v4.01October 2026
Meeting analysis and summary email New feature
- Meetings recorded by CALLAII now include an Analysis tab alongside the summary. Meeting duration, speaker share, turn-taking, silence, and interruptions are measured from the transcript. Who spoke over time is displayed in a graph.
- CALLAII also extracts topic flow, risks, objections, overall meeting sentiment, and follow-up recommendations.
- Once the summary is ready, an email containing the summary, decisions, tasks, and speaker share is sent to company users who attended the meeting. The email is sent once per meeting.
CALLAII joins Meet and Teams meetings in your calendar automatically New feature
- When adding a meeting to your Callmenta calendar, if you include a Google Meet or Teams link, CALLAII joins the meeting automatically at the start time and records it. This works even if someone else organized the meeting. For meetings you do not want recorded, you can disable it with the toggle on the meeting page.
- If multiple people from your company add the same meeting to their calendars, CALLAII joins the meeting only once. Other meeting pages will indicate where the recording is located.
- This feature works with the CALLAII Meeting Assistant plugin.
CALLAII joins meetings via calendar invitation New feature
- When you add CALLAII's address as a participant to a Google Meet or Teams meeting calendar invitation, the meeting is written to your calendar. CALLAII joins the meeting at the scheduled start time and records it.
- If you change the time or cancel the meeting, CALLAII detects this from the invitation. The address is listed on the recording card on the meeting page.
- The identity of the invite sender is verified via email verification; only invitations from users with the CALLAII Meeting Assistant plugin are processed.
Sales analytics for Meta ad leads New feature
- The Meta ad leads screen now displays how many leads from ads converted into sales, sales amount, open opportunity potential, time to first contact, and the number of leads not yet called. Daily lead flow, platform distribution, city distribution, and campaign performance table have been added. You can select the period as 7, 30, or 90 days.
Customer card updated Enhancement
- The customer card has been simplified and made readable at a glance. Interaction and sentiment graphs have been added. Numbers are consolidated into a single strip, so the same information no longer repeats in multiple places. The interaction flow now opens in batches of ten and has been moved to a box that opens on map request. The card displays correctly across all themes and on mobile.
New plugin: CALLAII Meeting Assistant New feature
- CALLAII can now join your meetings as a participant and record them. You can also upload audio recordings taken from tools such as Zoom.
- From the recording, it extracts a speaker-labeled transcript, a summary separating decisions and commitments, and audio clips of key sentences. Raw audio is deleted once the summary is ready; clips of key sentences are retained for 30 days.
- The plugin costs 890 ₺ per user per month (excluding VAT), with a 20% discount on annual payment. You can request it from your subscription page.
CALLAII joins the meeting as a participant New feature
- In Callmenta Meet meetings, CALLAII® joins as a participant when you "invite CALLAII to the meeting" and records each speaker's voice separately. If the waiting room is enabled, recording does not start until you admit it, and a note is added to the meeting chat. After the meeting ends, the recording is transcribed and linked to the summary.
Meeting recording upload and speaker-labeled transcript New feature
- You can upload audio files per speaker to the meeting screen. Zoom's "separate audio file for each participant" recordings are used directly. CALLAII® transcribes the conversation with speaker names, generates a summary alongside the transcript, and highlights moments where decisions and commitments appear with short audio clips. Raw audio is deleted after summary generation, while locked-moment clips are retained for 30 days.
CALLAII® summary from meeting notes New feature
- On the meeting screen, "Summarize" extracts internal summaries, decisions, tasks, and open questions from your CALLAII® notes. It also prepares a separate shared note draft in the other party's language and warns before sending if there is internal information or an unsupported item in the notes. Nothing is saved or sent automatically. You can transfer text to notes, decisions, or shared notes with a single click.
Legal screens are now easier to use on mobile Enhancement
- On iPhone, tapping a form field caused the page to zoom in and stay zoomed. Now question boxes, search, and form fields open on mobile without zooming. This fix applies across the entire panel.
- On the Files screen, the file list now appears first on mobile, with each file displayed as a readable card. You can switch to the new file form using the button at the top of the list.
- The Calls calendar now fits on mobile. Tapping a day lists that day's calls directly below the calendar.
- Decision and Official Gazette citations in legal assistant responses no longer overflow the screen on mobile; they now wrap to the next line. The unresolved hearings list also appears as a card on mobile.
New status badges on legal and health screens Enhancement
- Risk, impact, and compliance labels in contract review, collection promises, client portal, and health catalog status labels have transitioned to the same badge design as the rest of the panel. Colors adapt to your selected theme.
Appointment and screen sharing emails in the new design Enhancement
- Online appointment link and secure screen sharing invitation emails have been updated to match the same brand design as our other notifications.
Request screen on a single desk Enhancement
- The request screen has been refreshed. Customer replies, internal notes, and resolution notes are now written on a single card using tabs. The header shows the people involved in the request and a button to navigate to the next open request. The right column displays request details, status selection, assignee, and files together.
Party information no longer spreads out in the Word output of the petition Bug fix
- Lines written one below the other in the Word output of the petition (such as plaintiff, attorney, defendant) were stretching and spreading across the page. The lines are now properly aligned.
WhatsApp template approvals are delivered as notifications in the panel Enhancement
- You will receive a notification in your panel when your WhatsApp message templates are approved, rejected, or suspended. The notification is sent only to the administrators of the account that owns the template.
