enhancement

  • You can now upload an animated GIF to the announcement banner below the email signature. The GIF is automatically resized to the banner dimensions, so you do not need to re-copy the signature. The Outlook desktop application displays only the first frame.

Meeting recording screen refreshed Enhancement

  • The meeting recording card has been simplified. CALLAII invocation options are now consolidated into a single menu. Key moments are displayed as rows with small play buttons. You can search within the transcript, filter by speaker, and edit rows.
  • CALLAII now joins meetings slightly before the start time and automatically retries if it fails to join. Once the meeting ends, the status is set to completed.

Proper nouns are spelled correctly in meeting transcripts Enhancement

  • Organization, brand, and person names could be misspelled in speech recognition. Now, names you add to the Proper Nouns list on the meeting page are spelled correctly in the transcript. When you correct a line in the transcript, CALLAII learns from that correction and automatically fixes the same error in future meetings.

Sentiment Analysis and Agent Scorecard in Meetings New feature

  • Two sections have been added to the Analysis tab in meetings recorded by CALLAII. The Sentiment section shows how each speaker felt throughout the meeting in minute-by-minute intervals and lists the most notable moments along with their quotes.
  • If you select an agent in the meeting, CALLAII scores them on opening, needs discovery, listening, objection handling, clear next step, and courtesy. Each score includes its rationale and the specific minute of the meeting it is based on.
  • The summary email now also includes the sentiment flow and the agent scorecard.