Annotated setup guides for ad candidates Enhancement
- You can navigate from any box on the Meta ad candidates screen to a step-by-step setup guide. The guides show you what to do with annotated screenshots.
- There are separate guides for the Facebook and Instagram ad form, ads that direct to WhatsApp, and transfers via Zapier or Make. The guides also explain which settings to check in Meta Business Suite.
CALLAII® translation in support correspondence New feature
- When corresponding with the Callmenta team, everyone can write in their own language. Our team's response reaches your screen and email in your company's language. The message you write is also translated before reaching our team. The original of every message is preserved and can be opened with a single click.
Office letterhead in the UDF editor New feature
- An office letterhead can be added to the first page of documents prepared in the UDF editor: logo on the left, title, address, and phone number on the right.
- The letterhead appears identically in UDF, Word, and PDF output and is printed only on the first page.
- If a logo cannot be added, the letterhead remains as text, and the document is never printed without a letterhead.
- The title in the letterhead and whether the letterhead is enabled by default in new documents are configured from the office identity screen; it can also be toggled on or off for each document individually.
- When a letterheaded document is reopened, the letterhead is not added to the text a second time.
Leads from Meta ads are automatically added to your CRM New feature
- People who fill out the Facebook and Instagram ad form are now automatically added to your CRM. You can see which campaign, ad set, and ad each lead came from.
- People who write to you from ads that direct to WhatsApp are also saved with campaign information.
- If a registered customer applies again, no new card is created. The application is added as a note to the existing card, and the form responses are included in the note.
- You choose who the new card is assigned to. If you don't select anyone, your CRM automation rules take over.
- You can start without connecting your Facebook page. If you use Zapier or Make, you just need to send leads to the address provided to you.
- All settings are available on the Meta ad leads screen.
Customer Support Center New feature
- Support requests from our customers and the messages we send them are now displayed under a separate menu heading on a single screen. Incoming, outgoing, and automated messages are shown in separate tabs. They can be filtered by company, status, and priority. Each company's open requests and latest correspondence are summarized in a card.
Map zooming fixed Bug fix
- When zooming in on the field task map, ambulance map, and meeting screens, point clusters were not expanding and an error was displayed on the screen. Maps now expand clustered points without issues.
Message from the Callmenta team to the company manager New feature
- The Callmenta support team can send messages requiring information, warnings, or action to your company's manager from the panel. The message opens as a conversation in the Callmenta Support screen, a notification is sent to the manager, and an email can also be sent if desired. Important messages remain visible at the top of the panel until they are read.
Accurate information for calls without audio recording Bug fix
- For new calls where the audio recording has not been received by the system, instead of showing an empty player and an incorrect archive warning, it now displays that no recording exists and that the analysis was performed from the transcribed conversation.
Legal module: Notice drafting added New feature
- Notices, warnings, and responses to notices sent via Noter are now prepared on a separate screen alongside petitions and contracts. There are 21 types covering rental, employment, consumer, traffic and insurance, commercial, and real estate disputes.
- The statutory minimum period for each type is written into the draft, and the duration in the text is measured. For example, a default notice for residential rental requires at least 30 days; if a shorter period is given, a warning appears above the draft. Below the draft, there is a note written only for the attorney: missing information and items to be checked before service.
- Both represented and unrepresented notices, responses to the counterparty's notice, and adding supporting documents are supported. The output can be downloaded as DOCX, PDF, and UDF, or saved to the office file.
Unified Inbox New feature
- Requests, email requests, live chats, callbacks, and missed calls on a single screen. Administrators see the entire company, while agents only see their assigned items and incoming requests.
Weekly curve and quick add to customer list New feature
- New customer and opportunity value for the last eight weeks are displayed in a small chart on the customer list. Labels in rows are shown as badges. New customers can be added from the side panel without leaving the page.
Recent activity and account summary on the customer card Enhancement
- The customer card displays the last seven days of activity with timestamps, and account details are shown in a single box.
Card footer and new shared elements on the dashboard Enhancement
- On the cards in the Opportunity and Request dashboard, the opening date, due date, and priority or owner information are displayed on a single line.
Contact form opens upon approval Enhancement
- In a chat without a form, when a visitor approves being called or scheduled for a meeting, a contact form opens within the chat; agents can also send the form from their inbox.
Live support assistant is more cautious Enhancement
- The assistant does not write legal documents such as petitions and does not request identification numbers; it records the visitor's name and contact information within the chat and, upon request, sends the chat transcript via email.
Live Support Communication Form Enhancement
- The mandatory form also requires phone and email; in chat without a form, once the visitor consents to the conversation, a KVKK-compliant communication form opens within the chat.
One-Click Meta Integration Enhancement
- WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook connections can now be made with a single click without opening an additional tab; AI responses in the chat window are displayed with the CALLAII badge.
Channels tab opened in company panel Enhancement
- Companies can set up their WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook connections from the Channels tab in their own panel. The chat window is preserved so that it is not affected by the styles of the site it is embedded in.
Instagram and language correction Bug fix
- Fixed an issue where Instagram messages were not appearing in the inbox after settings were saved, and incorrect language responses were being sent to Turkish messages.
Ready-made option boxes have been updated Enhancement
- The ready-made boxes in the chat window can now be added and arranged individually; the unnecessary warning that appeared when saving settings has been removed.
Learning from your site New feature
- CALLAII can scan the site where the chat window is located and answer questions using the information found there.
Live support settings refreshed Enhancement
- Chat window settings are now organized into tabs and can be previewed live before saving.
Uploading a logo to the chat window Enhancement
- You can upload your logo as a file to the live support window; the chat window remains open when the visitor refreshes the page.
Chat window transcript, pre-form, and invite balloon New feature
- Visitors can request a chat transcript via email, a name and contact information can be requested before the chat starts, and a short invite balloon can be displayed while the window is closed. Companies configure window settings from their own panels.
Fixed duplicate messages in chat Bug fix
- Fixed an issue where messages appeared twice in the live support window on the website when the page was refreshed.
Priority label in the team task board is now in the reader's language Bug fix
- The priority label in the task detail window was appearing in Turkish regardless of the language. It is now displayed according to the panel's language, and the color class works correctly.
Statuses on legal and health screens in a single view Enhancement
- Status labels on lawsuit, hearing, meeting, appointment, treatment, payment, ambulance, and home care screens are now legible and displayed in the same color scheme across all themes. The plan status in coaching details is shown with the same name as on other screens.
Priority and coaching statuses are in the same language on every screen Enhancement
- On the quote, request, field task, and CRM task screens, priorities now appear in Turkish and color-coded instead of English. Coaching session statuses (pending, in progress, completed, etc.) are shown under the same name on every screen. The coaching status that always appeared as "pending" and the completed coaching count that always appeared as zero have been fixed; completed sessions no longer appear in the pending coaching list on the manager dashboard.
Statuses in operation screens in a single view Enhancement
- In dashboards, leave and attendance screens, call analysis, coaching, evaluation, call lists, and field screens, status, priority, and type labels are now legible in every theme and in the same color scheme. Status names that remained in English now appear in Turkish. On the agent dashboard, approved leaves displaying "Confirm" and cancelled or missed shifts displaying "Completed" in the shift screen have been corrected.
Clearer read receipts and instantly well-formatted messages in live support Enhancement
- Under your sent messages, only double checkmarks are now displayed; hover over them to see the exact time the customer read the message. Your replies and internal notes appear formatted with reaction and edit buttons the moment you send them. The "typing" indicator disappears as soon as the customer sends their message.
Status labels in a single view across Request and Customer screens Enhancement
- Status and priority labels on the Request, Customer, and Opportunity screens are now readable and use a consistent color scheme across all themes. Urgent and high-priority records are distinguished by color, and status names that were previously in English now appear in Turkish. In step-by-step forms, when an error occurs, the step containing the invalid field is opened automatically.
Create a request from email in two steps Enhancement
- When creating a request from an email, you first enter the email and the sender, then the subject, priority, and assignee. If any information is missing or incorrect, the relevant step will be highlighted.
Read receipts arrive instantly Enhancement
- In live support, the double checkmark turns blue within seconds once the customer reads your message. Even if the connection drops, it updates within a few seconds at most.
Reply, forward, and add internal notes in live support New feature
- In the live support screen, hovering over a message opens a menu where you can reply by quoting the message, copy it, or forward a message written by your team to another open chat. Under the messages you send to the customer, you can see sent and read indicators. Switch to internal note mode from the input box to leave notes that only your team can see; internal notes are never sent to the customer or connected channels.
Bulk Actions in Requests New feature
- You can select multiple requests from the request list or dashboard and assign them, change their status, or update their priority all at once. Instead of sending a separate notification for each request, a single summary notification is sent to the assigned person.
My Calendar now shows your own calendar first Enhancement
- The My Calendar screen has Personal, Shared, and All views. In the Personal view, only your own events, meetings, and Google Calendar events are visible, so other people's busy hours don't clutter the screen. When adding an event, you can choose whether to also add it to Google Calendar.
Site fixes for search engines Bug fix
- The product information provided to search engines on CALLAII Hukuk promotional pages has been corrected.
- The logo and call center button on the site now clearly indicate their destination for screen readers and search engines.
- Turkish partner descriptions and an announcement remaining on the Azerbaijani and Russian homepages have been translated.
Status and priority names now appear in your language Bug fix
- Information such as request priority, request status, category, call direction, shift type, announcement visibility, and role was previously displayed in English and uppercase on some screens. Now, all of these are shown in your language in a readable format.
Google Drive connection keys are now stored encrypted Enhancement
- The access keys for the Google Drive account you connected for company documents are now stored encrypted in our database. Just like Calendar and Gmail connections, these keys are no longer stored in plain text. No action is required on your end; existing connections will continue to work as before.
New Callmenta visuals for profile covers and email signature Enhancement
- When selecting a profile cover, there are five new Callmenta visuals available. Each is offered in two variants: with and without the logo. The email signature also features five new banners created from the same visuals. The banners display both the Callmenta and CALLAII logos together and open the relevant product page when clicked.
Charts are now readable in dark theme Bug fix
- In dark themes, some charts had white ring borders while the center number and description text remained dark. Charts are now redrawn with your selected theme's colors when the theme changes. Charts in the live support command center are also now theme-aware.
Analytics charts conform to the theme, text is readable Enhancement
- The sales funnel uses the color palette of your selected theme, and the text in each segment is automatically set to dark or light to ensure readability against any color. In narrow segments, the stage name and count are split across two lines and remain within the funnel; the funnel continues to display actual record counts. Overlapping text in chart indicators has been fixed, and when you switch themes, the charts transition to the new theme's colors. Priority and temperature labels on the Kanban and opportunity screens now appear in the user's language.
Readability improved across all themes Enhancement
- Black text remaining in dark themes, white text remaining in light themes, and hard-to-read badges on colored boxes have been fixed across the entire panel. Text on green, yellow, blue, and red badges is now dark, and muted description text is slightly more prominent in every theme. Light pastel boxes now switch to a theme-appropriate dark tone in dark mode.
Complaints can now be bulk-closed from the list Enhancement
- Each open record in the complaint list now has a selection checkbox. You can select multiple complaints and mark them as closed in one go. Optionally, you can add a brief closing note. Clearing records that came in via live chat and were left open now takes just a few seconds.
Menu groups are now collapsible Enhancement
- The headings in the left menu are now accordions. Clicking a heading expands that group's pages and collapses the others. The group containing your current page is automatically expanded. Finding what you need in a long menu is now easier.
Some windows were staying under the overlay Bug fix
- Windows containing a search list or dropdown menu, such as the new support request window, were opening under the overlay and could not be clicked. Windows now always open on top.
Calls made from browser phone now appear as a single record Bug fix
- In the Asterisk PBX, every call made via the browser phone was showing up as two separate rows in the call list and was being counted as an incoming call. Now each call appears as a single row, recorded as an outgoing call with the dialed number. Historical records have also been merged; call counts now reflect the actual number of calls.
CRM customer list refreshed Enhancement
- Each row in the customer list now displays the initial badge, company, stage, temperature, tags, and assignee at a glance. You can reach phone and email with a single click from the row, and click the row to open the customer card. Stage and temperature filters can be used together, and detailed filters are tucked away in a collapsible section. If the filter result is empty, you can clear all filters with a single button. The list switches to card view on mobile. The tag filter not working in the admin list has also been fixed.
Meaningless transcription is no longer displayed for silent recordings Bug fix
- When there was no speech in a voice recording, the transcription sometimes produced a single-word meaningless text. Now, in this case, the transcription is left blank and the call is marked as unscoreable with the reason "silent recording"; it is clearly stated that the PBX recording should be checked.
Calls answered by an answering machine are no longer scored Bug fix
- If an outbound call reaches the other party's answering machine, voicemail, or emergency announcement and the agent does not speak, the call no longer receives a score of 0. These calls are now categorized as unscored calls under the reason "other party's switchboard" and do not affect the average score. English-language greetings and voicemail announcements are also recognized.
CRM analytics screen refreshed Enhancement
- In the CRM analytics screen, every chart card now comes with a descriptive title. Below the sales funnel, there is a stage distribution; next to the agent chart, a ranking list shows won, open, and lost records. Ratio bars and person initials have been added to the tables. Sections with no data display a clean empty state. Chart and card colors match your selected theme.
Customer card with at-a-glance summary Enhancement
- The top of the customer detail page now displays the customer's name, company, stage, temperature, tags, phone and email, and the assigned owner in a single card. Below the card, total calls, open requests, open opportunity value, last contact, and customer age are shown; boxes without data are hidden. The unified history is separated day by day, and each record type is marked with its own color. The view adapts to the colors of your selected theme.
Quote line items are now editable in option columns Enhancement
- When creating or editing a quote, each option now appears in its own column. The option letter, name, and short note are displayed at the top of the column, with a preview of how it will appear in the quote document directly below. You can edit line items in place, drag and drop them from anywhere on the card to reorder, or move them to another option. Copying a line item to another option, deleting it, and restoring a deleted item can all be done with a single click. You can add or remove options and change the recommended option. The VAT-inclusive total at the bottom of each column updates instantly. The screen is compatible with all panel themes.
Dashboards in the new look Enhancement
- The Request dashboard, CRM opportunity and customer dashboards, field tasks, and coaching dashboard now share the same look. Column headers display the card count and, if applicable, the total amount. You can collapse and expand columns, and your preference is remembered in your browser. Cards feature a colored border indicating priority, the initials of the assignee, and a red warning for overdue items. When dragging a card, the drop target is indicated with a dashed line, and empty columns display a clean empty-state graphic.
Quote list now opens with the latest quote Enhancement
- The Quotes page now opens with the latest quote at the top. Previously, the list was sorted by priority. As a result, high-priority quotes sent months ago would remain above newly created drafts, and new drafts could easily be overlooked at the bottom of the list. To sort by priority, amount, or status, simply click the relevant column header.
Article headings and repealed articles corrected in energy regulations Bug fix
- In the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, three article headings that spanned two lines were merging with the end of the preceding article. The headings now appear above their respective articles. In the Electricity Grid Regulation, two repealed articles were not visible in the library at all; they are now listed with the Official Gazette information of their repeal. Some forms and tables in the annexes of the same regulation are also fully readable. The library's daily comparison with the official source is clean again.
Filtering and assignment for tenant support requests Enhancement
- Support requests opened by companies to Callmenta can now be assigned to managers in the Callmenta team.
- A Source filter has been added to the request list and request dashboard: requests from tenant companies, email, or live support can be viewed separately. Tenant requests are marked with a badge in the list. The Admin menu includes shortcuts for Request dashboard and Tenant support requests under Live Support.
Request Board New feature
- Requests can now also be tracked in board view. The Board button in the request list displays requests in the Open, Assigned, In Progress, Pending, and Resolved (last 7 days) columns. In each column, the most urgent request with the nearest deadline appears at the top.
- Each card shows the request number, source (email, live support, or company request), priority, assignee, and remaining time; overdue requests are marked in red. You can drag a card to change its status; whoever moves an unassigned request to the In Progress column takes ownership of it. Resolution requires a resolution note, so it must be done from the request's own screen. Filters for "Assigned to me" and priority are available.
Callmenta Support: Companies Can Open Support Requests New feature
- Companies using Callmenta can now open support requests directly with the Callmenta team for bugs, issues, or any other matter. Company administrators open requests from the Callmenta Support page in the left menu, while other users open them from the profile menu.
- Company administrators can view all requests opened by their company. Other users can only view the requests they opened themselves. Requests opened as an administrator topic are visible only to the company administrator.
- Our response appears as a conversation on the request page and is also delivered via email and panel notification. Users can reply from the same page. Internal notes from the Callmenta team are never visible to the company side.
Meeting requests are now routed to the company administrator for approval Bug fix
- Meeting requests from team members without a supervisor are now sent to the company administrator.
- The company administrator can approve or reject pending requests from the Requests tab on the Meetings screen. The same decision can also be made from the approval card in the chat.
- If there is no one in the company to approve the request, the request is not created. The user sees a warning explaining the reason.
Creating a Support Ticket from an Out-of-Scope Email New feature
- Customer emails arriving in your personal inbox, sales, or information address can now be converted into a support ticket in a single step. Use the "Create ticket from email" button in the ticket list to upload the email as a file, or paste the sender's address and message body. The sender, subject, date, and body are read from the file; Turkish characters and attached emails are decoded correctly.
- The ticket is opened as the customer's email and appears in the conversation flow as if it came from the email channel. Replies written from the panel are sent to the customer by email, and the customer's response returns to the same ticket. If the customer is registered, the ticket is linked to their profile, assigned to the selected agent, and a notification is sent to them.
One-click support ticket from live support chat New feature
- The live support screen now features a new Create Ticket button. When a chat escalates into a case, the ticket opens with a single click and is assigned to the person who opened it. The customer's first message becomes the ticket's opening text, and the entire chat is attached as an internal note.
- Within a few minutes, CALLAII® summarizes the chat: what the customer requested, what was done during the conversation, and any remaining work are pinned to the top of the ticket. The summary is visible only to the team; personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses is masked in the outgoing summary text.
- The ticket and the chat are linked: the ticket number appears on the chat screen, and a link back to the chat appears on the ticket screen. A second ticket cannot be created from the same chat. Chats forwarded to the technical team now also include the transcript and summary.
Brand fonts are now rendering correctly in emails and documents Bug fix
- In some emails, screen sharing and appointment messages, the softphone window, the coaching screen, and the success certificate, heading and handwriting fonts were not loading, and a standard font was displayed instead. The cause was that these pages were fetching an outdated copy of the font file. They now all fetch the latest file, and whenever the file changes, the new version is automatically used.
Internal notes and one-click assignment on the request screen New feature
- Administrators and team managers can write internal notes directly below the conversation on the request screen. Notes are visible only to the team, can be pinned if needed, and are saved with Ctrl + Enter.
- Requests can be transferred to another person in a single step from the Assignee card on the right. The list includes the company's representatives, managers, operations managers, and technical support team. A short handover note can be left during transfer, and the request can be taken over using the Assign to Me button. The person who receives the request gets a notification in the panel, and the notification takes them directly to their own request screen.
Meeting privacy has been enhanced Enhancement
- Only invitees and your company's employees can join the meeting via the meeting link. The Callmenta team can view your company's meetings only during the support access period you have approved and only in read-only mode. They cannot modify the meeting or join it. A Google Meet link is created only if your own Google account is connected.
Request a Meeting with the Callmenta Team New feature
- Company administrators can select one of our team's available time slots using the Request a Meeting with Callmenta button on the Meetings screen. Once the request is approved, the meeting link will be sent to your email, and the meeting will appear on the same screen. Meetings held with our team will also now be displayed on this screen. Shared notes that are visible to you in these meetings will be shown in a separate section in your language.
Company administrator can view all meetings Bug fix
- The company administrator account previously only showed meetings they personally attended on the Meetings screen. Now, you can view all meetings in your company. Meetings from the last 90 days are available in the History tab. Meetings from another company are never visible.
Fixed handwriting and heading font in presentations Bug fix
- Emphasized words in presentations were supposed to appear in Callmenta handwriting and headings in the Callmenta font, but they were falling back to an old font. Now all presentations open with the correct fonts both on screen and in PDF output.
Request conversation across all screens and the customer portal Enhancement
- The conversation view that started on the admin request screen is now also available on the team manager, agent, and technical support screens. Customer messages, team replies, internal notes, and status changes are displayed in a single chronological stream. An SLA card showing the remaining time is displayed on the right side of each screen.
- The customer can also view the same conversation from their own perspective on the page opened via the tracking link: their own messages appear on the right, and the team's replies appear on the left. Internal notes and internal team events are not shown to the customer.
- Additionally, the issue where a request with a customer email or portal reply would not open on the agent screen has been resolved.
Conversation View in the Request Screen New feature
- In the request details, correspondence with the customer, internal notes, and the request history are now displayed in a single stream with a chat layout. Customer messages appear on the left, team replies on the right; internal notes are distinguished with a lock icon and are never shown to the customer. Status, assignee, and priority changes are included in the stream along with who made them. The new service duration card on the right shows the remaining time to resolve the request or how much the deadline has been exceeded.
Conversation history in support requests has been fixed Bug fix
- Responses from customers via email or the request page are now saved under the customer's name; previously they appeared as internal notes from the assigned agent. When a request's status, assignee, or priority changes, who made the change is automatically logged in the history. The error encountered when opening a request from the panel and when requesting support from the CALLAII Edge app has been resolved; technical support team notes and feedback sent to the manager are no longer lost. First response time is now measured only by the team's reply to the customer. When an agent's account is deleted, their replies remain in the request.
The logo in the menu now opens your own homepage for every account Bug fix
- The Callmenta logo at the top of the left menu was navigating to the wrong destination for some accounts. On Edge Portal accounts, it opened the site's homepage instead of the portal. SaaS users had to go through an intermediate redirect before reaching their own dashboard. On compliance consultant, trainer, and customer accounts, the logo led to a page that was inaccessible to those accounts. Now the logo takes every account to its own homepage as soon as you log in.
Corporate Email Signature New feature
- You can create a signature featuring your company's logo and colors from the "Email Signature" screen in your profile menu. Your name, title, and contact details are pre-filled. Choose from five layouts, optionally add your photo, and include a handwritten closing line. Anyone who scans the QR code in the signature can save you to their contacts with a single tap. You can add the signature to your Gmail account with one click, or copy and paste it into Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird. Administrators can set the default layout, colors, and footer for the company to ensure everyone uses the same signature.
Buttons on CRM screens now open your own panel Bug fix
- Company administrators and SaaS users were being redirected to an error page or the main panel when clicking the Analytics, Customers, Meetings, New customer, and customer name links on the sales dashboard, CRM analytics, and data quality screens. Dragging a card on the board to change its stage was also not working in this panel. These links and the period selector in analytics now open the corresponding screens in your own panel, and you can drag cards to change stages. The Meetings button is visible only when the meetings module is enabled. Export, import, and record merge buttons that are not available in this panel have been hidden. The tag request notification now appears only to the team that approves these requests.
Company logo header band in reports Enhancement
- Call center reports, user manuals, work orders, file reports, health documents, field visits, customer lists, and chat archives now open with a dark header band. The logo of the company that prepared the document appears on the left side of the band, while the CALLAII logo is placed on the right. Dark-colored logos are displayed on a light background to remain readable; for companies without a logo, the company name is shown instead. In multi-page reports, the issue where the footer overlapped the last rows of tables has been fixed, and subsequent pages now start without sticking to the edges.
Customer list and search now count stages the same way as the sales dashboard Bug fix
- Stage counts and the stage filter in the customer list were missing some cards. Stages saved under different names were counted as zero, and a meaningless code could appear in the row instead of the stage name. Now the list, filter, and export find the same cards as the sales dashboard and display the stage using the name your company uses. The stage list in advanced search is also built from your company's stages. The stage box on the customer page now shows the correct stage name. New cards opened from a call, a CALLAII® call note, a business card, or a request transfer start at your company's first stage. When a business card is saved to an existing card, the card's stage only changes if you select a new stage from the list. On the sales dashboard, the count and amount above each column include all cards in that stage. If a column has more than 100 cards, a note appears below the column indicating this.
Electricity Distribution Legislation Added to the Legal Library Enhancement
- The regulations on Electricity Market Consumer Services, Electricity Distribution System, Connection and System Use, Tariffs, and Reduction of Losses in the Electricity Grid and Distribution System have been added to the library. A total of 338 articles are now available for use in search, petitions, and the assistant. Provisions related to the detection and calculation of electricity theft are also included among them. The regulations are monitored daily alongside the Official Gazette, and any amendments are automatically reflected in the updated text.
The Sales Dashboard's Opportunities view now opens in your own panel Bug fix
- The Dashboard button on the customer card was redirecting company administrators and representatives to an error page. A SaaS user could open an opportunity from a customer but could not move, edit, or delete it. Now, the Opportunities view of the sales dashboard opens in your own panel. You can drag cards to move them between stages, edit or delete an opportunity. You can switch between the Customers and Opportunities views using the button at the top of the dashboard. Each user can only see their own company's opportunities. Since the dashboard is not available on the representative screen, this button is no longer displayed.
Customer stage is now preserved in industry-specific sales funnels Bug fix
- In dashboards that operate with industry-specific stages such as legal and automotive, editing and saving a customer card could reset the stage to the first column. Saving an ongoing case would drop it to the Meeting stage. Now, the stage you select on the card stays as is. Correcting other information such as phone number or address no longer changes the stage. The card window, new customer form, bulk action, and post-call screen also display your industry's stages. Adding a customer to the CRM from call analysis no longer resets an advanced card to the beginning. The sales dashboard also opens with your industry's columns for company managers. The won and lost counts at the top of the dashboard now also count your industry's closing stages. Stages previously saved with generic names have been moved to the corresponding column on the dashboard. The Contact Established stage in the general funnel is also preserved when saved.
Browser autofill in forms has been fixed Enhancement
- Email fields in newsletter, promotional email, and announcement forms now allow the browser to suggest your saved address. Message fields such as live chat and ticket replies no longer show unnecessary suggestions.
Quote Opportunity Now Visible on Legal and Automotive Sales Dashboards Bug fix
- In dashboards that operate with industry-specific stages such as legal and automotive, the sales dashboard columns represent the industry's own stages. The opportunity created from a quote did not fall into any of these columns. The numbers at the top of the dashboard counted the opportunity, but the card was not visible. Now, the quote's opportunity stays in your industry's quote stage. In legal, this is the Power of Attorney Received column; in automotive, it is the Quote column. When a customer requests a revision or additional service, the opportunity remains in the same column. The opportunity of an approved quote moves to the Closed or Sold column. The opportunity of a rejected or expired quote moves to the Lost column. An opportunity you close on the dashboard is no longer reopened by a customer's revision request or a new quote record. If a file opening, hearing, test drive, or trade-in record has advanced the opportunity, the quote does not pull it back.
Closed opportunities no longer count as open when a customer requests a revision Bug fix
- After closing an opportunity as Lost or Won on the sales dashboard, if the customer requests a revision or additional service from the quote page, the opportunity used to remain in its column. However, the open opportunity value, won count, and win rate at the top of the dashboard were counting it as open again. Now, once you close an opportunity, it stays closed, and the numbers match the column. The close date is also no longer deleted. The customer's request still comes to you as a notification as before. If you want to reopen the opportunity, simply drag the card to the desired column on the dashboard. If the customer later approves or rejects the quote, the opportunity closes accordingly.
Changing the company name in a quote no longer throws an error Bug fix
- When you changed the company name in a quote that had no email address and saved it, the page threw an error. The quote was saved, but the sales dashboard was not updated. The customer also received an error when responding to the same quote from the portal. If the customer card had a real phone number, no error occurred, but a second card was created for the same customer. Now the quote stays on the customer card it is linked to, even if the company name changes. The card's company name is also updated to the new name. If the new name you entered belongs to another customer in your list, the quote moves to that customer. If multiple people from the same company have cards, the quote stays on the card of the person you selected. If you deleted the customer card that the quote created, saving the quote no longer throws an error.
Three new font options in the panel New feature
- Gonya, SK Selanik, and a combination that uses Selanik for headings and Gonya for body text have been added to the Font list in the View menu. The font you select also comes with a compatible monospaced character for number and code fields. The default appearance has not changed.
Our site's font has been updated Enhancement
- Our landing pages now use the Good morning font, and handwritten accents are displayed with By Note. The same fonts have also been applied to our notification emails. Font files are served from our own server, and pages load just as fast as before.
Once a proposal is saved, the opportunity's owner and title no longer change Bug fix
- When you changed an opportunity's owner, title, or source on the sales dashboard, the next proposal record would revert them to their previous values. The same happened when a proposal was sent and when the customer responded to it. Now, the owner and source are only pulled from the proposal when the opportunity is first opened. After that, the values your team selected remain. If you haven't changed the title yourself, correcting the company name in the proposal also corrects the title. A title you wrote yourself is never touched. A Proposal option was added to the source list in the opportunity window. This way, saving another field on the opportunity no longer clears the source. The opportunity amount still shows the proposal's current total as before.
Customer card notes no longer change when a quote is saved Bug fix
- Previously, when a quote was saved, sent, or the customer responded to it, the linked customer card's note was overwritten with the quote's note. Any note the team had written on the card would silently disappear. Now, the card note is left untouched, and the quote note stays only on the quote. Empty email, address, and authorized person fields on a quote no longer erase the filled-in information on the card. If you add a new email or address to a quote, the card is updated as before.
Evidence suggestions are grounded in proof rules and case law Enhancement
- The evidence suggestions in the petition now also take proof and evidence rules into account: witness, document, expert, and proof rules in divorce cases. A suggestion can cite multiple grounds, and a case-law quotation can also serve as a ground. The quotation of each ground is verified verbatim against the text in the library. Additionally, if a sentence states a legal consequence without citing a statutory provision, and one of the provisions found for this petition clearly applies, the citation of that provision is added. If the applicable provision is not clear, the sentence is left unchanged.
Only verified sources and your references in the petition Enhancement
- The decisions and legal citations in the petition now rely solely on sources verified in our library and on the sources you mention in your case narrative or in the opposing petition. If a decision is cited that is not found in either the library or your text, the sentence based on that decision is removed from the petition. A missing article number is left as [madde]. Removed items are listed in the attorney's note; if you know a source is genuine, you can add it. Sources you cite are preserved even if they are not in the library. If a quotation from a legal article does not match the article's text, it is replaced with the article's actual text. The "unverified" marker is no longer written into the text.
Petition confidence score is now measured more accurately Enhancement
- The confidence score is now calculated based on the text delivered to you. Information extracted from the text or converted into placeholders by the audit continues to be displayed to you but no longer lowers the score. If the incident says "assault" and the petition says "violence," minor typos in the incident, and the application of a legal condition to your case are no longer mistakenly counted as fabrication. Amounts and dates not present in the incident are left as [amount] and [date] in the text. If an allegation not present in the incident is inserted into the text, that sentence is corrected.
Evidence suggestions in the petition New feature
- When a petition is generated, the attorney note now includes an "Evidence suggestions" section. For each fact you describe in the incident, the evidence you should collect is suggested. For example, in an incident involving assault, an assault report and hospital records are suggested. Next to each suggestion, the relevant legal provision and a quote from that provision are displayed. The quote is verified verbatim against the provision text in the library; suggestions that cannot be verified are not shown. Suggestions are not added to the petition text; the decision remains with you.
Questions asked during petition drafting are now answered on-screen Bug fix
- When a genuinely unclear point arises while drafting a petition, the short questions asked are now displayed on the waiting screen. You can answer with Yes, No, or I Don't Know, or continue without answering. Previously, questions could not be answered, and the petition would proceed unanswered after waiting for a minute and a half.
Refund information corrected on the pricing page Bug fix
- The refund answer in the frequently asked questions on the pricing page has been aligned with the sales agreement. You can try all features for 14 days before purchasing without providing card details. After purchase, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
CALLAII checks product information first for product-related questions Bug fix
- For product-related questions such as payment, installation, or packages, CALLAII first checks the product information on our website and in the knowledge base. Previously, in some cases, legal texts were prioritized and the relevant product page was never read. Legal texts are still used for regulatory questions.
CALLAII suggests questions it cannot answer to the knowledge base New feature
- In live support, when CALLAII does not know the answer to a question, the question is opened as a draft in the knowledge base. CALLAII prepares a suggested answer from sources on the website and in the knowledge base; if no answer is found in the sources, it explicitly states so.
- Drafts are not used in any customer response until approved. Once approved, CALLAII uses the information in subsequent conversations. If the same question comes up again within a week, no new draft is opened.
CALLAII addresses customers by name with the correct form of address Enhancement
- In live support and WhatsApp, CALLAII now greets customers with the correct form of address, such as "Hello Mr. Yüksel." Even if the profile name is written with an initial or in all caps (e.g., "Ş. Yüksel YILMAZ"), the name is read properly.
- CALLAII also introduces itself by its short name rather than the company's official title, e.g., "Callmenta's AI assistant."
CALLAII uses up-to-date website information in live support Enhancement
- CALLAII, which responds in live support and WhatsApp, now refreshes the information on our website every night. Previously, some pages were updated once a week while others were never updated at all; now all pages are included, and any changes on the website are reflected in responses by the next morning. A page removed from the website is also removed from CALLAII's knowledge.
- Published release notes are also added to CALLAII's knowledge. Questions like "When did this feature come?" or "What changed in the latest version?" are answered by CALLAII directly based on the release notes.
Warning for names not sent in the petition Enhancement
- Names written with "Hanım", "Bey", "Bay", or "Sayın" in the incident description are not sent to the AI due to personal data protection. Now, when the petition is prepared, these names are listed one by one in a warning box. This way, you can immediately see which names you need to manually add to the petition.
Transfer requests to agents are now detected more accurately Bug fix
- Phrases such as "people", "data transfer", "authorized service", and "human resources" in visitor messages are no longer counted as transfer requests to an agent. Genuine requests like "I want to talk to a human" or "transfer me to an authorized person" are still detected, even when written in uppercase.
Live support customer sentiment bar is more accurate Bug fix
- The sentiment bar on the live support screen could sometimes display a chat as more negative than it actually was. Now, the actual result from the evaluation is read, and phrases like "not red" are no longer counted as red. Negative chat alerts sent to supervisors are also more accurate as a result.
Prevented incorrect clause selection in legal basis selection Bug fix
- When selecting legal basis clauses in petitions and chats, numbers mentioned in the description, such as clause numbers or durations, could be mistakenly selected as clauses. Now, only the numbers in the selection list are read. If the list cannot be read, legal bases are established through search as usual.
CALLAII Hukuk reads source verification responses more carefully Bug fix
- CALLAII Hukuk now counts only explicit yes or no answers when comparing each sentence in a response against its source. Previously, uncertain answers that began with other words could also be read as confirmations. Sentences that cannot be confirmed now go through a second, more detailed check.
Dedicated CALLAII Law heading in the top menu Enhancement
- A Law heading has been added to the site's top menu. From here, you can reach CALLAII Law, the seven tool pages, and the package pricing with a single click. Frequently Asked Questions has been moved under the About Us menu, and the link at the bottom of the page remains in place.
Seven new landing pages for CALLAII Hukuk New feature
- Each tool in CALLAII Hukuk now has its own dedicated page: case law search, AI-powered petition drafting, contract review, UDF editor and UYAP, Word add-in, office management, and citation checking. Every page includes what the tool does, a four-step usage flow, a real screenshot from the dashboard, and frequently asked questions. These pages are directly accessible from the product page.
Industry-specific questions on sector pages Enhancement
- The frequently asked questions section on the healthcare, automotive, collections, hotel, and insurance pages has been updated. Previously, all five pages featured the same general questions. Now, each page answers questions specific to its own industry. For example, the automotive page explains how to match customers by license plate, while the hotel page describes how double-booking of the same room is prevented.
CALLAII Legal and industry packages are now more clearly recognized in searches Enhancement
- The CALLAII Legal page now introduces itself to search engines and AI assistants as an AI and office management product for lawyers. Previously, this page was also read as call center software. A short description explaining what the product is has been added to the page title. Each of our Health, Automotive, Collections, Hotel, and Insurance packages is now identified by its own industry. A separate section for CALLAII Legal has been added to the site summary that AI assistants read.
New version ribbon in the panel footer Enhancement
- The platform and CALLAII versions in the panel footer are now displayed in an icon-based ribbon, similar to the one on the website. The Callmenta logo appears next to the platform version, and the CALLAII logo appears next to the model version. The ribbon uses the colors of both the light and dark themes; clicking it opens the version history or the CALLAII version page.
